hey! I'm honestly in love with your writing and i was wondering if i could request a batsis imagine? where batsis is damian's twin and gets into a fight at school (maybe breaks a kid's nose?) so bruce or any of the batboys have to pick her up stuff?? hopefully that makes sense.
thank you, sweets! I understood you perfectly and yes, it makes sense! I hope I delivered this well enough?? Enjoy!!
Youcross your arms, ignoring the pointed looks you are receiving from both yourprincipal and the parents of the boy whose nose broke from your punch. The kidwas nowhere in sight though, probably getting his nose fixed somewhere, youthought to yourself. The frown on your face did not escape their attentionseither.
“MissWayne, would you like to explain why you punched Mr. Samuel on the nose?” ThePrincipal asks as he throws a look at you but when his questions goesunanswered, he lets out a sigh. Ever since the Wayne’s terror twins – coined bymost of the staffs – enrolled in Gotham City Academy but who was he to refusethem? Refusing The Bruce Wayne’s twins meant losing Bruce Wayne’s support andgenerous donations and as a prestigious academy, that was not something theacademy can afford to lose but at the same time, judging from the enraged lookthe parents have, he is in a bind. “Well, we have called your guardian – “ Hefinally sees your blank expression falter slightly but that immediatelydisappeared and is replaced with a very nonchalant look.
“Fatheris busy – he will not be attending this.” You point out. You have your father’sschedule memorized down to when he would be having his tea breaks too. “Pennyworthwould also be busy attending to the manor and getting lunch ready.” You cannotwait to go back home – you remember vaguely Pennyworth telling you that morningthat he was going to be making your favourites for lunch – and you are prettysure Damian is probably getting ridiculously annoyed at having to wait for you.You wonder if he knew of what happened but… you shake your head instead. Damianprobably already knows what happened.
“Thenerve of this girl!” Samuel’s mother huffed. “She broke our son’s nose! And heis going to need surgery to get it fixed and you are just going to let thisgirl off without any proper punishments?” By the end of the sentence, her voicehas probably raised a few octaves.
Youuncross your arms before glaring at the woman – she was surprised, you couldsee her faltering a bit but before anyone can even say anything, The Principalclears his throat.
“Yes,Mr. Wayne informed us but he said he is sending one of your big brothers topick you up.” He explains. “He should be arriving sometime soon.” He reallyhopes by the time your guardian arrives, he will already have an exactpunishment figured out for you. “Mr. Wayne expresses his condolences and alsotold me to inform you that he will be covering the medical costs.”
Youresist the urge to roll your eyes. Father should not be spending money on thatbrat.
Thereis a knock on the door and all of you turn to look at the door. You aresomewhat nervous about who will be coming to pick you up but that nervousnesssoon fades away the moment Dick walks in to the room. He is dressed in his civilianclothes – what you would normally call Dick’s lazy clothes: black long-sleeveshirt, faded-blue jeans and sneakers.
Youcould hear the lady scoffing at the sight of your brother and you turn to glareat her again.
“Mr.Grayson,” The Principal greets your brother and Dick walks inside followed byDamian. The moment Damian spies you, he immediately heads to you, wrapping anarm around your shoulders. “Mr. Wayne, you are here too.” He finally remembersabout your twin. Damian simply ignore him as he attends to you.
“Sister, are you alright?” He asks but then remembers they are in a room full of peoplehe does not trust, except for Grayson (though Grayson is a different story) andthus switches to talking in Arabic instead. He repeats the question and you nodyour head.
Youplace a hand on your brother’s cheek. “Do not fret, brother – that Samuelmerely said a lot of bad things about our lack of mother figure and some thingsthat did not sit well with me pertaining our older brothers as well as father. So I merely showed him just how much I appreciated his nuisance.” You explain. The only reason why you did not want to explain the actual thing to thePrincipal was because of the presence of Samuel’s parents.
“Damian, translation please?” Dick asks as he stands behind the two of you. He placesone hand on your head and you let it be because you are already used to Dickdoing that. “I am pretty sure there is an explanation for all of this but Brucetold me he has already agreed to pay for the costs and we will assure you,” Atthis Dick turns to look at Samuel’s parents, “once we get back, we will have asit down with her.” He turns back to the Principal.
Damianbrings you aside and you simply let your twin lead you around. You are startingto feel very annoyed. You knew Dick only said those words because of reputationbut you had been careless enough to go to a place in the academy where thecameras could not reach, therefore you could not really prove your honesty. Youhad simply been provoked.
“Grayson,I will bring sister to the car. We are leaving.” Damian left no room for anyoneto reply as he brings you outside. The both of you walked quietly to yourlockers and you grab your bag before shoving all of your books in to it.
“DidBig Brother Grayson come alone?” You ask and Damian shook his head.
“Toddis waiting in the car. It seemed Pennyworth informed everyone about what hadhappened – Drake is on… business and Grayson did not think it was wise for Toddto come in because of what he might do.” Damian knew how angry Todd had beenwhen Grayson told him to wait at the car. After all, you were closer to Toddthan he is and he knows how much Todd appreciates you.
Younod your head. “Let us wait in the car then.”
Thetwo of you walk over to the car. The moment Jason sees you, he gets out of thecar and stands in front of you.
“Youaren’t hurt are you?” He gives you the once over but he knows you enough toknow that even if you were hurt, you probably would not even tell any of them. “BecauseI will break more than his nose.” He grits his teeth in annoyance.
Youshake your head. “I am fine, Big Brother.” You tell him and Jason looks at youonce more before nodding his head. “I think I need to mentally prepare myself for Pennyworth’s lecture once we arrive at home.”
“Alright, just get in the car then.”

Do you have any tips about studying when you're on your period? When I'm on mine, I don't want to do anything because... you know. So, do you have any?
Great question! This is something that I’ve never considered before because my period has never stopped me from studying, ever. Actually when I think about it, my period doesn’t stop me from doing anything, ever. I never understood that period stereotype of never leaving your bed and binging on chocolates.. Never happened to me! Anyways, here is my advice when it comes to studying!
There are two types of consequences from having your period: physical and mental.
Physical include cramps and nausea in the worst cases. I’ve never had any of these during my periods, but I can tell that they can be pretty intense for some people. I cannot function when my body is sick or in pain, so I would take breaks or the afternoon or morning or even the day off. I just simply cannot study in pain, your mind doesn’t allow you to, since it’s focusing on something else. There’s no way to fight this. It’s better to take care of yourself. Make that a rest day.Because you know it’s coming every month, however, you should prepare. What I mean is, you know there’s going to be an afternoon or day or two where you’ll be resting. So start working early so you can afford to take that rest day. That way you won’t be scared or guilty.
Mental include lack of motivation, grogginess, being angry in general at life. I do get PMS but sometimes it’s difficult to distinguish it from just daily thoughts. Either way, these shouldn’t keep you from studying. My advice is to force yourself to study. I talked more about this in my self discipline post.
I’m going to warn you before hand: in these moments it’s going to feel awful and you are definitely not going to feel like studying. But you HAVE to push through. Set your task list and complete it as fast as you can. Just rip that band-aid off. Think about your goal and your academic journey.
So the one thing that you should NOT do is justify being lazy with being on your period. Know your limits, but push yourself.
Hopefully that’s helpful! ♡ sorry if I seem harsh at certain points of this answer, but it’s honestly what pushes me as well! ♡
