Ayoooooo FH or anyone reading this, I had an okay day today. It sucks that it rained. I'm hungry and s*xually frustrated. And affection deprived lol 🥲 I'm still struggling mentally. A lot of inner turmoil and trauma that I'm still dealing with. I need EMDR but Mallory isn't doing thst type of therapy with me 🥲 fml. I'm gonna go look into the Brain Center and see if a trauma therapist is available for me. Bruh, just SO much trauma to deal with, it's a headache. Ughhhhhhhhhhh
