super low calorie breakfast!!
egg white omelette 170 calories
- 3 egg whites (51 cals)
- you can add whatever toppings you like but i added:
- 35g of bell pepper (11 cals)
- 1 green onion (i didn’t count the calories bc it’s so low i think it’s about 2)
- 1 rasher of reduced salt bacon (54 cals)
- 13g medium cheddar cheese (54 cals)
other toppings you could add include: mushrooms, red/white onion, tomatoes, spinach, parmesan
1. cut your pepper into small cubes
2. fry your bacon and soften peppers in a pan for a few minutes then put to the side
3. put your 3 egg whites in a bowl with salt, pepper and garlic powder and whisk them (i used electric) until they’re frothy
4. fold/ stir in your toppings (pepper, bacon and green onion)
5. spray a pan with fry light or any other low calorie cooking spray then add your egg mix
6. once the omelette has browned on the bottom flip it over and let it cook on the other side
7. sprinkle the cheese on the top then flip it again for a few seconds to let the cheese melt then take it off the heat and put on a plate to eat

The result is sweet and nutritious, vegan and gluten-free oatmeal with berries, nuts, and adorable mini pancakes that will cheer you up any morning. Who said that morning is never good? 🌱

Half a banana
50 ml milk
1 Tsp baking powder
1 handful berries (I used a bit more)
Blend up everything apart the berries and bake 25-30 minutes at 190 degree Celsius
Next time I will add a bit of chocolate

Easy Rice & Greens Egg Cups Recipe
Learn how to make easy breakfast cups with eggs, veggies, and rice.
1 Tablespoon Olive Oil (15ml)
2 Cups Spinach, Shredded (85g)
1/2 Cup Cooked Rice or Cauliflower Rice (85g)
3/4 Cup Milk or Milk Substitute (180ml)
1 Teaspoon Italian Seasoning (1g)
Salt & Pepper to Taste
In a small pan, heat oil over low heat. Add the spinach and saute only until wilted. Stir in the rice. Remove from heat and set aside.
In a small bowl, whisk the eggs, milk, seasoning, salt, and pepper until well combined.
Prepare a muffin tin with cooking spray. Spoon the spinach mixture into each cup so that they are about half full. Then pour the egg mixture into each cup, making sure to cover the spinach mixture completely. Top with each cup with cheese if using. Bake in a preheated oven at 375F for 20-25 minutes or until cooked through.
| Makes about 7 cups.

Angel biscuits are very light and fluffy, that's where they got their name, and they're a piece of a heaven, but they're always too high kcal, so I decided to make a low kcal recipe so you can enjoy them guilt free (and they're great to pair with sugar free strawberry jam)
(Makes 1 biscuit so that it's easy to multiply the recipe for how many you need)
16 grams of whole wheat flour (54 calories)
1/4th teaspoon salt* (0 calories)
1/2 teaspoon baking powder* (0 calories)
1/3rd cup almond milk (13 calories)
1/2 teaspoon light mayonnaise (7 calories)
[*: if you use self rising flower then there's no need for the salt and baking powder]
Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.
Combine all ingredients. Stir until smooth.
Bake at 375 degrees F until preferred.

Buckwheat Waffles Recipe | Gluten Free Waffles
Learn how to make breakfast waffles with buckwheat flour.
1 Cup Buckwheat Flour (120g)
1/2 Cup Unsweetened Cocoa Powder (50g)
3/4 Teaspoon Baking Soda (3.75g)
1/4 Teaspoon Salt (1.5g)
1-1/4 Cups Buttermilk (300ml)
2 Egg Yolks
1 Teaspoon Vanilla (5ml)
1 Tablespoon Canola Oil (15ml)
1/4 Cup Water (60ml)
3 Egg Whites
3 Tablespoons Sugar (35g)
In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the flour, cocoa, baking soda, and salt. Set aside. In a bowl, whisk together the buttermilk, egg yolks, vanilla, oil, and water until well combined. Add the egg mixture to the dry ingredients, mixing just until combined.
In a separate bowl, beat the egg whites on high, adding the sugar one tablespoon at a time, until stiff peaks form and egg whites are glossy. Gently fold in egg whites in two parts into the batter just until well combined.
Prepare a waffle iron with cooking spray or butter. Spoon the batter into each plate making sure to spread the batter to the edges. Cook for about 4 minutes or until the waffles are lightly browned and cooked through.
