Mm i think breed is likely what i’ll talk about but just in terms of classifications there’s lots “types” of cattle :-) like Yaks are their own Bos subset it’s like a whole thing- but the two that come up the most are rlly just these;

Bos Taurus - originating in Europe

Bos Indicus - originating in India

^ which this isn’t important actually except it is because when talking about cattle breeds i am personally biased toward i lean a little more at the Bos Indicus line just because i like Brahman (which is a mix of the Zebuine (Bos Indicus) and Taurine (Bos Taurus) cattle) ^_^ it’s an American beef breed but i think they’re fantasticly beautiful. Most people would disagree though a lot of my co-workers do! But so listing!

1.) Brahman :-) i already talked about them but look at this guy…. How cute……

2.) Charolais cattle! I just think they’re pretty tbh but there’s a very large Charolais operation in the county neighboring mine

3.) Red Devon, i like these just because the farm i work on has been shopping for a Devon bull and i have to vouch for my hypothetical new coworker named possibly brick or firetruck or simply Devon. Also handsome coloring!

4.) Aubrac cattle, this is a french breed which has been used as a draft breed a lot! So they’re historically pretty good to work with but im pretty sure they can be used for just about anything idk if they make better meat or dairy cattle 🤷‍���️ but they’re beautiful..

5.) Texas Longhorn! uhhhh i like Texas :-) Czexan win.

Okay! BUT! JJK bull au!!!!

Nanami is a Jearsy, beautiful, but kinda mean and standoffish.

Gojo is a Charolais bull, white, fuzzy flat tops (though his needs a trim), and giant sweet babies. Though some farmhands swear he's part fox cause he's so smart and sneaky!

Yuuji is Hereford, big, sweet and dumb as a brick. Though they're quite strong, they're seriously dumb, every single one I've met was an idiot. He's the kids of cow that gets scared cause you went around a corner and he can't see you anymore!

Megumi is a Brahman bull, (the ones from i think India, bit bumps on their shoulders and flabby neck skin, and the drippiest of ears!) Super laid back, and doesn't really care about or for much. These guys get cold easier than other cattle though, so he usually has a black jacket

Todo is a Spanish bull, big, scary looking, but secretly are giant babies who enjoy headpats. Though he is a bit big for many.

Sukuna is a Jearsy, the meanest breed (fight me, those fuckers are jerks! I don't care how pretty they are and how amazing their milk is, they're EVIL!)
