i sense how on the contrary, when moon is in Zeph’s local group the members will all go ‘omg youre actually letting us do this’ or be surprised of her leniency with almost anything(or if she gets upset she wont be yelling her ass off and will try to remain calm), because of how Zeph would usually be so strict with em and they didnt expect better

see- first you gotta understand that the chancla doesn't really Hurt the iterators. while they definitely can feel through their puppets, those things are made to be sturdy (throw a normal or singularity bomb into Pebs' chamber,he's fine, i know he just doesn't have health but worldbuilding is worldbuilding so i guess a fully functional iterator is fine with blackhole into the head). it maybe stings for a sec but it's not worse than gettin pinched (also where did you get that she yells at em, she's only exclaimed so far i think. if you check how she handled Innocence, that's how she generally goes about it- no yellin for the sake of puttin 'em in place, she's just venting out her frustrations into the air)

tangentially related to that one reblog earlier, goddd now I'm just thinking back about that time doug's weird nft business partner kept trying to follow me on twitter for some reason

he hadn't liked any of my posts or interacted with me otherwise beforehand, so I had NO idea how he even found me at first. but his bio said he was doug's business manager & they were mutuals, so I guess he was legit?? which honestly made me uneasy because 1) im a heavily left-leaning trans dude, a type of person doug REALLY doesn't seem to like considering how openly he shittalks them on his own twitter, and 2) I was NOT SHY about how much I HATED nfts and would retweet posts making fun of nft bros all the time. so I was like, absolutely sure that me being present on this guy's timeline was a disaster waiting to happen.

tbh the first time he followed me I kinda thought it was a fluke. like maybe he saw something I posted and hit follow on accident. he had followed like a few hundred people already so it was possible he just didn't notice. So I figured he probably wouldn't notice if I just hit "remove follower" on him either. Didn't seem like it at first.

But then a couple days later, he REfollowed me. didn't say anything to me about it, but the fact he apparently NOTICED and refollowed meant it WASN'T a mistake & that kinda shook me a little. I almost immediately removed him again, still hesitant to outright block because I knew twitter actually shows people if you block them & I didn't wanna risk him siccing doug on me or something. hoped since he was following so many people he wouldn't notice I went missing again.

His second refollow didn't even take a full day. And at that point I was getting kinda freaked out. Like, what the fuck? why does this guy wanna follow me so bad?? does he want something from me??

But this time, he had tipped his hand a little, because on top of refollowing he also liked an old piece of neverhood art I'd posted. And I realized THAT was how he kept finding me— he must've been searching keywords related to Doug's creations (stuff like earthworm jim, neverhood, and armikrog) and following people who had posted about them. And since I had posted a few pieces of neverhood/armikrog related art before, he must have been finding me again & again through those. So this time, not only did I remove him, I also searched back through my own account and basically nuked EVERY POST I'd ever made mentioning Doug or any of his IPs. and the guy didn't refollow anymore, so I guess that must've done the trick! :)

but yeah anyways that was partially why I took down all of my old NH/Armikrog art on twitter 😅

it's a pretty rough plot of the subject, but it will do. as you may guess by the presence of life is a highway, i was very into the movie cars for a while as a child. that's still a jam idec. i had a little mp3 player for a brief time in my life.... i wish i still had it. i don't think it was like a proper piece of tech, like it was made for kids rather than being a full-on ipod, but i think i had literally just this one song on it and i would listen to it on repeat anytime i was in the car. and of course honorable mention to brass monkey, probably my first exposure to rap rock. i found out about that song from my dad and really loved it, i thought it was so silly and fun. and then in fourth grade we did a musical show and tell, and i wanted to play that song and talk about why i liked it, and my parents had to veto that idea and explain that brass monkey was in fact not very appropriate to talk about with my fellow 9 year olds. very disappointing

I'd definitely say that ur art trademark is the way that all of your lines are sliiiiightly shaky. Definitely gives the lines ~character~ and I think it makes them look nicer than they would otherwise. Like some kind of nice digital 'shaky-brush' lol

Alright alright, I might be exaggerating a bit, and, except for a few rare pieces here and there, I definitely don't do anything to try to make my lines steadier, but it's mostly just bc I have pretty shaky hands. Still, it's another thing that I've gotten familiar with, and especially if it adds a recognizable characteristic to my art, I'm not complaining!

so, dolls DON'T really age! at least not physically. mental is a different thing entirely. i’ll mostly focus on physical “age” for this post. typically they're made as adults - "childhood" as we know it doesn't exist because it's not really needed. they're typically made with the mental ability (not knowledge) of someone in their 20s along with knowing The Basics (walking, talking, other such things), but otherwise you need to teach them stuff like what the hell a tree is. if a doll looks like an old man they were either made like that or just decided to look like that one day. if a doll looks like a child they were either made like that (rare) or an adult that's doing something very weird and borderline illegal by doll standards. a child doll could be on par with a human child's intelligence and maturity for an indefinite amount of time and the legal sphere around the concept of a Child Doll is very complicated <3 ..also, dolls don't have a lifecycle so much as their materials just get old. like, in theory a doll could live indefinitely if their will and materials are kept in good shape. so like, for upkeep: the older dolls get, the more their fabric will get worn down, thread will become weak, buttons may crack or fall off, etc. but if a doll has access to materials and knows how to sew/has someone who can do it for them, they could theoretically live indefinitely as long as they’re routinely fixed up. that's why most medical practices focus on tailoring, because the concept of someone just Falling Apart someday is a very present concern for everyone. make sure to go to your local tailor and check on your stitching! <3 for will: this may change in the future, but the current idea is the main thing keeping dolls alive is will which is Stored In The Core. no matter how destroyed your body is, if your core and will are strong, you'll still live. if your will is damaged but your body isn't, chances are you'll still stay alive and eventually recover, especially if someone is checking up on you. give your depressed loved ones SUPPORT. so TLDR; generally, there isn't really a natural lifecycle so much as you get created and over time you get worn down, and if you simply just are too tired to make the effort to continue and fix your body, you just.. kinda. Stop.
