thinking about how etho is widely known for being Extremely roleplay averse and how scar is literally one of the ONLY people who can take it out of him. the tree-burning rage. the mycelium resistance double agent. the fake friendship passes/contracts. the mystery of pizza’s disappearance. scar being the ONLY recurring villain figure etho has ever had in any series. 

literally when else does he organically roleplay and lean heavily into a character UNLESS he’s with scar. they’re legit polar opposites in how they approach content and storytelling and they barely interact outside of the context of 3L/LL and yet they’re so strangely natural together. please talk about them more that’s all i ask
