Hello Luna, its been a long while since I had message you anything about anything, but I've been wondering on how to send friend request because maybe I didn't get the full understanding of it since I did type in one of my friends Code but I don't know where is the button to send it. Sorry if it doesn't make any sense but I hope you could understand it if possible.

Yeah, it is a little confusing.

So, on this screen, first click the circular magnifying glass button.

Then enter the friend code you want to search into the box (トモダチコードを入力), and click the long button to the right (検索) to search.

Then it should pop up below, and you press the person icon next to the person you want to add.

If you are adding me, please comment with the name of your character so I can add you back! As you can see in the picture, I'm currently sitting at 19/30 friends. So I still have space, but maybe not for long!

#i feel like they should give us more space as we rank up #but if not #there is a chance i might delete people who have been inactive for months #but that won't be for a while #we'll cross that bridge when it comes

Where is our horse? Are they safe? Are they alright? I haven't seen them since Merry picked us up on the road and me and my Hunter are very worried. They may be aggressive anti-social meanies, but the horse is the most dear thing in their life. They would kill to protect them and they would cry an ocean if anything happened to them.

yes, horse is just fine! Merry put her in one of Blackwater's stables, along with Gambit, and with her horse (Rook) and Noel's horse (Shimmer). we won't see her for a while since i'll be updating with the blackwater route first, but Lea will check on her and Gambit in the morning before Mal takes all of the horses out of the city together, and you'll be reunited in the second half of chapter 2.

There's a version of the "don't go grocery shopping while hungry" rule specifically for writers where you should never under any circumstances be allowed to touch your draft within 3 hours of reading a really good story. Because sometimes when you read something great your head goes "fuck this is so much better than my stuff I should make that more like THIS instead!" Look at me. That's the devil talking and you should close the document NOW.

#you will make superficial edits that do not gell well with the rest of your work #and won't actually capture what you thought was so good about that story #close the doc. sit down. think about it for a while. inspiration is fine. getting a 'eureka' moment from another story is fine #but if you find yourself comparing your work one to one with someone else's and taking any differences to be flaws on your part then STOP #you will never write good stuff by trying to make it look less like you wrote it #writing #writing advice #guess who just had to go into her google doc history and undo a bunch of panic-induced edits #because she read a fic about the same characters she's writing for?#meeee. they aged badly within just a few hours of hindsight. learn from my mistakes #self-hatred is not a good motivation for creation #fic writing
