Okay, I don't normally do the whole "Would X character beat Y character in a fight?" Discourse.
Mainly because power scaling is nonsense and irrelevant when the answer is always either 'The writer's favourite' or 'What makes the most sense narratively' and honestly trying to match up the different metrics for power doesn't make sense most of the time.
But....
Given that every superhero or superhero adjacent franchise has a Superman analogue there is one question I've gotta ask?
"Are there any Superman archetype characters who couldn't kick the shit out of Homelander?"
.....Seriously, maybe he'd beat the kid from Brightburn but beyond that I'm struggling to think of anyone.

God, nothing I love more than evil Supermen. Nothing I find more enjoyable than the range of works that delve into the numerous different ways the Superman archetype can be corrupted, subverted and turned on its head. Nothing I find more compelling than an examination of how power either corrupts, or else amplifies human foibles to the detriment of all. God I love the incredible tension of where the 600 pound gorilla sits. God I love the tension of a superbeing expressing nominally-pro-social behaviors while fundamentally also running the world just by existing. God I love stories about the defiant few who spit in that being’s eye. God I love the acknowledgement that the very understandable fantasy present in the original Superman stories of just brute-forcing the world’s problems away has the incredibly obvious failure mode of falling into authoritarianism and rote thuggery. God I love that I’ve seen at least seven unique takes on the failure mode of Superman that don’t step on each other’s toes. God I love meaning all of this sincerely and not as a passive-aggressive dig at some of the better-conceptualized-and-executed pieces of cape media that’ve come out in the last five years.

What frustrates me most about the 'Evil Superman' trope isn't even necessarily the trope itself, but how just about every single character that gets lumped into the trope is only 'Superman' in terms of in-universe status or powerset.
Omniman is a soldier on a mission (Mark has more in common with Superman than Nolan), Homelander was raised to be a corporate product, even Injustice Superman had to change parts of the origin to make the whole Superdictator work. The closest character that comes to it I can think of off the top of my head is Brightburn, but the whole plot point about the ship manipulating his mind muddled the whole thing when the premise of "Alien Baby is Found by Average Flawed Kansas Parents Instead of The Kents" worked just fine.
It gets even more annoying when none of said Evil Supermen actually do anything interesting. To go back to Brightburn, it'd have been much better if he had tried to be a hero, but real world physics and consequences screw every attempt at comic book heroism up and he pops when he realizes he won't get the Peter Parker Redemption. Or just go full Twilight Zone and timeskip to him being a seemingly beloved hero, only to have it be revealed he's forcing the whole world play along with his hero fantasy because he's just so much more powerful than anyone else and can do whatever he pleases if they don't see him as the 'hero.'
Point is, Evil Superman is a fine trope. The problem is nobody ever actually uses it in a way that's interesting beyond 'what if this guy with Superman's powers was a real big jerk.'

You know that movie; Brightburn; aka that Superman fanfic movie we’re Clark is evil and kills everyone?
Yea……what if….the two characters were brothers???
Clark; this is my twin brother Brandon!
Brandon:……..
Clark; he….don’t like people
——
Brandon; we should murder people! These humans are weak and stupid
Clark; listen I know your upset that your crush didn’t like you….but have you considered that people don’t like getting dead animals?
—-
Clark; I meets this girl; Lois Lane! She nice and pretty and—rambles about his crush
Brandon: hmmm yeah whatever.. don’t care
Later that day; taking to Lois
Brandon; break my brother heart I’ll break your hand; got it?
Lois; o-oh ok!

Limits will be broken
Lives are at stake
Promises shattered
Unwavering power ignites
More importantly
Not everyone are on the same page, and not every cape signifies a hero
