So, my first post
Hello there.
Seems I'm starting to understand what I need to do in order to lose weight.
"No SNACKS" tips:
1. Politely say "I'm feeling full, but thank you!"
2. If you are alone, firmly say "No" to whatever fast food/snack you are holding, put it away.
3. Play games that require your attention fully.
4. Remember to eat your proteins and vegetables accordingly.
5. Drink tea, water, infuse.
Health tips:
1. Protein and vegetables require smaller portions to keep you full. Think healthy, eat smart.
2. Milk is less hydrating than drinks containing water as base ( example: tea, herbal infuse, flavoured water...)
3. The carbs most recommended for a healthy diet are wholegrain and basic goods.
4. Easy tip: eat simple and varied.
Example:
Cream dónut ×
Sugarless donut with yogurt.
Hamburger×
Wholegrain salmon sandwich.
Exercise tips:
1. Listen to your body.
2. Drink water on breaks.
3. Rather than pushing yourself to the limit, create a window of power you can use and stick to it until you're ready to go farther.
4. If you encounter any pain then review your exercise technique.
5. Marathons are meant to fill the goal rather than go on without pause.
6. When cycling on a hill area use the momentum of the downhill to push yourself to the uphill.
