oh if anyone was wondering i still can't breathe lol 🙃

#like i can breathe but my chest is very tight and it takes effort to breathe #even WITH the inhaler AND claritin AND benedryl #and now im just taking the inhaler every like 2-3 hours #when its supposed to be taken every 4-6 hours and definitely not for 3 days straight #ugh i hate talking to my doctor im already on so many meds for a 25 year old i hate this #the thing is I THINK its flaring up bc of the hormone shift from my period and should get better in a few days? #so i shouldnt have to take a daily long acting asthma med #but also being miserable and overusing my rescue inhaler for several days is most likely not ok either #especially not if it keeps coming back each period #which i dont KNOW cos ive only just started noticing this pattern... i dont have enough data
