Okay so you're telling me that season 5 and 6, the most heartbreaking seasons for Staddy, Dylan and Addy will be (probably) together in real life and that will make the scenes more emotional that they already were? And we will got to see it in details like when Stiles begs Addy to wake up at Deaton's in season 5 and Addy being emotionally unstable during all season 6 I- I'm so ready but I'm not, I can't omfg

I mean that’s pretty spot on to exactly what’s going to be happening.... plus add in those seasons being the most heartbreaking for Staddy as well as the irl accident fueling Addy’s emotions in season 6? Tis going to be quite the wild ride for those years with these two🥺😭

Full disclaimer: they’ll be together irl before filming on season 5 starts, however fans wouldn’t know that fact until way later. So I love imagining in this IABY canon au the fact that we wouldn’t know they’re together irl when those episodes first aired and then when we do find out when exactly they started dating and go back and watch those season 5/6 episodes and they hit even harder because of knowing they were dating at the time?! Like ugh my heart and how much I wish this was real

Why can I imagine someone mentioning staddy's quotes and then holland telling everyone it was improvised, she'd be fangirling even more then the fans

Haha because it’s so true!! Ngl a good majority(if not all) of our Staddy lines are improvised by them because I just can’t get on board with giving Jeff that much credit for my babies😂 Staddy is basically going to be all because of Addy and Dylan and no one can change my mind.

Holland is the biggest fangirl because of that as well. I just imagine her having the biggest smile on her face with knowing the lines and hearing what gets improvised into the actual scene🙌🏼 and she’s more than happy to announce that in any interview or panel as she adjusts her Captain’s hat for Addlan’s ship🛥 Ahhh I love it!

Hi! Just started reading your Addlan series and I had a question for you. We all know that Dylan started dating Britt somewhere around s2 or 3 and it went on for a good 6 years. So how are you gonna go abt that? Will you not have Brilan(?) at all or will it be there but for a shorter duration. Hey lovely! Oh my goodness I got ridiculously excited when I saw you had started reading so I hope you enjoy it!

Oh I don’t mind answering at all, I had vaguely mentioned this when I was first announcing the series so thank you for sending this in! Sooo for the purpose of this series, and my first proper attempt at a rpf, I chose for that relationship to just not be a thing. Being in the mindset of Dylan and Addy bringing IABY & Staddy to life- I just feel like if he had known and been as close of friends with Addy that they are for over a year before filming The First Time that he simply wouldn’t have gotten in a relationship with Britt. I have my own opinions based on some things I’ve read and seen that just didn’t sit right with me and so I didn’t want that brought into this series. It’s kind of my own AU in a sense anyways because of what I altered with the TW canon so I just figured with the story I was aiming to tell that this universe could be one where that wasn’t on his path🤗

#hopefully that didn’t annoy or offend anyone that I left it out #simply put I think he deserved better

Sometimes I wish IABY updated every day. I could really go for some Staddy fluffy love to brighten my day. Its been a doozie. I really do love your writing though. ❤

Thank you sweetheart! I so wish I could post every day! Every time I think this will be the week I can get a few chapters knocked out to post more frequently something comes up or I lose motivation to finish a scene.

“Adds?” I hear Stiles’ voice coming from behind me before I hear his soft chuckle. More than likely to do with my current situation with my face planted right in the middle of my bed.

I feel the bed shift as he sits down next to me before he moves his hand against my back, lightly dragging his fingers into the groove of my spine “Should I even ask?”

I roll my head to the side, peaking up at him through bits of strands of my hair.

He smirks and moves his hand over, sliding my hair away from my face and placing his hand on my cheek “What’s wrong cutie?”

I huff and place my hands on the bed next to me, rolling my body to the side to lay on my back. I flick my eyes from the ceiling and over to him quickly “just one of those days where it feels like everything goes wrong and I just need to sleep to have it just be over already.”

Stiles shifts on the bed, laying next to me and hooking our pinkie fingers once he lays his hand next to mine “That may be how you would get through this type of day before I graced your life with completeness, however that’s not flying today.”

I chuckle lightly before he continues “Soooo why don’t you get changed into your lounge clothes and I’ll grab some snacks and we can watch your favorite rainy day movies snuggled in your cozy ass bed.”

Rolling my head to the side, my lips quirk at the corners before I can’t hold back the smile any longer “That sounds amazing”

He pushes forward and connects our lips, using the elbow closest to me as leverage to bring his free hand over to rest against the side of my face. He strokes my cheek with his thumb as he breathes in deeply and moves his lips with mine for a few more moments before he pulls away with a lop sided smirk “Of course it does, our snuggle powers combined are a heavenly concoction”

We sit up and Stiles looks around my bed “Hold up, where’s your blanket that is definitely made from little cloud babies?”

I snort and stand up, heading over towards my dresser to grab my change of clothes and pointing to the corner on my way “Calm down it’s over on the chair”

Stiles makes a noise and moves to walk behind me, smacking a hand on my ass playfully as he rushes over to the chair “Fuck yes, we need like seven of these when we get a house. One in all the rooms and three in our room alone”

I smile into my drawer, grabbing my lounge clothes and turning around to face him.

Watching as Stiles walks over to the bed and lays the blanket on the bed before he turns around and he raises his brows, a little shock crossing his features to see me already looking at him thoughtfully.

Licking his lips nervously, he sets his hands on his hips and shrugs “What?”

Shaking my head, I offer a smirk and walk past him on my way to the bathroom “I just love you and the plans you make.”
