Is It All Over? - LN

Summary: Lando's girlfriend seems to disappear from any appearances with him and fans are growing concerned it might all be over. Which doesn't matter to Lando, till he feels like she's missed

Mildly shy!reader (bc I miss writing the shy series sometimes - this isn't the shy series, I'm just saying I liked writing it) also for the girls who are emotionally attached to a childhood comfort blanket (the one in this fic isn't just a couple strings of fabric tho)

Being back in Monaco, Lando has been keeping himself busy going out with Max and P and having his sister and her boyfriend there to visit.

Y/n on the other hand, she's been...absent. In fact even he has to admit he doesn't exactly remember when he last saw her, he's been texting her all day between his own plans. But where the hell she's been and what she's been doing he wishes he could say.

"Alright, home time." Max declares actually being the dad of the group and responsible enough to know when to call it a night. But even on their way out he makes a comment which does sort of make Lando have to hide a wince. "Did y/n not come to join us? P thought y/n had mentioned joining us for dinner."

"Uhh...she didn't say anything to me." Lando shrugs then smiling as they all head back.

Lando stayed away from the alcohol so he could actually drive back and Max seemed to follow suit to drive the other car.

"Things are good between you and y/n, aren't they?" Max questions earning a frown. "I mean just...there's a lot of stuff online about her seeming to never be around-and I know not to listen. But it's not like her to miss out on something like this."

"Honestly mate...I don't even know." Lando admits hating that he's even saying it. Who wants to admit they don't even know if their relationship is on the rocks? Even worse, who wants to admit fans that know nothing about the relationship are right about it being on the rocks?

They all drive back, parking their cars in the garage which is seemingly packed with Lando's car collection.

The couples seem to get themselves to the spare guest rooms and start to wind down leaving Lando to search for his girlfriend. Finding her curled up in bed wrapped the blanket that you'd be lucky to pry from her hands if you catch her in the wrong mood.

"Hey, baby." Lando greets casually leaning over the bed to give her a kiss which she returns promptly.

"Hey."

"Did you not feel up to joining us?" Lando asks trying not to sound annoyed or upset. "Max was asking after you."

Y/n remains quiet while Lando busies himself in getting dressed and changing for bed.

"Baby?"

"I just felt...like staying in." Y/n murmurs then sighing. "I'm sorry, I didn't mean to let anyone down. It's just-I felt like there was so many people and when we were getting ready this morning and everyone was coming in and talking to me about how many people would be there and how many people we'd be meeting up with, I kind of got freaked out."

Cue Lando grimacing inwardly and being hit with a reason to dislike himself.

He's been busy. Very busy and with him not wanting y/n to travel with him too much because of her lack of ability to really adapt well at all to the time zone changes.

But none of that excuses that fact that he's just overlooked and ignored one of the key characteristics that makes y/n the person she is.

She's shy.

Big groups and a lots of people might feel like a nice or normal situation for most people but for y/n it's just a nightmare. Her idea of perfect is just spending the night with Lando and it's not because she doesn't like other people or because she's a bitch. She's just shy and that situation pushes her further into being quiet and withdrawn the whole time.

"Shit." Lando mutters as he's finally dressed then climbing onto the bed and pulling y/n into a hug and kissing all around her face which does earn a small smile and laugh from his girlfriend. "I'm sorry. I'm sorry. I'm sorry."

"Sorry for what?"

"Because I was mad...but it's not fair that I was mad." Lando sighs making her frown. "You've never liked nights out and you don't like big groups. I don't even know why I expected you to come."

"Lando...it's normal for a girlfriend to go out with you and your friends." Y/n mumbles then smiling sadly. "I'm sorry though."

"No. You don't need to be sorry...it's my fault. Max asked and with all the comments and theories from fans recently because you haven't been at races...It's just got in my head." Lando groans then feeling the young woman move to hug him tightly. "I love you."

"Lando...stop beating yourself up...please." Y/n mumbles making him smile lightly at her. "You're cute but you really don't need to be so concerned...even if your fans are getting in your head."

Lando hums with a grunt before lying back and pulling her with him to lie down.

"How did you spend your night then?" Lando asks making her smile.

"I made spaghetti carbonara from scratch. I painted my toe nails." Y/n smiles showing her toes which are painted a glossy white.

"Very pretty." Lando smiles since y/n had been trying to improve her skill on doing her own nails. Usually with little success on her hands but her toes always go well. "How was the carbonara?"

"So so good. I loved it." Y/n nods then rolling to lie on her tummy.

"Good. I'm glad you had a good night."

"Since we are kind of having a serious talk though." Y/n mumbles shifting ever so slightly closer. "I do sort of want to come to the next race-I know I'll be a mopey, grumpy, tired bitch. But I want to be there for you and I'm sick of fans dog-piling on me in comments and tags about why I'm not there and if we've broken up."

"I want you at every race baby. You don't need permission. You just come with me whenever you want, ok?" Lando smiles then pulling her towards her for a kiss. "I just don't want you to feel forced into being there with me if you don't feel up to it. But I'll always want you there. No matter what."

"Ok, well I want to be there for the next race. Really badly." Y/n murmurs earning a grin.

"Good and you can be as antisocial as you want. No enforced socialising."

Lando was pretty excited to slap those rumours and assumptions about his relationship away and while he promised no socialising if she didn't feel up to it.

That didn't mean he wouldn't be showing her off, making it clear with every kiss, hug and possibly cheeky gesture whenever possible throughout the weekend.

"Lando! You have got to behave. There are cameras." Y/n gasps in a quiet voice when Lando comes up to her managing to steal a kiss and shamelessly hold her ass with both hands to pull her forward against himself.

"I love you." Lando shrugs making it obvious he's got no intention of easing up on the PDA even if she looks like she wants to jab him in the throat for the constant attention being drawn to her because of his ravishing over her. "I'm just glad we've shut fans up. I was getting sick of them asking if I'd really fumbled someone as good as you."

"They should give you more credit. You're super smart." Y/n smiles while reaching up to shift a stray curl. "Even if it's me hitting about my weight."

"Don't even." Lando tsks then lifting her and doing what he always does when he wants to carry her around which is refuse to place her down till she just complies so it's no surprise when she lifts her legs and locks them up around his waist. "You're sticking with me for a bit."

Alright! Tier list of how likely are hpma characters of becoming dateable ( if we ever get the romance option)

Ok so here´s the list in question and my absolutely undenyable scientific reasonings behind each placement. ( /j, I understand my logic ain´t perfect so feel free to disagree)

IT´S GONNA BE VERY LONG SO BEWARE

Very likely tier

aka these characters are pretty much guaranteed to become an option or at least have a really high chance (85-100%)

Daniel: I think this one is like,,,out of question lmao. It´s pretty obvious that if you could date somebody in this game, he would be an option. First and foremost, he´s the only male companion available in the game rn, making him the most fitting male character for this role and you can´t make a romance option with no boys like cmon. Second, he´s one of the most prominent characters in a storyline and is pretty much considered to be one of mc´s closest friends along with Ivy and y´know how it goes. Also, we can take into consideration the "favoritism advantage", as in it´s pretty obvious he along with Cass is the most beloved character by the fandom and I believe it is something you as a dev should take into consideration when making a romance option.

Ivy: pretty much many of the same logic used for Daniel is applied here. She´s tecnically our first friend in the game, she´s one of mc´s closest friends and she is one of the more prominent characters in the story (she, mc and Daniel are at this point the "main trio" of the game), making her the most likely female character to be available as an option. I would say she doesn´t have a really strong "favoritism advantage" as there are less fans liking her than Daniel and Cassandra, but there are some people who seem to like and favor her and tbh I feel like it wouldn´t really affect the decision behind making her an option.

Cassandra: as much as she is supposed to be our "rival" in the game, first of all, Merula from HPHM exists. Second, we still have like, 5 more years (well, 4 tecnically, but you get the point), so there could be a possible chance of her either redeeming herself to some degree or just becoming less antagonistic towards mc. And it´s not like she hates the mc either, I feel like she actually kinda enjoys their company, just has troubles admitting her liking to us. Plus it´s not like dating a "rival character" is something new. But even if we forget about the whole "she´s supposed to be our rival" shtick, she is just a really good option for the romance. AS MUCH AS I HATE GOING OFF VIBES, she really does give of the dateable vibe, sorry. Not to mention the "favoritism advantage" not only from the fans but the developers as well. I would say that given everything, she most likely would be a lot harder to rizz up than Daniel and Ivy, in a sense that it would probably be more time consuming to get her to date us, but I feel like it would be a rather rewarding in the end of a day.

Pretty likely

aka there´s a possibility they won´t be available as an option, but given everything they have a high chance of actually being one (60-84%)

Lottie: I feel like out of the rest of the cast we have, Lottie is the most likely to be dateable, although she´s only availbale as a dancing companion at this moment (hope they fix that fr). The chances are a lot less than the three characters from above, with her not being a very prominent character in the story besides Year 2 and her not having a lot of fans but I feel like she does have a certain probability of being chosen for the role, especially since the more option there are the better. Right??? (she deserves more love btw)

Uhh

aka I have no idea at this point, it really depends (50%)

Colby and Fischer aka Frey twins: I´m gonna be real with you, when I first made this tier list, I had put them in a "unlikely" tier, below Kevin and Robyn, because I felt like given everything the chances were very low. They are not available as companions, they are highly implied to have some of crush on Cassandra and they don´t have a strong "favoritism advantage" even from the devs themselves (this mostly applies to japanese and korean twitter accounts for the game, which "forgot" to post their character cards (you probably know which ones I´m talking about) which contained character description, concept art and voice actors listed (as I do know that along with character from "very likely" tier they were the only ones who had their character description uploaded to the official site, at least in english,so perhaps this point is sorta weak in that regard). But the more I though about it, the more I realised they do have certain probability. Or shall I say, one of them. Yes, I feel like there´s a chance that we could potentially date one of the twins,as in only one of them. Which one is most likely to be dateable? At this point I have no idea, but my bet´s on Colby. That being said, the only possible logical explanation I could give is "we need more than one male option available" and Kevin isn´t likely to be one, so the Freys, especially Colby are the most likely contendants for it. But other than that, it´s just a vibe and gut feeling thing, which is not a very good argument material.

Most likely not

aka the chances are below 50%. It´s not completely out of the question, but I´d say the chances are very low albeit not non existent.

Robyn: in spite of her being a companion character for every game mode except dancing and having certain favoritism advantage, let´s be real here, the affection system behind her is probably only designed to buff her specific character desks. But yeah, girl´s got a crush on Kevin, pretty obvious one at that, so she probably won´t be a dating option. Also a gut feeling moment, I feel like at some point in the story Robyn and Kevin will date eventually, but again, it is a gut feeling, so it´s not an argument material, but yeah.

Kevin: same logic as behind Robyn except he´s not even a companion character so the chances are even lower kfdvjhkfdvjkhl

Some Bloberta outfit concepts and an Orel design at the top.

There are a lot of details but the Puppingtons are aristocrats; as in the comic here, Clay meets Bloberta, of the working class, singing at a music hall which she does to earn money.

She sees marrying Clay as an opportunity for upward mobility. She tries to convince herself she's attracted to him and stuff Clay thinks even though Blobs is poorer and all that she's pretty, seems intelligent (especially for a commoner : 0), and is very talented, and seems like she could be good wife/mother material. So they keep meeting and Angela like... is hesitant about her at first but lends her some clothes and Bloberta kinda starts to look to her as a better mother figure (Regina is not great) and Angela also starts to think of her as a daughter and she could definitely work for her Clay! Bloberta is elated she's being accepted by these people which helps her convince herself that this is a good idea. Clay probably sets it up so Bloberta can sing at social events they go to, if it involves a music/vocal performance, because it's good for him and she's more than willing to do it. She feels a bit like she's being exploited after a few times but she also loves to sing and it's helping her make friends or at least people who appreciate her voice.

With Bloberta's upbringing she's used to doing chores and all herself and cleaning is a coping mechanism for her anyway so she cleans things when Clay's not there and the servants are all quiet about it cause they like her more than him. Bloberta is also afraid of being seen as lesser so she's extra careful to 'behave' in front of Clay and his associates.

Clay hushed [her background] up so not many people knew he was marrying her because he didn't want those reactions; only his closest associates knew Then he hires people to make sure she can act 'properly' in public. Bloberta wants to be accepted in society so she goes along but she often puts on a show when they're out and about obviously. She feels quite numb like in the show, like she's always playing this version of herself. She hates talking to other men's wives at parties and such. She gets a break when she's conceiving Orel and then is congratulated for producing a healthy male heir.

So the difference here is that Clay knows who Shapey's father is from the beginning, but I think they'd set it up so Shapey and Danielle don't interact so Shapey doesn't form an attachment to him.

As for Shapey- because it'd be different here as to Danielle's plan... the marriage and all is a different structure than it is in modern day moralton, Clay is in a position that benefits him and he keeps Bloberta around for that reason... so Danielle, if he wanted Clay, would just go to Clay in secret. His plan- Clay wants another kid but can't provide physically for another one so like... Danielle offers to have sex with Bloberta. And Clay is like "well okay" and then they hook up in private, but a lot of people in their circle have these affairs. It's not unprecedented for Bloberta, she's just frustrated that her husband (who she doesn't love) and this guy who had sex with her so she could have a second kid are f*cking elsewhere while she's like >: <. Some of the women in the social circle hear about Clay and Danielle and invite Bloberta, who they've known for several years now, into their uhh lesbian circle.

Orel thinks it's totally normal that his parents aren't even like together they're just creating a facade that isn't even for the other people in their circle cause everyone's f*cking each other; the facade is for those outside the circle.

He sees Danielle occasionally like "Oh that's my father's lover" and then when he sees any of Bloberta's ladies "oh there're my mother's lady friends". Then he like, goes out in town when he's 12-13 and he becomes friends with Doughy and Joe and them and it's apparently not everyone's parents who do this!

"Your parents don't have lovers besides their husband or wife? Strange"

Clay and Bloberta are both generally happy because of their relationships except when they have to spend a lot of time together, but it's not suspicious or anything that they are only (barely) platonic in public, it's normal. So they still feel stuck together (and Bloberta doesn't want to leave, with everything she has tied down in this life) but aren't at the same time. They actually feel more amiable to interact with each other if they have to or pass by in a hall because they aren't together in any context that matters to them, only a casual one that they don't have to do much to maintain.

In an Everyone Lives scenario, what majors/career paths do you think all the Hacketteers would end up in? Obviously we have animation for Ryan and physics for Dylan suggested in the game but so many people end up changing their majors anyway, I wonder if the experience would lead them on different paths than they’d originally intended.

thank you for making me think about this, it's one thing i've been putting off but i also think about all the time

so right off the top of my head, i think about Max's major a lot & i end up tossing two things around - law school or childcare/teaching. he seems like a level-headed guy, he breaks down situations in pieces until he understand them ("You remember when I said, 'whoa, look at the moon. it's so big and bright and- it's so cool to see a full moon' and you said "yeah no shit, Max, it happens once a month'?"), & also.... we've all seen his outfit in the 50s pack. but i still come back to childcare bc i grew up working in childcare & he just seems the type for it. maybe he got rejected from Landis for law & pursues childcare or teaching at a smaller school instead & ends up one of those teachers that everyone wants to get on their schedule

Laura, the love of my life, the breath in my lungs, is such a headstrong badass that she prolly still pursues her vet degree, altho i can see her minoring/taking a few psychology classes to coach her & Max thru the rough times

Abi definitely finds her way to art school, i just don't see her changing that. i do think she expands from just sketching & gets into different mediums - pottery, possibly sculpting, using charcoal and paint - bc i think she'd find it calming to work with her hands, cover her skin in anything but red, & she'd lean into it for stress relief

uhh Nick is so complicated sometimes that predicting what the absolute FOOL (affectionate) is going to do is impossible. i want to say culinary school but if i'm being honest, i think he would end up dropping out & just working at restaurant. i don't say this bc i hate him, i say this bc he's a clown. (also i may or may not have done the same thing, minus the culinary part) or maybe he becomes a forest ranger & spends time alone in his ranger tower listening to the forest

Jacob i whole-heartedly believe goes for coaching/athletics or something, but he joins the college sports team (prolly football or maybe hockey) & that's the path he ends up following. he definitely has to get a tutor

i think Emma maybe pursues marketing/advertising or something of the sort, but i also think she def starts loading up her schedule. volunteer work? no worries, she can run it. student council? sure, she'll apply. you know, lacrosse sounds rlly fun all of a sudden, she should join the team! & she kills, obvi. if she never thinks about it, it never happened. if she never has time to think, she can never think about it

Kaitlyn.... she's the one i've been thinking about the most. she's such an odd character bc we see so much of her & yet i still feel like we don't know anything about her. her entire character is kind of just "im mean, i know first aid & i can shoot" & then we love her bc she's a badass. which i don't mind but it makes it kind of hard to make theories on her future. i imagine she IS one who ends up switching her major. she prolly starts with what she had planned - maybe an english degree? - but then switches bc hackett's quarry changed her & she'll never stop thinking about it. i like to think maybe she ends up in enviromentalism, or possibly on the nursing track. something to occupy her mind

Ryan & Dylan honestly seem rlly well suited for their majors so i don't know of i can imagine them doing something else. i do think Ryan starts taking self-defense class & prolly makes Sarah go with him just to be sure she knows. just in case. Dylan takes a part-time job at either the school's radio station or a local one, & if he DID drop out, he would 100% start a podcast. all those fanfics are canon

this was rlly fun to think about even tho i'm not sure how accurate they are - i would love to hear other ideas! thank you for the ask :)

Nah, your mention of the teacup scene was honestly perfect, because, just like P-Z it just feels so weird, and just kinda pointless/disjointed. Heckers, even the people I know who LIKE the story of totk, did not seem to like the teacup scene. Also, if I can throw in: It felt like a scene that, in its idea, should have been in the DLC. Maybe actually focus on just Sonia and Rauru as people, instead of the weird "talking around the bush, your powers don't work, Link, and the other piddly talk." Like in the botw DLC, the focus was more on a "slice of life" peek into the Champion's life. It's such a waste of main-story content, and literally established nothing new. Heck, I actually hate that scene because it's just such a lazy way for Rauru to find out who Link is, and then later tell Ganondorf about Link. Additionally, while we're talking about disappoint scenes/bad writing. Zelda's "I didn't remember anything from being a Dragon." It was such a bad cop-out, and it annoyed me to no end. They didn't need to mention it, leave it up to the player to interpret if Zelda remembers, and what she might have remembered or forgotten. The way it gets dropped is also like a hard rock. Riju: "So how was it?" Zelda: "Lol idk, don't remember." It's weird how you can put Botw-Zelda's sacrifice against Totk-Zelda's sacrifice, and Botw she just sacrificed a lot more, even though Totk really plays up the severity of the "Sacrificing yourself to become a dragon"-thing, only for it to just be the most overhyped McGuffin to get Zelda back into her time.

Yeah, agreed. I have talked extensively about the dragon problem somewhere??? I'll try to find it. Here! Which is basically that even if I agree the dragon thing is super cool and powerful and visually jawdropping and emotionally something, it's... kind of not a lot of what it claims to be.

But in addition to that, you made me think of something else by having this comment; there are multiple times during voiced cutscenes specifically where lines are used (I say used because every voiced line costs *so much money* so producers will always beg you to keep them to a minimum) to reassure the player that nothing truly bad is happening.

The thing with Zelda telling you she doesn't remember her time as a dragon is a great example, but there are many more. The first time I actively noticed it was during the Sealing cutscene where Rauru dives in to put his hand in Ganondorf's uhh tender heart (and he steals his magic? I wish something was actually done with that it could have been great if Rauru was corrupting himself voluntarily or something), and there is a whole dialogue where Ganondorf goes "hahaha thousands of years will pass in the blink of an eye", which could be a way to just brush off Rauru's actions as negligeable, but could also be a way to minimize the toll of time taken on both of them the same way it did for Zelda, especially since they semi-turn to stone immediately after. There are a lot of dialogue bits that feel like they are here for damage control and reassure us that the nice things are nice and the bad things are bad (a lot of the gerudo Sage dialogue also reads like that to me as well).

But yes, in general, it is a game that is incredibly averse to consequences, which does a lot of harm to its narrative tension in my opinion.

i think a depressing truth of the internet ill always hate is that negativity is what leads to success

negativity, in forms of content creation, leads to comments of people arguing or saying "but i like that thing". comments lead to the algorithms of social media boosting said piece of comic. algorithm favoring your stuff leads to more views. views get you money

often times, i think most youtubers and tiktokers and people on twitter and whatnot actually force themselves to be negative out of necessity. because its the quickest and easiest way to get a post out there. and its really become a norm in social media thats made the internet suffocatingly bad lately

like.. take pokemon for example, youtubers and tiktokers and twitter users such talking about pokemon will complain to no end about graphics, taking the worst possible screenshots they can get or setting up elaborate glitches so they can take a picture, put it next to another game with the prettiest picture they can get, and then go "WOW CAN U BELIEVE GAMEFREAK MAKES STUFF LIKE THIS" which then starts arguments and spreads like a wildfire because people are pointing out "wow you really took the worst picture you could huh" but then random people desperate to argue go "UHHH GAMEFREAKS NOT GONNA MARRY U DUDE LOL" blah blah blah

or take some specific youtubers for instance, like videogamedunkey is a critic who usually lies about video games he dislikes, makes up stuff or complains about really little stuff, or tries to get glitches to happen to pretend the whole games like that. a reallyyy scummy youtuber but thats literally what he has to do to make money and that sucks! or like... alpharad whos kind of just an obnoxious jerk all the time and thats how he gets his attention because being a jerk gets you comments and comments get you views etc etc

the youtube channel gamexplain got exposed for not paying employees and fell off HARD.. but they made a full recovery and comeback. they used to post informative nintendo and other games news, but lately theyve just been posting negative memes or complaining about really little things or posting negative news with a clickbait title. like.. nintendos doing some reconstruction at their headquarters. so gamexplain posts this

its... just reconstruction. but the big letters, the sad mario, it looks Worrying and causes clicks and comments. its literally just reconstruction. but oh wow with a thumbnail like this they can fearmonger and milk it

it stinks too because generally positive youtubers are... Rare. most positive youtubers fall really hard and barely get any views compared to the big bad youtubers out there, cause theres not a ton to comment on without negativity. and thats so.. sad. (bumping a youtuber i love a lot here; nekolacey is a really great and positive pokemon youtuber and i love her videos!!! but her videos dont really get a lot of views compared to other channels which i find so sad. shes awesome!!)

i think the only generally positive gaming youtuber i know of who actually had a big following was chuggaaconroy, and he was making videos on youtube for MANY MANYYY years to even just get 1 million subscribers.

and then he got cancelled because of... uh... a chatlog from 2009. and... uh...... some out of context discord messages from some youtuber whos been known to falsely accuse autistic people to get allegations on them. and.... apparently some randos named antdude and missfushigaming made up allegations to get some clout but they got proved false... uhh... and also chuggaaconroy went to therapy, apologized a ton, asked everyone to please not harass the accusers, and has been deeply working for years to work on himself because he did have a geniune falling out with masaeanela over him not following set boundaries.

but.... yeahhhh its. uh. when you point out "wow did anything bad happen beyond a falling out with masaeanela" you're kind of just quickly hushed by a bunch of random people and to accept it and quit. they can't afford for that positivity to change the way things are, they need negativity to thrive.

its.. the internet trying its hardest to push down one positive creator who made it so they can hype up a dozen negative ones.

i think the internet has always awarded negativity but it was never really bad. like.. many youtubers back in the day would make top 10s, listing something like "zelda bosses" or "gen 4 pokemon". these were great because they got to gush about something they like, BUT they'd get comments and arguments because of things like "well i would've put ths boss over that boss" or "why isnt crobat on this list!". it worked great because they got clout from comments, but they weren't being actively negative

or, talking about an internet show i LOVE, death battle! this is a fun show where they take two fictional characters and make them fight! and they research to see who wins and have really great animation!

it thrived because not only is it super good, but it causes arguments. most viewers dont care about the real reasoning and numbers, they just want their prefered character to win. so if there preference loses, even if its right, they will get mad and argue, causing comments which cause views which causes success.

unfortunately, the positive ways to get comments just... hardly last. its sad but in the modern internet, being mad and angry is literally how you succeed. its near impossible to make it online if you arent angry or doing stuff to upset people.

it sucks. so much.

and it sucks even more because people trying to make a living on the internet Have to be negative. thats how they make a living. they literally have to complain to make money and survive and it sucks!! so much!!!!!!!!!

i think overall success on the internet always depended on causing arguments and negativity, but its really become suffocating in recent time. everyone tries so hard to be mad they've geniunely become mad. positivity is rare and out of style, negativity is what everyone wants. its.... so....... miserable honestly

uhhh i already talked about a few of them here but i havent talked about the new ones there. i did in a different post but. i have new ideas and more specific things about them sooo

tsunomen (or you can call her noodle if you want)

shes the daughter of ormen karmen and uhhhh ok i need to put a ton of hc stuff here to explain this i think after pata 2 theres like, at least 2 groups of karmen, some have a truce with the patapons/zigotons but also theres another group who still continued to follow ormen/the generals .(kimen/hukmen/nomen) tsunomen is relatively young so she was taken with the latter group since her family ties with ormen, i also think ormen was like, a mostly absent parent and thanks to this along with my hcs on other karmen things (ranking/class things ig) she is quite lonely.

i think she probably ended up sneaking to talk with slinky a lot while she(slinky) was in the world egg during 2.

zigopon, so, a zigoton and patapon, at the same time.

i changed them to a tateton after i realised i dont want to draw 7 billion horses and come up with another name

shes been around since before the truce at the end of patapon 1 so his parents at the time were like, forbidden love (no idea how many parents she had though, just at least 2, since, zigopon...) anyway yeah so thanks to that parents kinda just. left it, with the zigoton tribe to grow up in. no one in either tribe knows who its parents are so its kinda been a community effort to raise them :]

anyway uhh theyre not like. a pacifist but its not one for battle/hunting either, just kinda enjoys doing its own thing. i believe a lot of the time zigo/patas will carry their weapons only when hunting or in battle/on the way to, but because momuru doesnt really do that they usually just wander around carrying their weapon(s) on its back, just incase.

momuru and tsunomen also at some point meet and become friends :> (tsunomen just wants friends she doesnt care who they are ) like a forbidden friendship purely because the group of karmen tsunomen is with REALLY hates the patapons/zigotons after what they did to ormen/hukmen/kimen/nomen, so they have to be careful not to be caught.

THEY ARE PURELY PLATONIC BTW no shipping. im aroace i dont get romance so i always have to say this just incase it lines up with how some people think romance is

General proxy headcanons

Ngl, I have writers block.

So these are just gonna be headcanons on how things work in Slendermans proxy's.

The highest ranking proxy has their own room, but most of the lower ranking "groups" have to share.

Some of the following groups are:

Ben, x-virus, and ticci toby.

(toby shares with them by choice)

Jeff, bloody painter, and jason the toymaker.

Sally, clockwork, and nurse Ann

Proxy's are allowed to leave the manor to live on their own, but it can't be too far away from the forest.

If they get too far from the forest, especially the new proxy's, he'd start to lose his control over them.

Either causing them to have a full blown mental breakdown, (usually ending in them "offing" themselves) or they'd realize what Slenderman has done to them, making them want revenge.

A lot of zalgos proxy's are Slendermans old proxy's that he lost control of.

I think slenderman would usually keep his proxy's in a daze, he would give them constant hallucinations.

Especially the ones that have stronger will power than the others.

From the proxy's point of view, the random people that wander into the forest would be people from their past, or their worst fear.

Like for Jeff, when you see a random hiker, he sees his mother's corpse speaking to him, telling him how awful he is.

The proxy's do have ranks, but it's just based off of who is stronger, and who is his most trusted proxy.

The higher the ranks, the less he feels like he has to keep them under control, for example, ticci toby is a higher ranking proxy.

He can go into town, and go to different states if needed, because Slenderman knows that he's "brainwashed" toby enough, that he'll just come back on his own.

Although he's manipulated most of his proxy's, there are some entities that work for him by choice.

Eyeless jack works for him for protection, and company.

He has few friends at the manor, but he gets lonely in the forest on his own.

and

Laughing jack works for him because of how many children live near the forest.

I think slenderman would be able to "bind" spirits, like sally and BEN.

He doesn't have a "father & daughter" relationship with Sally, unless he's trying to manipulate her.

He uses her to lure other children into the forest, when he's too busy.

ik a lot of people hc that zalgo and slenderman hate each other, but I personally don't.

I think of them like old business partners, who now have their own business, but their workers all hate eachother.

They view their proxy's as playthings, not people.

They don't think their proxy's are worth fighting over.

Speaking of zalgo, a few of his "proxy's" are:

Jane the killer:

she became his proxy because she couldn't handle being in the same house as Jeff.

She joined a little while after jeff, at that time, he would constantly taunt her, and play mind games with her.

Slender would do nothing about it unless it got physical.

Homicidal liu:

He got too far away from Slenderman causing him to break away from his "daze" and fully realize what he's done to all his victims.

Zalgo took that chance to manipulate him.

Nina the killer:

She used to be obsessed with jeff, but eventually those feelings died out once she realized how cruel he actually was.

Now she holds resentment towards anyone related to jeff, in any way.

Mentally, she's still about 15-17.

She still thinks like an angsty teenager, so when she actually realized that jeff has just been using her, she "ran away"

UHH ANYWAYS THATS IT 🤾🏽‍♀️🤾🏽‍♀️

interesting... if i apologize multiple times i get new dialogue. is she gonna spare us?

nevermind it doesnt do anything special it just. skips her boss and puts on neutral i suppose?

im gonna try apologizing and getting to her LAST line of dialogue and just. shooting her . eheheh

update: almost gave myself spoilers trying to see if there were any strategys (specifically for the part with the falling objects. god i hate that part)

so i just wasted time repeating the bossfight AND almost gave myself spoilers!! ..uwahhh

so. since i wasted so much time on martlet. i'll give some personal insight onto how the attack is.

God awful

most of her attacks are easy, *especially* since if you look at the crosshairs, it shows you what direction the attacks will go in/come from.

so all you need to do is just stand there.

with the boxes, you just have to stick to the ground. its safest, just make sure not to get crushed by objects/incoming boxes. the WORST attacks in my opinion would be the feathers exploding into 3 extra feathers attack, and the wind attack with falling objects.

the first of the two is easier, just stay away from the big red feathers and treat it all like a bullet hell.

i still havent figured out a strategy for the wind attack, i honestly just hope i dont get a bad combination of objects and usually heal right before the attack arrives.

but, yeah! i also noticed if you apologize and then attack right after, she seems to skip a line of dialogue and also maybe an attack? its hard to tell.

so yeah! apologies for rambling

i like the fact you can see flowey during this cutscene

i'd also like to ramble once more; i like how all of these locations and characters clover meet are kind of implied to exist at the same time as the other monsters?

like, the dark ruins: frisk wouldnt encounter it because she never falls into the dark ruins.

the other part of snowdin? it makes sense it exists; we took a different exit out of the ruins, and if you look at the base game, you can overlook a HUGE forest. who knows how many more monsters there are around?

i think im gonna feel the worst about killing him. look at him. a little guy

regarding MCD oh katelyn absolutely no question. plot threads and arcs can get a little all over the place but katelyn has a consistent motiv/arc she follows through on s1-2 with her defection and everything, we love you katelyn <333 ugh queen

For mystreet well tbh. uhh. s1-3 zane is the only one who had a solid like. arc (?) about opening up and making friends. (not that he should be opening up to these ppl theyre all assholes to him lmfao) so much happens in mystreet and the quality, ranges. s1-3 was like a sitcom but then s4-6 were so much idk.

and dante and gene dante and gene. pov youre orphans and your big brother is doing something terrible so you report him and he winds up being hanged for it and he comes back as an undead monstrosity and kills literally everyone in your hometown ((i realize i have misremebered it was a memory wipe not killing but so many village wipes happen in this series can you blame me)) but you and you are haunted by the guilt you feel. its hard but you end up finding a new place to call home and new people to call family until one day theyre gone and you do your best to help your little struggling village and you perservere until one day 15 years later theyre back and havent aged a day. you thought they were gone.

also just fucking getting to see dante age and get married and become a father while gene is stuck in the same 20 y/o body goes crazy. what happens when you outgrow your big brother

Favorite place in the world you’ve visited?

I visited a town near this mountain in China called Siguniangshan Town once and I loved it so much. My country is pretty hot, so I enjoyed the cold air very much. The buildings there are so pretty, and the food is just amazing. Also I saw yaks and wild horses, which was really cool.

Something you’re proud of yourself for?

I'm proud of getting through 2023. It was a really stressful year for me, especially during my exams, but I pushed through. I've just received my results, and I'm happy to say that I passed with flying colours!

Favorite books?

The Invisible life of Addie LaRue by V. E. Schwab, The Book Thief by Markus Zusak, and The Hand, The Eye and The Heart by Zoe Mariott

Something that makes your heart happy when thinking about it?

My dogs - the way they practically melt when I scratch a specific spot on their bodies. The way Hollie curls up into a ball when she sleeps, and the way Mochi sleeps in the most ridiculous positions. The way they'd literally start climbing me if they want more attention. I just love them so much.

Favorite thing about your culture?

Definitely the food. Also the festivals.

I joined quite recently, around winter 2023. The first show I watched was band of brothers!

Nope, but I hope to one day

Joe Liebgott. My favourite moment was that part when he said "woah, hershey bars!" Oh also that scene in the concentration camp. It just felt like such a raw moment for someone like Lieb who seems like a tough person most of the time.

George Luz. For him, my favourite moment was when he shouted "I HAVE NO IDEA" to Harry. Besides that, I like the part in Hagenau where he was just so done with everyone trying to take the chocolates.

Random Star Wars Headcannons I have because I have sw brain rot and no other outlet

Grogu has a whole room in Boba’s palace (well it’s his and Din’s room, but all Din has in there is an armor stand and a mat on the floor with a neck pillow). The rest of the room is filled with toys, many of which are frog themed.

Boba gave Grogu a modified light-saber when he found out Skywalker blackmailed the green bean out of jedi training. It’s one of the ones Boba got off a Jedi bounty, but the kid does not need to know that.

Some of the Tusken raider villages that is sort of extended family with the one that took in Boba found out he was daimyo and gifted him some mastiffs and he absolutely uses them for sand dog-sledding. Grogu likes to ride them like banthas and will even race Boba.

Din teaches Boba Tusken and Boba teaches Din how to use a gaffi stick

Peli gives Boba and Din her eternal loyalty because knowing them has gotten her loads of business from the locals. She absolutely brags about it and you KNOW she exaggerates their friendship— “Who, the daimyo? He’s basically my brother. Family gatherings are wild!”

Darth Vader had a grand total of three coworkers names memorized in his time as Commander of the Imperial Navy— Tarkin, Thawn, and the Emperor. Why would he need to know anyone else’s when he kills so many on the daily? He just reads their mind if he needs to say something to them or just calls them by their status like “Admiral” or “Lieutenant” and whatnot. He ain’t got no time. And if he DOES call anyone by the wrong name, you better believe no one is gonna correct him.

Han Solo equally loves and hates what being married to a politician has done to his fame/career. On the one hand, people are even more afraid of getting on his bad side than before. On the other hand, he can’t do much more than shoplift without getting dragged back home by the ear from Leia.

Cara uses her rare Friend Immunity to share gossip between the Fett and Organa households.

Fennec likes to read and she can clear like three books in a day, easy.

Grogu has diplomatic immunity for being the daimyo’s nephew and the Manda’lor’s son and being pretty much one of the one surviving members of the original Jedi Order.

There are so many stories about Din throughout the galaxy and he has ZERO idea. People will just know him and he’ll just be like “Huh. We’re you a bounty I took down? Yeah that’s probably it.”

Grogu has an art phase that consists of him burning pictures of flowers and frogs and things into the castle walls with his little lightsaber.

Boba collects exotic space animals like a rich guy collects sports cars. The dude has a whole ass petting zoo living in his palace by month two of being daimyo.

Din is a morning person but will absolutely sleep till 2 in the afternoon if you let him.

Ben Solo says Auntie Ahsoka>Uncle Luke any day.

Boba decides that the rancor’s name is Chewie just to spite Han.

Luke and Leia are seldom invited to Naboo Royalty family cookouts because whenever they show up shit happens.

After Luke expelled little green bean, Din either tracks down a force-sensitive mandalorian to teach Grogu or just fucking wings it himself by researching Jedi for like an hour or two then info-dumping to Grogu. “Ok bud you gotta sit still for a while like you did on that weird jedi rock and uhh put your mind in the plants and dirt and stuff and be one with it or something.” “Bah!” “Yes, then we can get second dinner.” Din probably found some old Jedi texts before Luke could get his hands on them. DIY jedi school.

Din and Grogu lightsaber training together!!! Grogu is a lot better at it, needless to say.

Raven Analysis (Part 2)

Note: Link to my previous post

Moving on, we see Azar train young Raven to submerge her emotions, so much so she is barely allowed to even see and develop a relationship with her mother, despite her mother wanting to be there. Here is where a lot of the tragedy about Raven's character comes in for me.

Understandably, Azarathians are trying to save the Earth and take responsibility for Raven without killing her...but uhh...they are. They've been killing her since birth. In order to save the lives of others, Raven has been deprived in so many ways of a life of her own.

Her biological mother may as well be a stranger. The closest thing she has to a parent besides Arella is a goddess who has taught her to not experience or feel anything, but INSTEAD, take OTHER PEOPLE'S BURDENS ON AS HER OWN AND HEAL THEM WHILE NEVER BEING AFFORDED THE SAME GRACE.

Again, the question is raised, should Raven live like this? Should she feel guilt over what she is naturally and is this truly the right way to nurture her power if we accept that she's capable of good? We know that Raven is a hero, but is her transformation into becoming a hero a good one? Are the Azarathians truly acting noble here in essentially forcing and gradually killing the life of a child who didn't ask to be here, whose mother didn't ask to be saved? Raven is literally a sacrificial lamb!

So imma speed things up to get to the really good stuff. Azar passes her teaching duties to Arella and to her credit, tells Arella not to fear or shun Raven. But uh...Arella does fear her at times. And they still have a shitty ass practically nonexistent relationship..again, that will impact Raven greatly.

Thankfully, Arella's motherly instinct and understanding shows up when Raven starts to have nightmares of Trigon (who she hasn't met yet aside from when he saved her as an infant). The time for truth has arrived...and lemme tell you SO MUCH IS ANSWERED

These people, these humans who have deprived Raven of knowing what life means, made her into a self-sacrificing being, burdened her with so much pain and disallowed her from releasing it...are the same ones responsible for her and her father's creation.

Their selfishness, cowardice, lack of accountability in facing THEIR OWN EVIL led to the growth and birth of a greater, stronger one. Look at Azar's own words when she is in Raven: "I expunged the darkness in their souls, KNOWING ALL TOO WELL THAT ALL EVIL FINDS ITS WAY TO YOU "

Azar knew. They knew. And they were content in having their own peaceful realm knowing they set the path for an unfathomable evil to form and wreak havoc. It's sick. And it shows that not only is Raven's struggle a theme of good vs evil...it is also a struggle of humanity vsaccountability. She is burdened by the evils of demons AND humans alike. The fear that humans have for her is a projection of the fear they have for themselves, the fear we have for ourselves of what we're capable of accomplishing at our most depraved states.

The hatred we have towards demons/satanic beings...which on a lower level are the monstrous parts of ourselves we don't want to face or accept. Not all of us of course, I'm just speaking generally. NE Ways tho, Raven, someone who didn't HAVE TO BE here, now has to deal with all of this because humans say so. Should she feel guilty? Should she feel responsible for them? Consider Trigon. He's as evil as evil gets...we all know this. He's destroyed universes upon universes with no remorse, just because he felt like it.

But is he 'wrong' to do that? The demon has been alive for a long enough time to know how he originated. To know WHO is responsible for his creation. When he finally meets Raven, he tells her straight up what she has always partly felt no matter how hard she tried to control it, she knows that they hated her.

Not all Azarathians, again, but she knows that many did. That many feared her. And she's hated them in return...taking her life away from her and having the audacity to hate her all the same while, THEORETICALLY, she shouldn't even pity them. And Trigon has chosen not to. He has chosen to make the most of what nature gave to him....one could say that he doesn't just represent evil, but also KARMA.

But again...we have the question of choice. CHOICE. Trigon is the sum of all great evils, but now we know, that both his and Raven's evil has a very human side to it. It would be incredibly hard, draining to do it no doubt, but this suggests that Trigon COULD have chosen to face that evil, and in facing it, decided to do better, to be better, to transform himself and put SOME of his great, dark powers to good use. He didn't. But you know who can? You know who decides to, and thus makes her so greatly heroic? Raven.

Despite proclaiming herself Trigon's daughter, manifesting that great power, knowing what she is capable of and knowing she is carrying the burden of humanity's sins, she constantly makes the choice to fight for them.

She sees the true potential in humanity, against all odds, to be great, to be FORGIVEN, to be worthy of her sacrifices. No doubt she's been heavily influenced by Azarathians to hold humans on a pedestal, and it would take years and years to undo that training, but she still has a choice to make in all of this on whether she wants to CONTINUE fighting for humans. She does, and this origin shows how noble of a being she is to do that in spite of all she's faced and the limited 'life' she lives as a consequence.

Kind of random, and no disrespect to Christians, but I find Raven to be an Anti-Christ while Christ-like at the same time...and I wonder if Marv did that intentionally. She's the daughter of a Satan-like who is meant to wreak evil on the universe (obviously Anti-Christlike). But, like Jesus, feels the burden of humanity's sins, chooses to continue carrying the guilt and weight of it despite having the option not to, and ends up sacrificing herself (both figuratively and literally) for their sins. Just a cool connection I made.

So, in conclusion, Raven is a symbol not just for darkness and destruction, but also hope, fighting against all odds, transformation, and redemption. Her origin and the way it sets up the complexity of her character is magnificent, much respect to Marv. I've said it over and over and I'll say it again, I wish more writers understood this about her character and understood how many different ways she can developed to reach her full potential, not just as a literal powerhouse, but a figurative one too. I don't think there is any other comic character, who could redefine the meaning of evil and reshape or...fuck that, create a new multiverse with this knowledge the way she can. There's a world of stories to be told about her realizing her ability to be heroic for countless, different kinds of beings. Anyways, that's all. Something about your version of Elysia and her dynamic with Mei feels special, I can’t put my finger on it but I just know I really enjoy it.

First of! I have two different versions of the Two.

Casual Elysia and Mei, being that it’s entirely platonic.

and the usual/regular ElyMei, where they are in fact in Romantic Feels of each other.

I’ll obviously be talking about the Romantic One here, but I’ll just clarify that now!

So, I do have headcanons for Elysia. But they can literally be very off to her actual character being that likely because.. I originally didn’t actually like her. Haha.

[If the images are censored, I’m sorry. I don’t know what’s goin’ on. I hope they’re not…]

Let’s start off with her then!

• She’s very calm if given the right environment.

- If One on One with a person, she’s actually quite calm and less rambunctious/flirty. Unless, it’s your first time meeting her. Then she’s gonna be that rambunctious and flirty elf.

• Actually good at taking care of people.

- Emotionally, mainly. In other words, she’s a great person to talk to if something’s wrong or if something happened. In these situations, she’ll make less jokes and try to cheer the person up. But depending on the severity of the situation, she’ll be a little more quiet.

• Gets Distracted Easily.

- She gets distracted easily at “pretty things.” Specifically something shiny or flamboyant.

• Mumbles when she’s bored.

• Loves to be cuddled.

- Doesn’t matter who she is with, she just loves being in someone’s warm embrace. (Other words, her love language being Physical Touch.)

• Alongside Physical Touch, her other love language being Words of Affirmation.

- Just a play at her ego, even though being quite the ego… She has a little self doubt on her side. Specifically, her own image of herself. (or her worth I guess.)

So that’s uhh 6 of my headcanons for her.

Now going into just ElyMei overall.

• Mei compliments Elysia as much as she can when she can.

- My version of Mei has some sort of abandonment issues and she’s also aware of Elysia’s little issues. Not only does she love her, she doesn’t want to lose her. So she gives Elysia as much love a she can, even just little things. :)

• Elysia stares at Mei a lot.

- A Loving Stare. 👁

• Mei gives a lot of Gifts.

• Mei has nightmares of Elysia dying, Elysia has nightmares of Mei hating her.

• Elysia touches Mei’s horns randomly, while Mei touches Elysia’s ears when she’s bored/spacing out.

• When together just chilling out, Mei falls asleep a lot around Elysia. She’s usually found asleep on Elysia in some way. (If Elysia’s on her lap, she falls asleep with her face buried in Elysia’s hair if there’s some just on her back.)

and.. that’s all I’ll give ya! 6 little headcanons for both!

This question.. ask..? Whatever it’s called.. honestly caught me off guard and I was actually barely waking up when I saw it. So when I first read it, I freaked out because I love this ship with a very emotional attachment. I don’t draw it a lot compared to MeiHua or just Mei Alone but y’know.

I love it. Despite not giving it enough attention. :)

So probably that’s what seemed a bit “special” haha. I have personal stuff that makes me emotionally attached to it in many ways.

None that are sexual though, I promise. 😅

Moon Day 15 in Aquarius／Full Sturgeon Moon

day’s V I B E – Queen of Cups Rx

‘We live in a world where being too kind is a disadvantage.’

The full moon in Aquarius is finally here. How are you feeling? Are you healthy? I sense that most people who have been working on selecting energies to entertain in their immediate Reality will have a high energy in spite of today being a full moon.

Some people find themselves sleepy as fuck when the full moon is around. Or they could be really clumsy and bump into things constantly LMAO This is actually caused, somewhat, by potent energies that aren’t channelled well. Full moon times are typically wonderful for manifestation. During the time the Moon is at her brightest, everything in our inner world becomes illuminated and we get the chance to take a good look at everything we own. Be it possession, people or environment!

A lot of people become overwhelmed by the chaos and general sense of dissatisfaction/lack in Life when the full moon shines the brightest. It’s like that meme that says, you’ve got so much to do you don’t even know where to begin so you just take a nap instead. Yup. If you resonate with this group of people, know that you’re not doing something wrong. You just have a lot of internal noises and mess to take care of and you can totally clean up one thing at a time every day. Maybe even slower than that: one thing at a time during each full or new moon. That sounds a lot easier, right?

The Queen of Cups in reverse today is reminding us the need to be a graceful and kindhearted Queen of emotions and feelings but not to a point of being taken advantage of by shameless takers who do not set a limit for themselves. You may think to yourself, ‘Uhh, bish, I’m not even that nice,’ but a lot of people who think they’re nasty or less than good are actually a lot kinder than they give themselves credit for.

How many toxic people in your Life are you still keeping because you’d feel bad if everybody left them behind? Are you still showing up to the job you hate because there are others depending on you? Or are you still showing up because you need the money to feed your cats or children? That’s kinda responsible😉Really, more than you realise, you’re a lot kinder, just maybe in ways that are not always in your face😝

But today, with this Supermoon in Aquarius, it’s time to really sort out your priorities. Your kindness, charity and generosity, shouldn’t be the reason you’re held back in Life. Leave those that aren’t serving you or making you happy anymore. Say your thanks that they were there when you needed help or whatever else. But now you’ve got to evolve, you’ve got to transcend, because the world fucking needs your TALENTS, baby!
