Monthly Setup

APRIL SETUP 2022! 🪴

I had so much fun creating these spreads. This „picnic blanket style“ really was so satisfying to make and I always wanted to try it out☺️.

Lately I’m into stickers, so I ordered some beautiful ones on etsy and used up a few older ones. But most of them you see here are from @moehrenkunstshop

1️⃣&2️⃣As usual I put a calendar and a notes section on the first page, followed by my trusty brain dump page.

3️⃣Followed by a double page tracker. I went back to my go to tracker page to cover habits, health and mood

4️⃣A content planner! I don’t know, but I never really used one of these. I think this is my second content planner page I ever did and hopefully it will help organizing my thoughts and ideas in my head😅

5️⃣Yes. A spring cleaning page, which I definitely need😄 I came across the idea on Emilys (@plannedandplanted) lovely instagram and thought this could be really usefull.

6️⃣My weekly setup. Not much to say about this. I use this layout pretty often and created it for every week of the month ☺️

6.4.2020 // so yeah uh not much in the diary this month. Goals though, those I have. ❖ Finish books! I have a few on the go, and the goal is to read before bed and during the time when I would be scrolling mindlessly. This will also help my anxiety and my sleep. ❖ Slow down, minimise my clutter, simplify things for myself. ❖ Journal mindfully when I need to vent. ❖ Learn new skills and build healthier life habits for when this is all over. ❖ Study Korean! Finish TTMIK Level 3 and start Level 4. Hope you’re looking after yourselves and remembering to rest.

🌏 Please give me a remedy 🌏 BTS’s “Jamais Vu” inspired this spread about my two main characters, Terra and Delmar. They meet on another planet and the only language they have in common is French, being Canadian and Malagasy respectively. The song’s French title obviously ties into that, but I also love the sad meaning of the lyrics — of feeling like you’re fighting a battle you’ve fought many times for the first time. My novel is about how young people can fight climate change, and Terra and Delmar bond and struggle through how they can save the earth with the help of beings from another world (can you tell I write sci-fi/fantasy?). With Australia burning and the world all around still suffering, I thought this would be an appropriate spread to post. 🌿 If you are interested in knowing more about my book, I have a synopsis and excerpt in my profile link. I chose Jin to represent Terra because she’s the protagonist and the elder, while JK represents the younger but still wise Delmar. I think Jin and Jungkook have such a tender and real sibling relationship too. Hello friends ! Ces pages m'ont pris un temps fou ! Mais c'est un bon exercice que de faire une liste de tout ce qui te rend heureux, te procure du plaisir et de l'accomplissement. C'est un peu comme faire une liste de gratitude et ça fait beaucoup de bien au moral !

Il y a des noms de personnes, des activités comme le cinéma, passer du temps dehors, regarder Netflix, des événements comme mon anniversaire, des petits plaisirs de la vie comme le café du matin ou allumer une bougie. Il y a aussi des objets, mon ordinateur, de la nourriture, pancakes et sirop d'érable, des films, Les Guardians of the Galaxy ! J'ai ajouté aussi des souvenirs, des émotions. C'était quand même dur à trouver tout ça !

Au final ça donne une page très drôle à lire ! Et peut servir d'inspiration pour les Take Care List ! 🌺

I noticed yesterday that I was running out of room on my weekly spread for my daily tasks, so I decided to create an extra running task list for any overflow tasks that don’t fit for the rest of the week! Bullet journaling should never be restrictive — it’s adaptable and if something’s not working or needs adjustment, it’s easy to flip the page and do just that!
