Rewatching the final episode now recognizing that the Jughead walking along side Betty in the finale is writer!Jughead, who just wants to make sure Betty is happy and fulfilled with the ending that he wrote for her... Sorry to everyone who was frustrated with the finale centering around Betty, but RAS wrote that episode framing just for me.

My friend and collaborator, Dawn of Dawn Chorus Writes on youtube, is creating a fundraiser for the Pakistan flood crisis. There will be a massive story turned audiobook (co-written by yours truly). so I really think their gonna do the multiple universe endgames on rvd so everyone is happy and at first I didn't like it because it was the easy way out but i need bhva endgame in some capacity and barchie too i ship all three so if their all endgame in different universes I'll be happy and at least I would get them endgame in some way lol I ship barchie but bhva have always been my otps I've never denied that so to that person who sent me hate yesterday because I ship all three and not just barchie and reblog all three and not just barchie gtfo!!

everyone is arguing abt bughead vs jabitha today but i'm pretty sure he loves both of them (in a most unfortunate way)

incoherent thoughts abt this in the tags but the conclusion is that tabitha deserves a happy ending

#sometimes you literally cannot help the emotions someone drags out of you !!! #i have an ex that can still make me feel the grief of our break up years later #i'm not in love with them anymore and i'm happily dating my fiancé but like ??? sometimes pain and love are seared into your essence dude #also i think it's a better narrative choice because it creates a very emotional/intense choice for tabitha to make #and maybe this is wishful thinking with the rvd writers but jabitha choosing to stay together in the end would be ... #bittersweet? realistic? #a true picture of loving someone so much that you choose them even when it hurts both of you? #and on the flip side- if bughead got back together? By the way, many of Riverdale's super big twists have already been written in Bughead fanfiction.

Can you help me find one, please? I think it was inspired by Seeking a Friend for the End of the World. It was written after 4-17 and is centered on Baghead who lost each other after high school. But then a meteorite falls on Earth and all the old friends gather at Veronica's house to spend the last days together and return to each other's lives.

Needless to say, Archie in this story is, as usual, an asshole, but he is hardly even mentioned in conversations. If you need more details, then he is not invited to this party of close friends. It seems he spends the last hours of his life at parties in the company of unknown girls.

I love how many BH fans now say that RD Jughead should be sacrificed for the RV version in the bunker, probably because he's the only one that still has feelings for Betty. I mean I suppose it is good in a way that they finally admit they don't give a crap about Jug as a character anymore outside pining for their queen 🙄

*cue Toxic* Lol of course they do. Bunker!Jughead is legit Jughead at his worst qualities, a lot of which were exhibited during the first five seasons.

Outside of being a tease for the audience to keep suspense, the occasional Bughead exploration serves as nothing more than to dig in why that chapter closed for good, so the rest of the story can progress and both Betty and Jughead can continue to liberate themselves from the past and live the lives they want…with Archie and Tabitha.
