What I have learned from all this is that Harrow Nonagesimus is a bone-stealing witch who could easily steal Dracula's bones in a direct confrontation were she so inclined, (though if she casts from hitpoints she might have trouble taking on four whole vampires?? But maybe she and the Girlies could reach an Understanding, especially if she was willing to share her Butch Zombie who is Into Being Eaten By Hot Vampires with them). The necromancy question is an interesting one but I don't know the technicities of how necromancy works in these books. I am tentatively willing to give it to her because Dracula is, indeed, a corpse. On the other hand the vampires in this novel explicitly breathe. Can she necromantize the other zombie lesbians or the Hot Vampires in her own novel? ANYWAY though it may be moot because due to her Powered By A Forsaken Child upbringing she would be killed instantly by an encounter with Paprika Hendl. And even if she's not determined to recipe blog her way across Europe like a worm solicitor off a string, it sounds like even Dracula's "excellent roast chicken" would take her out.

I don't remember, a few months ago maybe? If you count getting teary-eyed, a few days ago when reading about Palestine.

No, but there is this one kid who is convinced I'm the mother of his best friend, so I have a lookalike who has kids, I think.

4. what sports do you play/have you played?

Sports are my archnemeses.

I think I notice more about what they say and how they talk about things than their appearance. it's definitely not their face because I often forget faces (and names. it's an issue.)

Dark brown

Happy endings all the way!

I had to think way too long about this question and I don't like it.

10. where were you born?

In Belgium, if I get any more specific you might find my home address.

At the moment I'd say crocheting, solving puzzles (your classic crossword puzzle or sudoku) and watching tv shows (mainly k dramas or sitcoms). I used to enjoy reading, drawing and painting, but I rarely do these anymore.

My brother has a parrot and I'm his third favorite human.

173 cm (or 5ft8)

14. favorite subject in school?

I know you can technically have only one 'favorite', but I'm going to ignore that. I used to love history, geography, English and Latin (not sure in what order). Dutch and biology too depending on the topic we were covering. Loved chemistry when it wasn't organic chemistry (which it was, most of the time).

15. dream job

I regularly go from wanting to live a thousands lifetimes to experience a thousands careers to wanting a life where I never have to work. My dream job changed so much over the years but right now I just hope to find a job that is not too stressful yet engaging, that, on a certain level, has a positive impact on people and pays me enough to live a comfortable life.

Hi! How are you? ( tumblr.com/businesstiramisu/746605222931087360 ) I believe that the boop level goes from numbers (1 - 999) to MAX (1000 +) to OMG to WOW to *-* to WHY to PLZ to AAA to ;_; to 0_0 to T_T back to MAX (briefly) to <33 to TUM (given side) and BLR (received side). I believe the TUM and BLR are at 10,000 + and the number of boops to go up a bin are ~500 to 1,000 (except the second MAX (I think)).

Wow! That is a lot more granularity than I realized. I'm still working my way to 1k (though pretty close now) so i'll take your word for it

Luckily! It isn't anything weird or overly complicated. It's just one of my longest running inside jokes.

Many years ago, my best friend started playing the original FFVII for the first time. She quickly realized that she had been given the power to name all of the playable characters, because it is an old RPG.

Well, Cloud is a bit of an obnoxious debbie downer for most of the game, but especially for the first bit in Midgar. To the point where my friend and I made fun of (and still make fun of lmao) him mercilessly.

So, when the opportunity came to name Cloud, my friend came up with this:

THE SAGA CONTINUES

ao3 unrevealed collections behavior seems to have changed semi-recently (for the better!) — if user A writes a work, user B adds it to a collection, user A approves, and user B later makes the collection unrevealed, this only affects works added to the collection after the setting was changed to unrevealed; user B will also not be able to add user A’s works to a collection that is currently unrevealed (see collections faq)

@businesstiramisu and @argentconflagration confirm that this was not always the case (in the past it was possible to unreveal works that were not yours by adding them to a collection) and seems to have changed sometime in the past year-ish, probably in response to tumblr discourse about it

(certainly i am seeing plenty of random “unrevealed” bookmarks, both mine and others', that were bookmarked as recently as march-april 2022, but this might also have been caused by authors making their work unrevealed on purpose, a thing i forgot authors might want to do)

i could find NOTHING about this in the ao3 changelog; currently poking through the commit history/git blame

@exemplarybehaviour tested this in september 2022, and was unable to hide a friend's work by adding it to a collection and making that collection unrevealed

in february-march 2020 (issue tracker issue, patch notes) ao3 sent email/inbox notifications when an author's work was made unrevealed in a collection even if that author had collection notifications turned off. which implies that, at least at that point, it was possible to accidentally hide works from the entire archive if the author was no longer active on ao3/checking ao3 notifications

@exemplarybehaviour found someone in august 2021 who reported receiving a notification about their work which was in a collection being made unrevealed

the collections help was updated in january 2022 in accordance with the 2020 email notifications change, but still doesn't include anything about unrevealed collection behavior
