I think maybe Charm’s dad worries about her becoming the heir for her safety and soul (maybe?). It’s a dangerous and violent position to be in and she’s daddy’s little girl after all so maybe he thinks he’s protecting her by not naming her the heir.

And maybe he secretly thinks Bucky would be the perfect person to protect her when he’s gone, that’s why he ships them so hard (yes that’s my hc, her dad is a BuckyCharm shipper)

Like, the initial plan was for her to be the heir but after her mom passed away, Charm's dad became incredibly protective, like even more than before and he really doesn't want to put her in danger like that❤️ Being the heir (and then the boss) puts a target on her back and like you said, it's a very violent and dangerous position❤️

I LOVE THAT HC SO MUCH YES! 🩷 He knows he can trust Bucky because Bucky would literally protect her with his life (even if Charm doesn't know it yet) and he would give her the life she's used to while keeping her safe and keeping her out of the job (or so he thinks)😈 He would be very happy if they got together! 😏❤️

the uk is currently being battered by its worst storm in decades and 200 thousand people are watching this livestream of planes trying to land at heathrow

some highlights:

- planes only get three chances to land, otherwise they have to divert. a flight from lisbon apparently just turned round and went back to lisbon

- he keeps calling one plane in particular “big daddy”

- the guy behind the camera was briefly attacked by a horse

-whenever a pilot does a particularly difficult landing, he yells “bosh!!! get ‘em down!”

- one of the commenters is the wife of one of the pilots trying to land, he’s apparently a big fan. absolutely no pressure for that guy to land first time (he did!)

- channel 4 turned up uninvited at the field he’s filming from to interview him, but they couldn’t figure out how to get in

i’m really into planes now. this is my whole day.
