as far as personal life, the mods and I have had a really hard past couple of years, but we’re doing our best to keep going.

Orion and i spent the whole month of October together last year, and we both plan on visiting Heck soon. I believe they’re both still technically mods here but I’ll be really surprised to see them answer anything, as they’ve both pretty much washed their hands clean of warrior cats or anything of the like.

I’m moving out of my parents house FINALLY- I’ll be moving in a 3 bedroom with two other friends of mine this upcoming July, im super excited.

(Everythings been paid off except the first bill due the first of July, im okay with money but my commissions ARE still open, i just may be slow getting to them cause im busy with preparations and my irl job. if you cant comm me, please consider reblogging the comm price post! thanks!)

As for Silentshadow’s Path- all ive done the past few years is brainstorm TBH! i have a very loose world and story built in my head but ive yet to nail anything down- mostly just the characters and their motivations and roles in the story. Trying to keep everything as it was when it was warrior-ifed is pretty hard, but i have to remind myself ive been working on these characters since 2013, its gonna be hard to change a world overnight (for me anyway).

So ive been thinking- i might just abandon this blog and make a new one? go back to my roots, make new references for everyone (everyone im keeping anyway. remember i made over 200 characters for this story??)

I’m tempted to just private/archive this blog, its what i wanna do but i know lots of fans, including my friends even, enjoy going back and just looking through this blog every now and then- id hate to take it away from anyone.

But as of now, even though im a bit too busy to draw and sit down and chat, Id love to interact with you guys again, feel free to send me some asks every now and then if you have any questions. I’ll let yall know what i do in the future- probably after im moved into my new apartment! Thanks for an amazing couple of years this whole project was.

Hey hey people so here's the new prices i talked about updating, as i said im bumping thing up a bit more that i was previously planning do to my frustration with my finances fluctuating heavily between each month and having the fears of just two bad months will mean i have no money and then bill don't get pay'd and then i get kicked out of my apartment ect ect.

so the bigger bump is to to hopefully FINALY help me get a better balance between work and life that iv been trying to get for 3 year or so now. along with that i added in new price for headshots and thigh ups that are a bit cheaper to help elevate the cost of some commission. also i codified what discount your getting from the patreon now, so if you get the 5 buck tier on my patreon you get 15% off all commission you get as long as your sighed up. also because of the price jump iv eliminated the nsfw fee as atm it just redundant as since all most people get from me is nsfw and it basically got folded into the primary cost for everything atm.

wanted to give everyone a tiny update surrounding activity & commission openings on here :

Resorting to using my blog as a blog

Ive been having to take care of these (now) two week old puppies for over a week and this is a fresh and different kind of purgatory i couldnt desire to be less involved in. Of course i want them to live and do well and i pray for it almost every night, and we all want things to go perfect without issue, but wow! Wow. This is miserable and exhausting. Waiting to see how this trauma manifests over the next five years. I can literally feel the stress taking a toll on my body. I dont even have the energy to chew and swallow solid foods. And i vomitted yesterday morning from lack of sleep and stress. Ive had stress induced dreams where i wake up half delusion and hallucinating puppies in my room, and i get out of bed to look for them (or i feel around in my blankets for them).

Every new day and evening is the fear that they backslide, and we lose one or two or three. Yesterday, we feared we would lose one as she got weaker, and shes doing better today. And tonight im afraid that the mom dog isnt producing enough milk because we dont have the same brand of food today. I dont know if its my oncoming ptsd / ocd anxiety behavior, but its taking such a toll on my body i wonder if I'll ever be able to work enough to move out. My plan was to move out by the end of this month, and i cant even be at my computer to work on commissions (not that my stress would allow me.)

Im so stressed out its so difficult to talk to friends, and to know which friend to talk to about what im going through. I dont know what kind of support im looking for, or if i honestly just need comfort. (Is it weird i dont know which friend to turn to for comfort, or do i just not have many friends who know how to comfort me?)

(We can't even afford to pay for emergency veterinarian clinic in town because their prices are astronomical, with no payment plan options, and improperly diagnosed the puppies' problems.)

I need to make sure they are eating enough so they dont backslide again. I dont know if i can handle it again. I wish i was better at handling this. I wish i had someone who could help me stay afloat in this.

also its been sort of a while since i posted much here

you might have noticed the ff xiv stuff, i started playing aug 2020 and i guess i draw for it sometimes now? if you play it as well not to worry i will not be posting endwa.lker spoilers on tumblr, at least for a few months after release.

that being said i'm also drawing leo and taku/mi and leok.umi all the time as well im just not finished with any of it. kinda excited for my schedule to clear up some so i can just really dig into this long au comic ive had planned for ages.

organizing and running the hija/bi zine as well as my participation in the leok/umi zine and opening comms did slow my public and uploadable art output rather significantly in the past few months, meanwhile, idk, the general state of the world has made me feel rather distant from my art... if i had to be honest it's like i lost a part of me somehow, somewhere.... but i continue to truck on my friends😔😔😔😔

Speaking of commissions I unfortunately must say I have no more plans to open them for next year. With the constant rise of fees on p*ypal and having to decide to either hike up my prices or lose money as well as the new IRS law set for next year that will require more effort to do 'freelancing' on the side, unless I become desperate and in need of extra money, I will keep them closed. Tumblr wasn't really my biggest clientele but I am grateful for the support you have given me all these years.

I have a huge life update to share rn--- My top surgery consultation is scheduled for July 5th!!!! I’M SO EXCITEDDDDDDDDDDD!!!!!!! I’ve also been vaccinated!! :D ANNNDDD MY LEGAL NAME AND SEX HAVE BEEN CHANGEDD!!!!! :DDDD kind of a lot has happened since I’ve been actually active around here But now I guess is the much harder part, my official surgery date will be set at the consultation, but there’s a required $1,000 fee to set the official date for my surgery. The $1,000 covers a portion of the surgery as well, and the base price for the surgery is $8,500. I’ll get the exact price on July 5th, but that’s their base rate. I need to earn or raise at least $1,000 of the total cost before July 5th to secure my surgery date!! I’m going to take commissions when I can, I have 1 almost entirely complete right now and then I can take on more! I’ve waited so long for this and I’m fricken excited, it’s the last step in transitioning for me! It really means everything for me, I feel like I’ve been waiting forever and I can’t believe it’s finally happening !?!!! I am forever in everyones debt here and everywhere because I never wouldve even been able to start hrt if it wasn’t for the help here. I’m just so. Overwhelmed with emotion and gratitude I cant even tell how many times Ive cried and just felt like... actual gender euphoria since starting t..

So abt the appointment, I’m getting surgery with Dr. Javad Sajan, and I’m getting button hole double incision. Im serious his before and after pictures make me so emotional I am so happy and emotional for those people and I cannot wait to feel that kind of happiness and relief. But a big problem about this for me, is that he is in Seattle, and I live in southern Oregon. I can’t drive, so I have to rely on someone else, or take the train from a nearby city (Eugene). My consultation is over skype (which is amazing and a huge relief), but my pre-op appointment is in person, and of course so is the actual surgery. We’re planning on taking the train from Eugene because it seems to be the most reliable way to get there and back each time. Aside from my surgery, I’ve got to cover the price of the trip there and back (twice, once there and back for pre-op, once there and back post op,) and the price of a place to stay during the pre-op appointment. Right now my goal cost wise, is just the booking and base appointment price ($8,500, that’s including the $1,000 appointment setting deposit, which is just a part of the surgery cost and the base covers everything, surgery, the stay at the hospital, nips, anesthesia, everything). The full price is due at the pre-op appointment, and that’s the final bill. My insurance doesn’t cover anything because it’s out of state and county, and because its informed consent model. (which Im choosing because Id have to battle insurance for 2 years minimum if I was getting the surgery in Oregon, but I am very set on my surgeon after considering everything and calling many offices and looking through many subreddits and talking to ppl who’ve gotten it here and there) A lot of this information is on their site as well. As soon as I have my consultation, I will be right here to update everything and set the exact price, which I’ll also be including the price of transportation and staying there. As for paying, I’ve been applying to so many jobs, and even when I get interviews I never hear back from them. People keep telling me to stop admitting I’m disabled but I just can’t do that. Lying about being disabled doesnt make me abled and they don’t get that. I’m still trying though, and I am not going to stop trying until I get a job. But until then commissions and donations are my only source of income. I’ve been struggling getting help psychologically, because I have schizophrenia, and because I was diagnosed with adhd as a child, but I think I’m actually autistic rather than having adhd, and it’s been really hard trying to get diagnosed because I keep getting pushed off or told I cant have autism because I have paranoid schizophrenia or because its “just adhd”, but the medications are just making everything worse, and Ive tried more than one already. My medications for schizophrenia have started not working right, and when my schizophrenia meds get under control, it makes my adhd (?) significantly worse. Genuinely, I really dont know what’s happening. I really dont know whats going on with me right now and it’s hard and confusing and I keep swinging back and forth and it’s making everything deteriorate so fast I cant keep up with it. It seriously effects my ability to do anything at all, even art, and its been like this for the last 6 months. I am trying though, still trying to work, still trying to get a job, still trying to get a real diagnosis and help and Im not going to stop any of that. But I think getting top surgery as soon as possible is going to help me too, because dysphoria has just gotten so much worse focusing on my chest since t has started helping me pass and look so much more masculine. It’s like all my attention went from everything DIRECTLY to my chest and its almost unbearable. Even now since my sex has been legally changed I keep having the horrible thoughts of ‘why, why I am a man Im not supposed to be this way’ and shit idk. I’m getting too serious right now I have an appointment with the dmv to get a new updated driver’s permit with my name and fixed legal sex, and when I do that I can set up a bank account (I cant yet bcs I dont have a valid id/ id at all because I actually lost the other one and have been carrying around that paper one you’re supposed to destroy that is literally from 2016) and when I do, I’m going to set up a proper gofundme for my surgery and the travel expenses, but for now all I have is my paypal and online banking savings account. I’ll get that up asap once I have my id, though (Ive already been to the bank with my notarized judge passed papers and they wont take those yeah I know it’s stupid its like the same thing) But uhhh yeah! Commission price update next month and goat be pissed

frustrated atm and going to changing around thing i thing here soon, basically the way I've been advancing my prices is not working for my current situation so thing are going to be bumping up a lot to try and compensate for it.

Prices are taking a much bigger bump than i initially was planning for next month but I'm also removing the NSFW fee as with the price jump it just perfunctory at this point and all my commission are nsfw so it doesn't fucking mater anymore. So the price for a shaded pic is going to be 150 USD baseline going forward as atm if i can do 8 of those i can cover all my bills for the most part and finally put some money away so i can protect myself during bad month or take a god damn break one a year. Alongside that and this one is a little 50/50 i might make it mandatory to do use my google form as I FUCKING HATE having to go through all the accounts i have to check to see if someone want a commission and the form make it so much more easier to just find everything in one place.

that tends to be the crux of the problem is I STILL don't have enough time to do much beyond work and when i do it ends up biting me in the ass as i NEED even more money when some bullshit crops up like for example my power bill double again from last month 130 to 260, casue of the damn heat we been getting in GA atm is insane. this intern stressed me out making me slow and sucks away any and all joy out of me working/wanting to conversate with anything or anyone. so big price bump is just need as i don't want to become as bitter and constantly angry again in my life. the new sheet will be made soon-ish as i going to be trying to include a few thing to maybe help with the jump such as doing different prices for busts and what not as iv seen other artists do that but everything will be a base 55 + as anything lower is just not sound as it doesn't make enough for me to weren't taking on the time investment.

but they started out by feeling called to look towards my career and life purpose – two topics that have been HEAVY on my mind over the past two weeks; heavier than anything else. they said that in the past, i've felt very lost and that is 1000% true. i only just recently found myself in the past three n a half years through spirituality which was able to give me that passion and authentic drive to follow. they also said that i feel lost presently as well, which is also true. ive been doing my best to find my direction again and i know im achieving it. 

the first thing that stood out to me was how they described deep friendships and relationships being apart of my vision of stability, but me realizing that i need to let go of the fears that i wont have those things and trust that theyll come to... this is huge. i just made a major change in my life plans to move to costa rica rather than spain because i realized i was making that decision based in the fear that i wouldnt find friends that would love me like i was loved in spain. which is definitely not true. 

they then explained one of the visions they received where they saw a moth flying through the woods at night – interpreting it as trusting your instincts and intuitions – how you feel – rather than what the ‘logical’ choice may be. logically, i should go back to spain where i already have a foundation. but in my heart, i feel called to latin america and that tropical life style. and ive been struggling with this dissonance and resistance a lot over the past week. so this message was MUCH needed. 

"I feel like you may have already done a lot of shadow work naturally and this is like the last little step to go before you feel deeply liberated from more earthly concerns–” this observation is VERY true. shadow work is something i pride myself in doing the work for, and i believe that reconnecting with my latina side through travel is the next step in my spiritual path. being surrounded with nature and feeling connected and immersed on all levels. i know that by following my passions, i will always be led to peace and fulfillment. the message to “see through your own eyes again” is also HEAVILY resonant because i feel like im finally starting to do that again.

then..... they explained a vision they receive regarding “a deep ocean and lots of shark teeth”...... one of the reasons i want to move to costa rica is for the connection i have to the ocean. CR is also known for their shark population. is there any greater sign?

the cards that were pulled for me (experiencing the nine of cups, emotionally like the ten of cups, and embodying the ten of pentacles) were INCREDIBLE. definitely the affirmation i needed. the message that ill feel “super stable but still bounce around a do a couple things” means a lot to me as well because ive felt apprehensive about settling down in one place for a long time. 

and then..... “pursuing spiritual business more like ... doing readings [and] teaching others” i could cry! i have been talking about pursuing a more spiritual business SO much over the past week with so many of my loved ones, and even on here! thats been something ive heavily been considering only just within the last week so to have it show up in a reading.. WOW.

i am HIGHLY empathic and they hit the nail right on the head when they said “it just may be tiresome, but i feel like you know this, are introspective, and have it under control.” ive been aware of it for three years now and have figured out how to manage it pretty well i think! still ups and downs but im Functioning now lol 

and then they said that they feel i may be a really gifted artist..... i ADORE creating. this is one of my rawest passions so it makes me SO happy for it to come through in a reading - a validation that this really is my true passion and purpose! ive tapped into doing intuitive paintings for commissions in the past, like was suggested, but i definitely need to explore it more! 

the last part of the reading was about spirit work. i used to be HEAVILY into spiritwork three years ago, but have lost a bit of touch with it! im now coming back into my practice with it, so this is another needed affirmation. ive always wanted to explore ancestral work so the message that i “communicate with them more than [i] think” means a whole lot to me.

the reading ended by saying that i “radiate peace and harmony and have a really authentic heart” which means so, so much to me. everything i stand for is to be the embodiment of a sanctuary for those who need it.

School started for me a few weeks ago and as some of u may know its senior year so... its a lot for me.

Im planning on focusing on studying more and taking a break from social media but I may be still taking commissions in small amounts every month (will post the new prices ifi decide to go w it ) and maybe ko-fi stuff too . Other than that, Im not going to be very active on here until end of the school year.

when im back from my morning routine and eat n such, i plan on streaming the adopt base pack !! Again i plan on adding a good handful of diff body types and arm poses still !! And because of the amount of effort im planning to put in/already HAVE put in, ill be raising the price to 20$

Important Updates! Please Read!!

Hello beautiful peoples! Happy October!

Tis that spooky time \o/ and with it being much closer to the end of the year, I've got some important stuff to talk about! I've been contemplating a lot of new things for the new year and I wanted to give everyone a good  notice ahead of time.

Freebie Stream Hiatus

First and foremost, I want to change up how I handle my freebie streams. I've been doing weekly streams for almost 2 years, and I've noticed how much more energy it takes from me to do them every week. Trying to host the stream after a work day, and having to finish them the following day or two (taking up even more of my limited time) has been much more draining the more I do it. Considering this, as well as the amount of sketches made vs their worth vs the current pledge amount, I want to change this up! So from Now until 2020, I will Not be hosting anymore weekly freebie streams. This is so I have time to recuperate, recharge, and prepare myself for the new year! Now this doesn't mean I wont do ANY freebies EVER. I will still be hosting holiday related freebie sessions, including one for Halloween coming up (Date to be determined)Then, starting in 2020, with the current pledge worth, I will host Two freebie streams every month; One for Patrons/Supporters, and One for regulars. This way I can take a weekend or two out of the month, and dedicate them to just freebie art for you all, being able to take in more requests No official dates or schedule for when these monthly streams will be hosted, but of course I will be sure to let you guys know ahead of time when they will be!

Patreon Changes

Now since I will be changing up the freebie streams, this will also be effective towards Patreon (since Patreon is interlocked with freebies) So I am currently working on making changes to the tiers and the goals to help reflect the freebie changes (and upcoming Commission changes as well) These Patreon changes will be effective in 2020! I don't have many details on the changes as of yet, but will be sending more and more information as the new year approaches, so stay tuned! (I'm open to suggestions from any of you supporters! What kind of changes would you like to see for my page??)

Commission Changes

Speaking of new changes, Commissions & Prices will also be updated for the new year! It's been 2 years since I last edited my commission prices, and I believe it is time for a change. Starting in the new year I will be raising my prices of my commissions! Currently I do not have the new prices set, as I am still working on how much to raise them exactly, but there will be an announcement with these changes coming in the next Month. I plan to do one last commission sale before the new year, so stay tuned for that! (I am also open to suggestions for commission prices and even what kind of commission sale you think I should do!)

Game Streaming?

Another thing I kind of want to do more, though not as important as the above, is game streaming more! I fell out of streaming games for a while there and have been kinda wanting to go back into it! It's a lot of fun to play games and have you guys watch. Currently I want to try to set up some sort of schedule for games. Maybe stream on Twitch a couple times a month or once a week? Perhaps set up polls for suggestions from you guys, on what kind of games I can play? I would LOVE to hear suggestions from you guys about streaming games and scheduling and such! Lemme know what you guys think ~

Dying Laptop

Lastly, Ive been having issues with my laptop lately, where it randomly crashes and I end up losing progress on things. Sadly I fear that my laptop is finally starting to kick the bucket, and I'm not entirely sure what to do at this point. I wanted to let you guys know about this in case things really make a turn for the worst, and will be trying to save up money for a new computer. If you are someone that might be able to help me out with this, whether its helping me look for the right laptop/computer, or someone who can donate towards it, I will greatly appreciate it!!And of course I'll keep you guys updated on that if something DOES happen \o/
