you can't tell me buck and eddie don't have a special bond. no, but really the level of physical intimacy eddie and buck have is just unbelievable, insane. and it's so obvious, the show makes it a point to show us how much trust these two have. just- from the way they walk so close their shoulders touch with every step to the way they sit unnecessarily close to each other until their thighs are touching to the way they squeeze each other’s shoulders during calls in a comforting touch that conveys more than words can say. the way they turn to each other or seek each other out or the way they smile at each other, how they know when the other is going through something without even having to ask. it’s intimate and beautiful and they’re so comfortable being in each other’s personal space. they're so in love it's not even funny anymore.
seriously, these two idiots don't know the concept of personal space. they're practically glued together ninety percent of the time.
You know what I need??? A scene where Ramon and Helena Diaz find out about the will. I really want to see how those two, who have bothered Eddie non stop about how "he's failing Christopher" or how "he should sign Christopher over to them" to see that he trusts Buck, his best friend and a complete stranger to them with the most precious thing he's got in this world and that he doesn't trust them at all. Let's see if that that talks some sense into them
I also want them to see how Buck is with Christopher. How Buck sees past his CP and doesn't tell him he can't do things. That he listens to him and pays attention to not only what he needs, but what he wants. That he treats him just like a parent would. He treats Chris just the way Eddie does.
I need them to see that Buck and Eddie are the parents they never were. That Buck and Eddie are Chris fathers
need a s5 scene where bobby is talking to eddie after inevitably things with ana didn’t work out, and he tells him that what he said about finding something real didn’t necessarily have to apply to ana—he meant it for anyone who eddie could see himself and christopher being happy with, and eddie goes on this whole shpeel about how he “doesn’t know anyone who will ever be able to or want to” start a relationship with him knowing his ptsd and job, as well as take on the responsibilities of being a parent to his son who happens to have cerebral palsy. that, and that he doesn’t trust anyone to do so. and then we hear buck laughing/talking in the background and bobby a moment later goes “don’t you?”
remember when buck and eddie literally went we’d rather bust out the jaws of life and destroy maddie’s perfectly good doorway than take the fucking pizza inside first AND THEN get the couch into the apartment.
the single braincell they share was working overtime that day. and it gave up. literally two halves of a whole idiot. god, i love them
Oliver saying he’s tired of us talking about Buddie so he stopped live tweeting but now he’s back to live tweet for the finale...somethings up, he didn’t even live tweet Buck Begins.
Edit:I just want y’all to know that I would never be one of those people that harassed Oli on Twitter. I don’t really talk about Buddie a lot of Twitter because I know he could see it. I’m really mad and feel bad that he was harassed on Twitter like that. And ya I know he has said lots of crazy things on there but that doesn’t give anyone the right to do something like that.
