I finally watched strange magic because I like all the stuff you've reblogged about it and I didn't know the bog king and princess as a couple was canon??? The "ugly baddie" never gets the girl so when it happened I was like OMG NO WAY!! I want more of it omg it's so good

Isn't it just amazing! What's even better is that Bog King was not originally planned to be Marianne's love interest but just a plain Ugly Baddie Villain. When they decided to change the plot, they left Bog King as he is.

No need to change how you look. You are the very same character as in the beginning of the story and you're still lovable.

Marianne is a good counterpart to Bog King because they both are very similar and have similar approach to love and being lovable. It's very healing for both of them and they're equal to each other.

Such a good, healthy, nice couple! Both equally dorks, too.

It's a very good enemies-to-lovers story.

By the way, the ship is called Butterfly Bog. Go crazy with the search here and spread Lofe! There are lots of lovely artists and people out there. It's a small but kind fandom.
