Happy Lunar New Year Super Sentai and Kamen Rider version!

First is ChangeDragon/Hiryu Tsurugi of Dengeki Sentai Changeman, the first Sentai member based on a dragon, a Western dragon to be specific.

Next is Dragon Ranger/Burai of Kyoryu Sentai Zyuranger, some of us might know this suit as the Green Ranger/Tommy Oliver from Mighty Morphin Power Rangers. Dragon Ranger here is the first sixth sentai member to be themed after a dragon, bipedal one specifically.

Next is Ryuranger/Ryo of the Heavenly Fire Star from Gosei Sentai Dairanger. He is the first to be themed after an Eastern dragon.

On the Kamen Rider side of Toei's tokusatsu productions, Kamen Rider Agito/Shoichi Tsugami is the first Western dragon themed Kamen Rider.

And finally, Kamen Rider Ryuki/Shinji Kido is the first Rider to be themed after an Eastern Dragon. Some might even recognize the suit from Kamen Rider Dragon Knight.

fun fact: the reason burai likes devyn is bc she can turn into a snake and LET ME EXPLAIN

so yk how devyn is 1/4 founder? well the little bit of founder powers she has somehow got down the vibora line thus allowing her to turn into a snake just like she turns into a bat — she’s a honorary vibora citizen

also, whenever karl has to attend an only “kings meetings” she turns into a snake and sits hidden in his coat, listening to everything <3

If an enemy as powerful as Carnelian, (who according to Karlheinz and Socrates is a "prophesied calamity") declares a war against all the demonic clans, how would Burai, Alrick and Lilly react?

Are there any weapons that Lilly has in her possession that could help?

Would Alrick be ready to join the battle?

What would Burai do upon learning that the entire Demon World is in danger because of a prophecy that Karl possibly never mentioned?

How would the Vibora kingdom prepare for a war?

Hello my dear anon~! Your question is totally okay, in fact I want to thank you for sending it in! I've seen a bunch of these Carnelian asks floating around, and I think they're really interesting. So thank you for sending one my way~

Starting from the head down, Burai would be livid. He and Karlheinz are supposed to be sworn allies, men who can put aside their differences and work together for the betterment of demonkind. True, they each keep their secrets, but nothing as significant or devastating as a prophecy of an impending war. Burai's fury would be so immense that he might even consider allying himself against Karlheinz. He wouldn't of course, the vampires have never been a force to be trifled with.

I don't think Alrick would be prepared for war. He would learn to prepare himself of course, as the crown prince he has a duty to his family and his people, but a war would be the last thing he expected. Luckily, Alrick has an excellent tactician on his side: Lilly.

The best thing about utilizing Lilly during a war is that she's a secret weapon. No one expects a human to be useful on the battlefield or in a war room. Her biggest weapon is her anonymity. Lilly would don a suit of armor that obscured her face and slaughter the demons in her wake, fighting at Alrick's side. Posing as a human, she could infiltrate Cernelian's side as a spy. That would be a last resort for information, Alrick wouldn't let Lilly come into any real harm.

I've always thought that Burai has an extensive military under his control, and he would utilize drafts to get a large vibora force on his side. Bloodshed and carnage are his specialty, and after the initial betrayal from Karlheinz has worn off, Burai would flourish in directing his people against Carnelian.
