Running an Etsy shop is great in the sense that I can make money doing something that I love, but it’s terrible in the sense that it’s its own special breed of customer service

#some people... will ask the stupidest questions I swear #and like I try not to make too many judgments about a person based on how rude they come off because like #I recognize not everyone is skilled in cordial conversations #like language barriers autism and cultural differences can all cause someone to come off a bit ruder than they intend #but god is it awful to be on the reciecing end of that #I wish I could just knit and not have to talk to people ever #also I live in constant fear of someone giving me a bad review
