I think going through Al's & Roger's Vs story for this event might have ruined the other ones for me because I'm just not getting the same energy interest in Elbert's & Ellis's and it might just be because they're both DRASTICALLY different from Al & Roger.

Like El & Ellis feel a lot like, well, too domestic I guess would be a polite way to say it? Like it's cute, absolutely cute, don't get me wrong.

But it's not hitting the same way Al's & Roger's did with how those two were acting like goddamn children and trying to one up the other in a way that kids do. Like they behaved like absolute dorks to the point I couldn't stop laughing and both of their endings were really nice especially with Roger's being insanely tame and cute. While Al's had him momentarily slipping his face and him being as soft as Al can possibly choose to be.

I'm mid-process on Elbert's ending for said event, but yeah I really do think Al & Roger's ruined me for the others in a way that has me thinking about how "associated" childhood "friends" can be at times sans the distaste towards Roger and Roger refusing to hate Al.
