This is so annoying. Watching fp2 and first of all, Fred said last week that Ferrari are tight for the budget cap, and now with this crash what are they going to do. And secondly, I can't believe the amount of excuses everyone is making for his crash. My commentators going on and on about how it's out of his control, journalists tweeting about it and sure, maybe it was a bump or dirty air or whatever, but charles NEVER gets the benefit of the doubt. Even with his Brazil formation lap incident, it was immediately "leclerc lost it" not that there may have been a problem or something. His miami and zandvoort crash also had a reason, the wind etc, but no one bothered to bring these points up, it was all "Charles is incident prone" "Charles is inconsistent". I would just like him to receive the same treatment as others for once.

I was thinking the same because they were saying the same here too, but one actually pointed out that he knew the bump was there since it was also a sector people had issue in fp1 especially Robert said it and almost lost it there, so yeah CS should have known, and quickly everyone backpadelled on it

But yeah the point stands, drivers make mistakes, sometimes the mistake is aided by situations, but with Charles everyone is too quick to say it's his fault, he's washed etc; never gets the benefit of the doubt :/
