You really have to ask?

Reblogs are very important for a writer (alongside feedback) yet very few people actually take their time to reblog or leave a nice comment. That's very frustrating.

I take my time and effort to write something and share (cause yes, I could just write it for myself and not publish it) yet interaction is very little. I thought Tumblr was supposed to be a community of sharing and creating close relations with the fandom.

I also have other accounts where I write for other fandoms, and I have left one of them permanently because of the lack of interaction cause it got to a point that I saw no hope in it. I hope it's not the same here.

On another note, I do appreciate alot those who take their time to reblog and comment, thank you so much to those readers. They make my day happier :) 💕

Hey Pals!

I truly hate to do this, but I am still struggling to pay the vet bill from my cat Cas' surgery in June, and the deadline is creeping nearer. So far I have cut it from 20k danish kroner to 13k danish kroner, which I truly couldn't have done without the help I have already received, but I am really scraping to get the last chunk paid. I have sold things, cut down on expenses, drained my savings, but I am still just a disabled person on a meager benefit income, living alone so I don't even have a partner to share the expense with.

For those who don't know; my cat Cas was diagnosed with cancer in the jawbone at the beginning of June, and by the end of June he received surgery to have that part of his jaw removed. He is happy and healthy now, and have had no issues since. But the bill is a real bitch, and I have no idea how to get this paid before the deadline at the end of December.

Every tiny contribution is appreciated, and even if you can't donate please reblog to spread the word.

hey guys! as you may know, there was an earthquake that destroyed many homes in Turkey. My friend, Aylin is from Hatay, one of the worst affected cities here. As if losing your home is not bad enough, her dad also broke his arm during the earthquake. They are planning to build a safer home and her dad also needs surgery for his arm. I know many of us do not have great income but turkey's economy is terrible. So your 5 bucks does mean something.

also would appreciate it if it's not shared publicly on Instagram because his father doesn't know and if you know any middle eastern father, you know he would say no to this.

When are you going to learn!!!! When are you going to learn!!!!!!!!! Tiktoks and youtube videos are a *tiny* percent of people's lives. People can act, play things up, and make scripts. Videos online do NOT represent the reality of people's lives.

So next time you see someone who has some "whacky" symptoms or discussing something, or playing it up for the camera, know that it's a tiny fraction of their life and something they chose to do. Unless they were being filmed without their permission, it's usually something they chose to put out on the internet.

So no more of this fakeclaiming bullshit. No more cringe tiktok compilations. People actively made videos, it's not necessarily how it actually is. Please learn how things work, and just because your belief is suspended, doesn't mean you can't separate yourself from the online sphere. Please touch grass if you fakeclaim people over funky little videos on the internet.

I’m really glad that Aaron’s self-immolation for Palestine is getting attention, but on November 8th there was also a Congolese man who did the same thing for the genocide happening in the DRC. From what I read in the article above, his fate and identity are unknown but I think his story should be getting equal amount of traction and I haven’t really seen anyone talking about it on Tumblr specifically yet.
