TFA Theory: Sari Sumdac Has Two Dads, Professor Isaac Sumdac & Megatron

any fan who looks at the obvious evidence, that Sari didn’t just appear in Professor Isaac Sumdac’s lab, no...

her protoform was literally born in his lab, the same lab that he kept Megatron’s head in, which we know that Cybertronians can have protoforms two ways,

either by how the Autobots do it, by taking too much from of the living metal from within the planet and thus ending up hurting Cybertron and possibly not letting it heal and regenerate properly, and it’s possible that Decepticons have more sense than to do that...

the other way for protoforms, besides misusing the living metal that is part of the planet of Cybertron, that the Autobots from the TFA Universe have rudely done...

is by Asexual Reproduction, like Budding.

in theory, a Cybertronian can go through the budding process even if their body is dead or very close to it.

before bringing back online, thanks to Sari’s key...

Megatron’s Head had went through a budding stage, where it gave “birth” to a small newborn protoform, and that protoform being Sari’s Baby Self.

Sari might be the first naturally born protoform in a very very VERY long time, but instead of being born on Cybertron, she was born on Earth instead.

in theory, natural born protoforms could get a spark from the parent that gave “birth” to them, as well as a secondary parent that they could scan if the possible secondary parent ends up touching the newborn protoform.

and the secondary parent of Sari, so happens to be Isaac Sumdac.

and even if Megatron is a Mech, I can’t help but view him as not only being Sari’s Other Dad, but like the Mom as well...

we know that baby protoforms are also called Sparkling and Hatchling,

in one of the Transformers Live Action Movies, the Hatchlings make their first appearance.

Sari’s newborn protoform self, was likely like a Sparkling.

and there is no way that she came from that dojo that had all those Sparkless Protoforms, none of those protoforms were natural born protoforms that all start out like small like human babies.

even if the Autobots from the series are suppose to be the “Good Guys”, but are we really sure that the Autobots who are in charge of leading Cybertron and the rest of the Autobot Civilians, are the real good guys...?

they keep making more Autobots by misusing the living metal in the planet Cybertron, and who knows how longs it’s been since there was a protoform born through budding instead of what the Autobots have been doing to make more protoforms.

how Sari could of gotten her own spark, might have to do with the essence of Megatron’s spark being transferred in his head, which when his head went through the budding process, some of the essence went into Sari’s protoform self and formed a spark.

and then when Professor Sumdac touched the protoform, Sari’s protoform self not only took some of his DNA and reformed into a Baby Human, she also scan something else, that formed a type of “Spark” that merged with the spark that came from the essence of Megatron.

so Sari would end up being both of those two’s actual daughter, her CNA comes from Megatron, while her DNA comes from her Dad, Isaac Sumdac.

her techno-organic genetics and heritage, comes from both Isaac and Megatron.

another reason to not believe that she was the same as those protoforms that were being guarded in that dojo of Yoketron...

is because all those protoforms were much bigger and weren’t the size of a human baby, and they didn’t have closed optics, because those fully grown, sparkless protoforms, didn’t have optics or a mouth.

the baby protoform that was Sari, looked like she had closed optics even if she was just born.

Megatron was in that same lab that Isaac found Sari in, and the only way a baby protoform/sparkling would appear like that, is if their Cybertronian parent had just had them by Asexual Reproduction/Budding.

and we know that have been some fans who have figured this out already, even if it was never confirmed in the last season or in the canon.

but fans know that Megatron is Sari’s Other parent, and it couldn’t be Optimus or Ratchet, because those two were in stasis the whole time under a lake with Bumblebee, Bulkhead and Prowl.

so the only Cybertronian who could of gave “birth” to Sari during that time before other Autobots and Decepticons ended up coming to the planet Earth in the TFA Universe, is Megatron himself.

Megatron could always be called “Mom”, I mean Liara T’Soni from Mass Effect calls one of her Moms “Father”, you know, the one who runs a bar and who’s Dad was a Krogan, so Liara’s Grandpa was a Krogan...

so if Liara can call one of her Asari Mothers, by “Dad” or “Father”...

then Sari can call Megatron by “Mother” and “Mom”...

is it weird to picture Starscream laughing about that...?

like him finding some form of enjoyment in hearing Sari call Megatron “Mom”...

well Mass Effect has shown that even some Asari, can go by “Father” and “Dad”, so this could also imply for some Cybertronians, even if some of them are Mechs.

besides knowing that Sari is the daughter of Megatron and Isaac Sumdac...

it’s possible that if a Cybertronian does go offline, either being in a coma type offline or like the dead type...

their body might still have some form of life essence going through it,

and this would be enough to allow them to go through the Asexual Reproduction Budding Stage, and bring into existence a natural born protoform, that would be the size of a human baby.

some of the spark essence that was originally part of the parent, would then be transferred into the baby protoform.

another way for a secondary parent to be the parent of the baby protoform, might be if they take a small fragment spark from their own full spark, and merge it with a small fragment spark from the parent that went through the budding stage...

then they would place the very small spark that makes up both fragments from each of their spark, and then place into the baby protoform and let it merge with the spark that is made out of the essence that comes from the Mother.

even if the “Mother” Cybertronian were to have already joined the well of allsparks or like the pit, it is likely what is left of their body, would still end up going through the budding stage.

like if Blitzwing were to go through the budding stage, and if a fully grown up Sari would end up touching the baby protoform, it would end up scanning both her DNA & CNA....and that would end up making her Blitzwing’s Baby Protoform’s Other Parent.

another reason why Megatron wanted to take back Cybertron, was possibly to stop the Autobots own leaders from misusing the planet, and it might of been a good thing that Lockdown had took the protoforms from the dojo.

the Autobots from TFA, were both the Heroes and Villains this whole time...

well more like those who run the planet Cybertron, while the rest of the Autobots are clueless and don’t know that their leaders are corrupted and hurting their home planet.

and Ultra Magnus has been around a lot longer, and is possibly much older than Ratchet, and he might know that before the Autobots started to misuse the living metal in the planet to make more protoforms, he knew that both Autobots and Decepticons made more protoforms through budding.

it’s possible that Ultra Magnus as always been a corrupt leader, maybe like Megatron’s Predecessor.

if the Decepticons are able to still go through the budding stage, they possibly send their newborn offspring to a safe sanctuary that has Decepticons who don’t really fight, but watch over and protect the children.

the reason why the Autobots haven’t went through the budding stage for a million cycles, could be from some form of sterilization thanks to Ultra Magnus.

Ultra Magnus possibly made it so that no Autobot could go through the Asexual Reproduction Stage, and that they only believe that all protoforms have always come from the living metal that comes from one of the canyons of Cybertron.

like it could turn out, that before a spark is placed into the new protoforms (that aren’t natural born baby protoforms.), Ultra Magnus places a sterilization program into the protoform that was made from the living metal from inside Cybertron.

the Decepticons do not have this sterilization program, and so they can still go through the budding stage and in TFA’s canon, are possibly the only Cybertronians that can still have a sparkling this way.

this would also mean that all Autobots, including Optimus’s Team, the twins: Jetfire & Jetstorm and a lot of the Autobots that weren’t in the same generation as Ultra Magnus, were all infected by sterilization.

even if Blackarachnia is a Decepticon, but she was originally a Autobot called Elita One, and it might be possible she could still have the sterilization program in her, and it might not of been fixed or got rid of, even if she did become half organic and a decepticon.

another reason why Blackarachnia might have a distrusts to her former fellow Autobots, besides what Optimus did by leaving her behind when she was still Elita One...

is that she found out that Ultra Magnus used a sterilization program on all of the new protoforms that were created artificially and came from the living metal from the canyon of Cybertron.

the artificial protoforms that are made by the use of the living metal from Cybertron, could still be able to make more protoforms once they become either Autobots or Decepticons, but if they are giving a sterilization program when they are still sparkless protoforms, this would make sure that none of the Autobots find out the truth, and Ultra Magnus doing this, could be a crime.

and if any of the other Autobots who were born in the same generation as Ultra Magnus, knew about what he was doing, but never even tried to stop him from sterilizing the new Autobots and keeping them from going through the budding stage, then they are just as guilty as Ultra Magnus is.

the sterilization program being used on the protoforms, that weren’t natural born protoforms, was possibly created by a Autobot Scientist and was possibly was going to be used on the Decepticons until Ultra Magnus had other plans for it, to make perfect Autobots to fight the Decepticons, so Ultra Magnus had the Autobot Scientist change the program slightly by having it infect the protoforms that would be made by using the living metal from the canyon in Cybertron.

Ultra Magnus possibly didn’t want to wait until a natural protoform/sparkling/hatchling is all grown up to finally become a Autobot...

so he thought of another way for a Protoform to become a Autobot faster, even if it meant taking away all Autobot’s ability to go through the budding stage that let’s them have offspring.

new Autobots that were born from the at first Sparkless Protoforms,

who were given the sterilization program, possibly form into Teenage Autobots when they first come online, Ultra Magnus possibly made this so, so when the protoform did transform into a Autobot, they would have a fully mature mind and spark.

even if the Cybertronian ends up forming as a Teenager, they could still end up growing and aging like natural born Cybertronians.

if I had to guess how old Prowl was when he was brought to Yoketron,

well both physically and mentally, I would say in human years, he would be about 16 years old, but it’s possible his spark had been placed into his protoform body that had the sterilization program, maybe about a month or so ago in Cybertronian time...

Bulkhead being part of a farm, possibly was allowed to stay on the farm for a few cycles before being send to the Autobot Boot Camp.

all other new Autobots that were born from the Artificial Protoforms that aren’t the natural born protoform/sparkling, possibly are send to a type of Autobot High School, which each classroom having a Arcee as a teacher.

Autobots like Bulkhead, are possibly not send to the same school as other Autobots, but he could of still been taught by a Arcee, but the classes were outside instead of inside.

Autobots that come from the energon farm, even if they do end up having classes outside with their own Arcee teacher, they still end up being send to the same place as the Autobots that have classes inside a building.

and that would be to the Autobot Boot Camp.

all the Autobots that were formed from the Artificially formed protoforms that were originally sparkless and were possibly given a sterilization program and a aging protoform to make them into teenager autobots that were around 16 stellar cycles old, so they could join the Autobot cause much faster...

are all victims of corrupted leaders of Cybertron, that are part of Ultra Magnus’s generation.

Yoketron, is possibly around Ratchet’s age, and was possibly not born in the same generation as Ultra Magnus.

and if Yoketron had known about the dark secret that Ultra Magnus was hiding, he would possibly want to make things right and try to fix all Autobots from their sterilization.

even if some might disagree with my theory, but I believe that the Decepticons from TFA, weren’t the true bad guys, and the true bad guys were possibly the Autobots that were the head leaders of Cybertron, and that would be Ultra Magnus and any other Autobots that were born in the same generation as him...

like Alpha Trion, but if it were possible, he might of been kept in the dark about why all of a sudden the new generation of Autobots were all sterile and haven’t once showed signs of the budding stage.

but if Alpha Trion did find out the truth, he might have Ultra Magnus and the Autobot Scientist involved, thrown in the stockade for life.

I believe this theory could be true, and I fan headcanon it.

Megatron was able to go through the budding stage, and become the parent of Sari, and making up two of her Dads, but Isaac Sumdac is the Dad that raised her.

I still like the idea of Megatron being called “Mom” by Sari, if Liara can call one of her Asari Moms by “Father”, then Sari can call one of her Dads by “Mom”...

all fans who had seen the lab that Megatron’s head was in, and even heard the story on how Isaac found Sari’s liquid metal body protoform in that very same lab, know to put two and two together, and know that the protoform came from Megatron, who went through the budding stage that happens for all Cybertronians, well those who weren’t infected by a sterilization program thanks to Ultra Magnus, who wanted Autobot Soldiers more sooner rather than wait until the protoform children are fully grown up.

the Decepticons (save for Blackarachnia) don’t have the sterilization program, and can still have newborn protoforms by budding, and if a Decepticon were to end up going into the budding stage in the middle of the battle, then they would be ordered to take themself and their newborn son/daughter/offspring out of the battle and to the sanctuary where all young ones are being kept safe, and possibly has their own Arcee to act as a Nanny, but that version of a Arcee might have red eyes and might come in purple and magenta colors instead of white and pink.

so yeah my theory is that in the TFA, Ultra Magnus is the True Villain and has lied to all of the new generation of Autobots, and possibly even some who were part of his generation who have wondered why all the new Autobots have become sterile, and not knowing that while Ultra Magnus might of suggested making new Autobots by using the living metal from one of the canyons of Cybertron, they might of not known that Ultra Magnus had installed the sterilization program into those protoforms, keeping them from going through the budding stage, and making the other elder leaders of Cybertron believe that the sterilization is something that all the new Autobots are being born with, and there is no cure for it.

but the new Autobots weren’t born with it, they were infected by a sterilization program thanks to Ultra Magnus, who once again, didn’t want to wait for a sparkling to fully grow, and wanted perfect Autobot Soldiers right away, so he not only had the sterilization program installed into the sparkless protoform bodies, but also a program that had the bodies and even the sparks that would be placed into those protoform bodies, age to 16 stellar cycles old.

it could be unknown if there are some Autobots who knew about Ultra Magnus’s dark secret in stopping Autobots from going through the budding stage and making the artificial protoformed infected by a sterilization program and a program that makes them age up to 16 stellar cycles old...

but if some higher rank Autobots did know about Ultra Magnus’s dark secret, it wouldn’t be Jazz or Sentinel...

he would likely only trust those from his oldest inner circle who would understand why he did what he did, and possibly agree with him...

even if what he did was wrong and hurt every Autobot who lives on Cybertron, because they don’t know that their leader Ultra Magnus is corrupted and caused half of the Cybertronians to be sterile, while the other half that makes up the Decepticons are all still fertile, save for Blackarachnia who still has the sterile program in her...

so yeah, the Decepticons of TFA aren’t really evil and possibly wanted to stop the corruption on Cybertron, and Ultra Magnus is possibly the true villain this whole time.

one of the reasons why the Allspark was send away from Cybertron, was because Ultra Magnus might of known that by keeping the Allspark on the planet, it could end up curing and getting rid of the sterilization program and allowing the new Autobots to go through budding stage.

and even if Optimus did bring back the Allspark back to Cybertron, I wouldn’t be surprise if Ultra Magnus found some kind of excuse to send the Allspark off world again to make sure it doesn’t get rid of the sterilization program.

too bad they didn’t make another season, well even if they didn’t make a canon new season, there is always the fan made version in the fanon.

Sari might be the first natural born protoform in a very long time, and the Decepticons who are all fertile, might of found ways to keep themselves from going through budding, by a type of chip that they placed in the chest part of their bodies...

even Megatron had this chip, but since both his head and body were separated, this meant that just his head could go through the budding stage but his body still had the chip.

it might be a weird and crazy theory, but it would make sense if the Decepticons decided to try to stop the budding because they didn’t want to put any of their children in danger, so they made chips that would keep them from going through the budding stage but also wouldn’t harm their fertility and would still let them have sparklings if they should take the chips out of their bodies.

Sari could be immune to the sterilization program, because of her techno-organic nature.

Megatron might not even know that Sari is his daughter as well, and not just Isaac Sumdac’s daughter, and this known fact is only shown in the fanon where it is revealed that Megatron is Sari’s Other Parent/Dad....

if they do decide to bring back Transformers Animated, and give them a canon new season, maybe they can reveal that Megatron is Sari’s Other Parent...

which I’m still gonna call Megatron, Sari’s Mom.

Megatron being called the Mom of Sari, is my Fan Headcanon. XD
