(sorry if this has already been talked about) but i’m thinking sara is not only going to tell the police about witnessing august leak the video, but she will also take the fall for micke’s drugs being involved. cause if august goes down, he can always drag simon down with him, unless sara takes the blame for it first. then, there’s no way to prove that simon was involved and it could look like retaliation from august if he tried to throw simon under the bus after the truth about the video comes out. and sara could easily use the same reasoning as simon for taking the drugs in the first place: to remove access from their dad bc of his addiction. this could be how she decides to make it up to simon and the way she shows that she is taking the stance of finally putting family first. thoughts?

not a long while ago,  i posted about wanting to explore dynamics more and build more long-lasting connections between the muses,  but as of late there’s also been another related thing circulating inside my head,  which is the topic of romantic shipping.  i always say i’m open to considering those and people should always feel free to approach me about it and then we can discuss whether it makes sense or not,  though something i’m not particularly a fan of is devoiding a dynamic between characters for the sake of shipping.  romance is not my priority and even when it happens,  most of the time those relationships still will be difficult because this is how i write and interpret leon and his approach towards it.  all i’m asking for is some more depth.  otherwise,  simply speaking,  it’s hard for me to stay excited or interested.

When Ashlynn Ella, who is no more than 15, signed her page in the Storybook of Legend; do you think she thought about her Mother?

When Ashlynn signed her page in the book and saw her story play out; when she saw her ‘happily ever after’, do you think she was burdened by unsurmountable guilt due to the fact that she knew that by signing, she had practically killed her own Mother?

When she saw her own last name as she picked up the quill and signed, do you think she thought about Cinderella, and how one day her Mother would die and she would one day become Cinderella; just a title. No longer Ashlynn Ella, no, simply another character repeating another story.

Do you think her Mother thought the same thing? Or her Grandmother? Or every Cinderella that came before?

Why is there no mention of any real tribal nation in the game? No reference at all. The erasure of APOLLO didn’t remove the visions at the Grove, or any of the artifacts Aloy finds in her exploration. You’re telling me it makes narrative sense to have 30 minutes of Dutch artwork analysis and its historical significance, but not a single mention of any indigenous society? There are ZERO datapoints or ruins related to native people throughout the entire world that could have influenced Horizon-era culture?

I’m ngl, I’m mildly interested in the Lazarus Planet stuff coming up, mostly because I miss being invested in DC comics and also I’ve been very invested in Marvel comics for awhile, and when nature is out of balance to that degree, bad things happen.

Like, I’m not expecting it to be GOOD, per se, but it does look like radical changes across the board (even if temporary), and that’s the kind of shake-up that can rattle loose various ideas or set-ups that intrigue me and get the inspiration engines up and running.

Course, first there’s this whole Batman vs Robin set-up to put everything in place, and I’m aggressively trying to ignore all of that and just wade into the eventual Lazarus Planet stuff armed with wiki summaries, because oh look, all the former Robins have been brainwashed into being evil and trying to kill Bruce because brainwashed Batkids is something new and different and oh well, at least they’re just making this about former Robins and not Bruce’s kids so its not ACTUALLY like Cass and Duke have just been left on the sidelines again right?

Anyway, my only real takeaway on this is not only are Dick, Jason, Tim, Steph and Damian all united in being evil and targeting Bruce, they’ve also all been armed with heavy-duty mystical weapons like the Sword of Sin and Cloak of Cagliostro and lol its like wait at what point do you have to take a look at how you hype up the Batkids’ own skills and danger-levels and be like, umm, Bruce really should NOT be coming out of this event alive but okay.
