The reason it is not well understood why Celiac develops at any age by researchers today is they don’t well understand what they are reporting. How is this possible? It doesn’t fit there (genetic) paradigm.
They admit as much in their research.  They don’t know Pellagra presenting as Celiac Disease or NCGS explains a seronegative Celiac diagnosis going as far as to call it “guesswork”!  Not high praise for the Medical community or something to have a lot of confidence in.

The way we see things simply stated is our “world view”.  IF genetics in our world view eliminates us from ever possibly developing Celiac disease then Spouses (those STRESSED) would not/COULD not ever develop Celiac disease which simply is not the cause.

But what if we are both right?  1/3 of the population has a higher genetic propensity for a Vitamin (Niacinamide) that helps us regulate stress (it makes us itch as an example) in the body and precisely why when people are stressed do not flush when taking Niacin an example of cause and affect proving that Niacin helps us deal  with stress in the body.
