I have to admit my basicness and say superheroes, grew up with em. As opposed to The War of the Stars or Ring Lords which I only saw in my 20's cause of peer pressure ("WHAT? you've NEVER seen RING LORDS???")

Not really! If any reader has ever gotten such impression, it's completely unintentional. I just focus on the story itself and leave a few references in my writing every now and then.

💖 What made you start writing?

I'm going to answer this one in regard of writing Sonic stories only! Beyond wanting to resume practicing my English, I began writing because nobody would publish what exactly I wanted to read from the fandom. I'm kind of picky with characterization when exploring dynamics.

5. Share one of your strengths.

I was told my Sonic always feels real, take it however you want 😃

For real though, I think one of my strengths is the way I can write and re-write 'on the go'. I mentioned to you my hate for outlines I discovered recently, and this is the reason – the outlined story feels like a cage! Turns out I don't like to be contained... I think it's a strength in a certain way as I easily link events and scenes one after the other, cut what doesn't fit and add the sudden ideas that just work.

11. Is writing your passion or just a fun hobby?

Both! I have a BA Linguistics degree, and I'm looking to get a MA in Creative Writing sometime. I wish either writing or translating books was my actual job... But at the same time it is a fun activity to spend time on that brings me a lot of joy, and I doubt this will ever change. Writing is... kinda my life, heh.

16. If you only could write one pairing for the rest of your life, which pairing would it be?

Well, there's obvious temptation to answer 'Sonadow' because Sonic the Hedgehog is my current active fandom (usually it's a background one). But normally I switch fandoms pretty often so... I would probably dislike being unable to write anything else ever. I guess if I had to choose I would pick one of my OCs' ships. At least with them I'm always interested!

Give me cool movie recs, Supa. I know you got some.

I do love me some movies 👀 but cool... that can mean so many things... so I'll give a handful that I feel fits that descriptor! In no particular order:

North By Northwest (x) - About an average man that is mistaken for a government agent, and a deadly chase ensues. It's an older film, regarded by many as a classic. I greatly enjoyed it, and the imagery and symbolism in it is really something!

MFKZ (x) - In Dark Meat City, a young man develops supernatural powers after an otherwise uneventful scooter accident. Look, this one doesn't have the best reviews and I completely understand why. BUT. And a big but! I liked it anyway. The style is dope as hell and while there were issues I had with the story I enjoyed the ride. There are some FANTASTIC visuals in this movie

Romeo + Juliet (x) - a modern interpretation of Shakespeare's Romeo and Juliet. It's even argued to be the most accurate... I don't know about any of that, but I DO know that Harold Perrineau is the best Mercutio ever. Hands down. Anyone who thinks otherwise is simply wrong. Again, fantastic visuals and even though we know how the story plays out, you can't help but hold your breath and hope.

Pan's Labyrinth (x) - A young girl in war torn Spain is drawn to a maze and a world of magic. Easily one of my favorite movies. While I know this is better suited for a description of horror or thriller, I can't help but include it on the list. When I first watched it, I was around the same age as the protagonist, so to say it stuck with me is accurate haha. A great story, beautiful imagery and visuals. I absolutely adore Guillermo del Toro, and this is some of his best work.

So there you have it! Just a few movie recs for ya. Sorry if any are clichéd! I watch a lot of movies tho, so if you want more recs just let me know ❤
