Hello. So i do not know you and i do not know your story but i just wanted to chime in here and tell you that seeing your drawings and your other art on my dash makes me smile. In your hockey drawings, you capture the person and not just the player. It has personality and feels alive
Hello! Thank you! I feel a bit guilty now about doing nothing all day except draw hockey players in slightly inappropriate poses to study anatomy though. I've also been like, really focused on geno's hands. His hands have more personality than a lot of players do in their entire bodies.

Heads Up 7 Up
I was tagged by @loudlooks (thank you!)
Tagging anyone who wants to participate! 7 lines out of context, GO!
🙏🙏🙏 it's been so long since I've written Tiva fanfic (does anyone miss me?), much less finished anything but I've had this WIP where Tony doesn't get shot at in his apartment in 11x01 on my phone for years now and maybe one day I'll finally get to it and post it 🫡
---
"Did you bring me all the way here just to cook for you, Ms. David?" Tony teased, leaning in closer and taking the ingredients from her hands.
Ziva deviously stared right back at him and said "Yes," with a short nod, though Tony knew she was kidding.
Nevertheless, he got to work preparing his famous spaghetti sauce while Ziva got out the rest of the ingredients for the pasta, garlic bread, and salad. Tony set the sauce to simmer for a while, turning to lean on the counter and look at Ziva some more.
Several possible good conversation starters were on the tip of his tongue, but he couldn't make himself say any of them. You look beautiful. I'm glad I came. I'm in love with you.

Idk how you haven’t blocked me yet, since I am a pretty vocal Medea and Clytemnestra lover lol. I do think they’re bad people, I just enjoy watching women do terrible things, especially when we manage to feel for them just a little bit before they go too far. Plus, Medea’s speeches in Euripides are just phenomenal. But I do think it really diminishes female “villains” (a very reductive term, but I can’t think of a better one) when they’re reduced to uwu girlbosses rather than seeing them for the complex characters they are
ahahah, nah, because that's my point! It's okay to like Clytemnestra and Medea while acknowledging they are complex characters! ❤And of course, Medea's speech is amazing. I love how Medea complains about the inequality women suffered! When she says she would instead go to war than bear the pain of childbirth? Amazing. And, also, Clytemnestra is impressive. I've read essays where she is compared to Hephaestus because of her intelligence and skills (the fact she is able to trace maps to keep track of the Achean's fleet return, she creates the robe-net design, etc.). When I had my Ancient Greek Tragedy course at University, I made my essay about Medea and whether she was a feminist idol or not, because her character is thrilling.
Both characters have exceptional traits and obviously, their skills are admirable!
My issue is when people, instead of saying "yeah these characters are morally complex and I am aware they did bad things, but I like these certain aspects of them... or I just like them because I love bad characters, etc...", they go into the "they did NOTHING wrong!!!" discourse.
Also, part of the "did nothing wrong" discourse, is that some people claim Medea and Clytemnestra are feminist icons, when they are not. Both characters are similar because they don't care about women as a collective, they only care about themselves. Both, Medea and Clytemnestra murder the women they see as sexual-romantic rivals-competitors, and the women they murder are 100% innocent. And both are violent to their own children (Medea literally murders them, and Clytemnestra either mistreats them, threatens them with murder, and so on). They don't use their power to help other women or to fix women's inequality (like bring down the patriarchy?) they only use powers for their own sake and wishes. So, that's not feminism. And clearly, not intersectional feminism.
So, the people I've blocked so far, are people who 1) fall into the "Agamemnon is the worst character ever" + 2) Clytemnestra did nothing wrong, she has never done anything bad come fight me, everything she did was justified, who is Cassandra anyway??.... I mean, seriously, yesterday I read a post of someone claiming Clytemnestra killed Agamemnon out of love and that he was happy about it? ....... o____o....... like..... did they even read The Odyssey?? Because there is NO ancient Greek source where Agamemnon is happy about being murdered by his wife. none. So what's the point of ignoring sources, or making up lies and twisting myths to fit oneself's own agenda? I don't get that.
Hope this clears it up?? Summary: you can love Clytemnestra as long as you don't say "she did nothing wrong" and state that murdering Cassandra was fine, and mistreating her children was fine too.

i've literally shushed my bestie saying "shut up, otherwise i'll love you!" because her geeky side was showing and we started talking (aka obsessing) over the wars of the roses and the tudor genealogical tree while pacing back and forth round and round through the suburbs

@crinklytinfoil Ask and ye shall receive ;)
What do you mean this isn't what happened
Not pictured: White shoving his entire spooky ghost self into Brown's suit because How Dare anyone ignore him
That being said, WHITE'S BACK WHITE'S BACK WHITE'S BACK, I shoulda known this fucker wouldn't stay gone for long!!! White, my guy, you died like SIX YEARS AGO, have you been haunting Brown this WHOLE TIME??? I'd say get a life but I wouldn't want to give you any ideas - no, NO, I don't CARE if possession is nine-tenths of the law, that isn't what that even MEANS D:<
In other news, I am 100% convinced White has been perving on Brown by watching him whenever he gets it on, but is really bored and annoyed at how Brown always tops now, so every time it happens, White just keeps yelling dumb shit from his Boring Ghost Limbo like 'put a fukken dick up your ass already! >:['
Brown and Co. in upcoming chapters, probably:
I don't know how they think those knives are gonna help. Guys. Guys. He's already DEAD. What are you doing
the amazing alien ghost cube is so amazing that it can be whatever size is most convenient for the joke to work
Got one more doodle incoming soonish (plus a five page comic uhhhh In Time - look, it's a big project, okay???), but in the meantime, I actually have been working on my own original stuff, too, I promise. See, I have this doodle of Shio sans headcovering here and- why is it under a read-more? ...No reason :]
Aren't they beautiful? :3c
Fun fact, Shio doesn't even have to look like that, they could literally shear off the fucked up bits and spend a few months regrowing it, but NO. They just- choose to be horrifying. (It is very useful for scaring the bejeezus out of unsuspecting humans, after all...)
I don't know how to end this post BYE

watching any of the Jurassic Park/World movies is like...
some park worker (besides Sam Jackson) gets eaten? "meh. dumbass."
one CGI dinosaur is shown to have a boo-boo or be in mild emotional distress? "MY HEART!!! don't hurt my baby! look at that poor girl, she needs help and pats and a hug! I don't care if she rips my face off."
I liked Mr. Arnold, though. He's the one park worker I have ever been upset about the (disrespectful offscreen!) death of.

You know-
We’ve been posting mostly serious content.
I miss the funny stuff, so here’s a question:
Whats your favorite “hilariously bad” thing about either Hazbin Hotel or Helluva Boss?
My favorite being Striker’s embarrassing incompetence or Blitz’s transforming bobble head that changes size every second.
(Also the fact that Striker and Blitz had more chemistry in ep 5 than Stolas did with Blitz in over eignt whole episodes.)
(Psst. This is a reblog game. I’d love to hear you guy’s interpretation! <3)
