dnskejcnsje you probably already thought of this but the first thing that comes to my mind is how she’s a twin and all the discrimination that comes with that. I also think a lot about how her parents pretty much let her get shipped off to exillium without a second thought, yet she’s still so sweet, kind, and just altogether a very light person where she could have turned into a stone-cold, tough character. She also starts off as very trusting in neverseen unlike tam, but in unlocked it’s clear that she doesn’t trust glimmer, while ironically, tam does. and MARELLINH

also tiny tidbit about other asian cultures because you mentioned it: i mixed up thai siwalai and cambodian traditional dress a Lot whie looking up cambodian dresses before the drawing i did because they have the same draped um sash? thing? and also our people look very similar with not too many distinctions haha. the only difference between the clothing i think is that cambodian dresses are actually a sampot (traditional silk skirt) and top and the thai siwalai is longsleeved and commonly just one full dress? or something like that bdjhnfds. thailand and cambodia are both in southeast asia and border each other geographically (vietnam and cambodia do as well, but neither of them seem to like each other as far as i know) so it's natural that there's some overlap between our dress and culture in some ways!
