goood morning! ☁️ I have my online lab in like 10 minutes but I’m still messing around on YouTube haha. I allowed myself to have a chai latte tho… as a treat 😌

been having a lot of trouble fixing my sleep schedule, especially when it’s so easy to stay up all night and sleep in. but I want to be more productive with my time rather than waking up at 2pm and having half of my day already gone. any tips?

So I’m back to full-time work this week. I was worried that I would lose habits that I’ve been working on while my school was closed. So I came up with this loose checklist, something I highly recommend if you have ADHD like myself. I’ve found that trying to maintain a daily structure/routine while switching schedules is really helpful for me. What does your daily checklist look like?

I’ve been leaning hard into the cozy-yellow-sunshine aesthetic in my journal lately and am loving it. It’s such a strange, tragic, exhausting time to be alive, but I am trying everyday to find small things to delight in. Today: finally getting off my butt and doing some stretches.

I have a lot of big changes looming on the horizon (grad school! Marriage! Migration!) But everything feels a bit suspended now, even as I make decisions that are going to chart the next decade of my life. It’s a strange time! I hope you are all taking care of yourselves and staying safe xx

🌛Bujo Things to do in Quarantine🌜

  • Organize your washi tape and stickers. Time to dive into that chaotic hoard. 🏷
  • Review your old bullet journals. See how you have changed and grown over time. 📓
  • Number all your pages. I typically number as I go, but this is a nice repetitive activity to do to destress while listening to something in the background.
  • Practice your handwriting/calligraphy. Have fun looking up different fonts and practicing writing out the ones that catch your eye. I highly recommend checking out dafont.com for a wide variety of fonts. 🖌
  • Add a “Please Contact if Lost” page with some contact information to the front of your bullet journal. This way if your bujo ever gets lost hopefully a kind stranger who finds it will be able to return it to you. 💌
  • Add an emergency information page to the back of your bullet journal. I include emergency numbers, and the contact information of my emergency contacts. In case of emergency I just flip to the last page of my journal and find the relevant info. You could also include emergency medical information. 🏩
