FU ACLU

The American Civil Liberties Union in Indiana has filed a lawsuit against the state’s Department of Corrections after a trans-identified male inmate convicted of murdering his infant stepdaughter was denied “gender affirming” surgeries.
The suit, which was filed on August 28, challenges a recently-adopted policy stipulating that the Indiana Department of Corrections (IDOC) cannot provide transgender surgeries to inmates. House Bill 1569, which took effect July 1, bans the spending of state or federal dollars on sexual reassignment surgery for inmates.
According to the complaint, the ACLU is accusing the state of “deliberate indifference to a serious medical need,” arguing that “gender affirming surgeries” are a “medical necessity” for some inmates. The ACLU also states that the policy “discriminates … in violation of the Equal Protection Clause of the Fourteenth Amendment.”
The ACLU brought the case against the state on behalf of a transgender inmate currently serving a 55-year sentence for the horrific murder of his stepdaughter
Autumn Cordellioné, also known as Jonathan C. Richardson, was arrested in 2001 after his 11-month-old stepdaughter died in his care while her mother was at work.
According to court records seen by Reduxx, Richardson was visited by friends that night who observed he was “acting strangely” and refused to invite them in the house as he normally would.
Despite claiming the little girl was sleeping, Richardson had loud music playing in the home, and his guests noted that he appeared to have a fresh, bleeding tattoo of the child’s name carved into his arm

Later that night, after his friends left, Richardson went to his neighbor and asked him to call 911, claiming the child was unresponsive. When emergency personnel arrived, they were briefly able to resuscitate the girl, but she died shortly after being rushed to the hospital.
Richardson was interviewed by police, who noted he was “calm and unemotional” during questioning, and his story about what happened to the baby changed dramatically over the course of the two interviews conducted.
At first, Richardson claimed he found the baby unresponsive after doing some household chores. But in the next interview, Richardson said the child was being “fussier than usual” and he attempted to throw her up in the air repeatedly in an effort to calm her down. He said her “head bopped forward and back up in a rough type of a manner,” and that the child continued to cry so he proceeded to shake her aggressively in an effort to calm her down.
During a failed appeals hearing, detectives from the case recounted how Richardson “physically showed” how he had manhandled the girl, getting up out of his chair and demonstrating the action in a rough manner.
An autopsy subsequently found that the baby had died of asphyxiation by manual strangulation.
Richardson was booked awaiting a court hearing, and would later tell a prison official “all I know is I killed the little fucking bitch.”
Richardson was found guilty and sentenced to 55 years in prison for the horrific crime.
According to the ACLU’s legal complaint, Richardson began identifying as transgender in 2020 and had been receiving testosterone suppressants and feminizing hormones. But the medications have not reportedly relieved fully Richardson’s “debilitating symptoms of gender dysphoria.”
Using “she/her” pronouns to refer to Richardson, the ACLU’s filing reads: “Accordingly, at this point gender-affirming surgery is necessary so that her physical identity can be aligned with her gender identity.”
Despite only having begun to identify as transgender in 2020, the ACLU claims that Richardson has “identified as a female” since he was 6 years old.

In addition to hormones, Richardson has been receiving ample accommodations from the IDOC, including being given bras, makeup, panties, and “form-fitting clothing.”
Richardson is currently incarcerated at a men’s facility.
This is not the first time the ACLU has attempted to intervene to protect the gender identity of a violent transgender inmate.
In June, the ACLU came under fire after condemning the state of Florida for not providing “gender-affirming care” to a convicted rapist and murderer prior to his execution.
Duane Owen, who was executed on July 15, had been handed a death sentence after brutally murdering a 38-year-old mother and a 14-year-old girl in 1984. During court proceedings, Owen claimed that he sexually assaulted women as part of a ritual to harvest their hormones, and that he was a transsexual who carried out the sexual violence to “turn himself into a female.”
On June 16, the ACLU, through their official X (formerly Twitter) account, lambasted the state of Florida for refusing to provide “medically necessary gender-affirming care” to Owen. Using feminine pronouns to refer to Owen, the ACLU claimed the state had caused Owen “enormous suffering” and had violated “her right to be free from cruel and unusual punishment for the more than 30 years she was in state custody.”
Earlier this year, Reduxx exclusively revealed that the ACLU in New Jersey had represented a transgender diaper fetishist in a case that would ultimately result in male inmates being transferred to the state’s women’s prison.
In August of 2019, the American Civil Liberties Union of New Jersey (ACLU-NJ) filed a lawsuit against the state Department of Corrections on behalf of Danielle Demers but protected his identity. The suit argued that a “woman” named “Sonia Doe” had been “imprisoned for the past seventeen months in men’s prisons,” a situation that was said to constitute “cruel and unusual punishment.”
In June of 2021, the state of New Jersey reached a settlement with the ACLU-NJ and agreed to adopt major reforms to prison policies which would allow housing according to a self-declared and subjective ‘gender identity’ rather than on biological sex. The policy has since resulted in multiple extremely violent male offenders being transferred to the Edna Mahan Correctional Facility for women.
According to testimonies provided to Reduxx from women incarcerated at Edna Mahan Correctional Facility for Women (EMCF), among the first men to be transferred to the prison after Demers and the ACLU-NJ were victorious in their lawsuit was a convicted killer who had beaten a prostituted woman to death and drank her blood.
Other violent male inmates currently incarcerated at the facility thanks to the ACLU’s efforts include Marina Volz, who sexually tormented his own 7-year-old daughter to make “transgender porn,” and Dejshontaye Goddeszholliwould, who stabbed his aunt to death.

While she did attend public education, because her parents wanted her to have a social life, Allison did have a governess! Her name is Lady Bryanne! Bryanne is actually an old friend of her mother's and taught Allison almost everything that she knows. Ballet, Fencing, Rifle shooting, among other things. Bryanne was a second mother to Allison, and she stays in contact with her to this very day!
Allison has been desperately trying to get Bryanne to move to Hollow Port with her and her mother... no luck yet. She still tries though, and Byanna does visit from time to time. So it's nice.

I have Sonic.ERR’s au design. I promised a ref sheet of either Lord X and/or Sonic.ERR (Disclaimer: I do not own ERR, he belongs to his original owners. This is just an au version)
He doesn’t actually have a unique scar. The flesh in the middle of his eyes have been torn away and can’t heal, and he can not form more than one eye (punishment for shooting Piracy’s eye. The fur of his legs and arms are less because more was ripped off byAnna.
Him hurting Piracy was on reflex (an accident leading to a fight), but he now lost the ability to handle weapons and firearms.
He has genuinely apologized to Piracy and both try to befriend each other, either resulting in Anna pulling one of them away, ERR chickening out of a possible confrontation and/or Piracy’s fear or PTSD getting triggered by ERR.
Piracy is usually the one trying to be friends with a much higher tolerance towards ERR, though the accident has made ERR enemies with Fatal Error, Null, EYX, Cyclops and most of all his arch enemy, Anna.
X-Terion is a little more understanding as he gave some more thought to it and was one of the ones who tried to comfort ERR (before whachking him across the idiot and calling him an idiot for the fourth tike that week).

So I've ranted about Greta so many times that now we're not touching her. Another obvious choice would have been Nikolas, but I've literally done the same tag game with him years ago, so. So today we're talking about.....
Babette Black!
Why Babette? I've said it before, but I love making tributes to old sims in new neighborhoods: Babette is a tribute as well! So this is going to be also about Byanna Bigg, the og Babette.
(Babette left, Byanna right. Sorry the pics are really bad quality, I can’t get to my old laptop right now where all the pics are. That’s also a very early pic of Babette, she looks a lot different these days.)
Babette Black is an evil witch, just like Byanna was.
Byanna married into a big family that, on top of the resident family, was also home to alien twins, a bigfoot and a servo. Babette's home isn't as vivid, but my plan for Babette's big creepy house are very similar!
Byanna Bigg had one daughter, called Willow. I wanted Babette to also have a daughter named Willow, but she ended up having twin girls, so they were named Willow and Harlow.
I think it's very fitting for an evil witch that Babette is a politician. In fact, she is currently the mayor of Whitewave! To get to her position, she married the current mayor and forced him to step down (1/2). That, of course, ended in divorce and Benny moved in with his lover to start a new family. Byanna, on the other hand, was very happily married to her husband River. Although, River was either very oblivious or very ignorant of the things Byanna did in her basement laboratory - she was, after all, a nature biologist searching for a way to live forever. Which is, naturally, Babette’s next goal in life, now that she has reached her lifetime want to become mayor.
Okay this is a bit off topic. But you know how the Limestones in Whitewave own and run the Limestone Hospital? The inspiration to that comes from Byanna Bigg’s family as well! Plus, the starter sim to both Bigg and Limestone families was.............. Nikolas.

on one hand i always browse from desktop so i don’t have the same experience as mobile users, on the other hand, a majority of people now browse from mobile only, and i think the majority have iOs. so this will certainly affect a lot of people and a lot of content creators.
THE BIG ONE: ANY POST TAGGED WITH A BANNED TAG WILL NO LONGER SHOW UP ON YOUR DASHBOARD. Previously, if you tagged a post with a banned word or phrase (even if the words were used inside another tag), that post would not show up in searches, but your followers would still be able to see it on their dashboard. Now those posts are hidden from your own followers as well. This includes both original posts and reblogs. And if that wasn’t bad enough, here’s the real kicker: even if you don’t tag something with one of the banned words, if the OP used a banned tag, any reblogs of that post will not show up on anyone’s dashboard (on the iOS app). [x]
if i understood correctly, using one of the banned tags on your original posts means the post won’t show up on any dashboard on the iOs app. which is insane tbh. so i now have to look for another creation tag because apparently ‘anna makes stuff’ is an empty tag on the iOs app and tumblr probably banned all tags containing ‘stuff’ in them.
honestly i am kind of angry because on one hand i don’t 100% understand how this change works and why did they ban absolutely harmeless tags and on another i really don’t know what tag to come up with because apparently any tag could be banned and you have to check it.

While I would love to see more women in the police force anyone so thin skinned they assault a 16 year old autistic girl for saying "lesbian" should not be a cop.

A mother in Leeds, UK, has revealed that her 16-year-old autistic daughter was arrested by West Yorkshire police after one of the officers accused her of “homophobia.” The incident occurred after police had been called to provide a safe escort home for the vulnerable girl.
The woman, who goes by the name Nikita Snow on social media, explained to Reduxx that on the evening of August 6 her eldest daughter, who is 18, had been out with friends when her youngest, who is 16, tagged along.
Snow says she had believed her younger daughter, Amanda*, was at a sleepover. But because the girl did not have a routine at her friend’s house similar to one at home, she instead wandered outside to find her older sister. After the two met up, Amanda’s sister began to experience concerns about her younger sibling acting in “unsafe ways,” and attempted to contact her mother but was unable to reach her.
Without another mode of communication, the older girl called their local West Yorkshire Police dispatch for help, explaining to them that her sister was autistic and needed a safe escort back home.
“They said they would come assist in getting her home as she is vulnerable, with her being diagnosed with autism,” Snow says. “When they arrived where my two daughters were, Amanda refused to travel alone with them and wanted her sister to come with her, so she agreed.”
Snow says she was woken up at 1 a.m. by the sound of knocking at her door, and found West Yorkshire Police at her step with her two daughters.
“They said they were just bringing her home safely… [But] one of the officers had hold of Amanda and was squeezing her arm very tightly. She asked me to get [the officer] off her arm as it was hurting so I guided my daughter inside.”
But just as she brought her daughter in, the girl made a would-be innocent remark about the female officer who had been amongst the West Yorkshire police escorting her.
“She said ‘I think she’s a lesbian like nanna Julie,'” Snow recounts, noting that the female officer had short blonde hair. “I just felt a jolt on my back… the officer had launcher herself in my home at me and Amanda. She was grabbing her.”
Snow says her daughter scampered into a cupboard under the stairs and began crying and apologizing, unsure of what was going on. Amanda also began self-harming out of stress.
“She was crying and saying sorry to the police woman. That’s when I grabbed my phone and started recording.”
In terrifying footage twice-removed by TikTok, Amanda is heard screaming and crying as multiple West Yorkshire Police officers surround the cupboard she had backed herself into for safety.
“She’s getting arrested,” the female officer says firmly. “Another unit’s coming, don’t worry … I’m telling you another unit is coming, she is going to get arrested tonight.”
In the clip, Snow is heard pleading with the female officer to be more understanding of her daughter’s autism.
“She’s got autism, can you just stand there please? She’s in a cupboard, she can’t go anywhere,” Snow is saying, voice strained. “You’re going to remove her for what? Because she said the word lesbian? Her nana is a lesbian, she’s married to a woman. She’s not homophobic!”

Snow then points out that the female officer’s hands keep clenching.
“Look at you, clenching your fists. Please go away from my teenage daughter! There’s something wrong with you, mate.”
The clip ends with Amanda being led out of the house in tears by a group of six police officers. As she is walked outside, she appears to fall to the ground, at which point the officers begin twisting her arms behind her back in an effort to force her to stand.
Snow attempted to explain that her daughter has severe scoliosis and that her joints should not be manipulated in such a way. In the video, the girl is seen trying to grab at her shoulder with her free hand and screaming in what appears to be obvious pain.
As the girl is being ruthlessly manhandled by the crowd of police, the female officer who prompted the response is standing off to the side watching.
“Amanda was never read her rights, was not cautioned, and the police woman did not have a warrant and was not invited inside [my home],” Snow says.
Amanda was ultimately in police custody for 20 hours, according to her mother, and was released on “unconditional bail” despite not having any formal documentation of any charges that were filed against her.
“Amanda has not been charged but spent 20 hours under arrest,” Snow says. “She has been placed on unconditional bail. Police told us she was on bail … I’m not really savvy when it comes to police and arrests.”
Snow explained to Reduxx that she wasn’t even sure of what “unconditional bail” meant as no one had defined it for her. She has since been in touch with a solicitor for assistance.
“I have put a full complaint in to the Sergeant and they have obtained her body cam footage for viewing,” Snow says. “Amanda was never read her rights, was not cautioned, and the police woman did not have a warrant and was not invited inside [my home]. She also assaulted me, and if she didn’t caution Amanda that’s also assault in the eyes of the law. It’s also unlawful arrest as policies weren’t followed properly,” she claims.
West Yorkshire Police have since issued a statement on the incident, claiming the video Snow initially uploaded to TikTok showed an “limited snapshot” of what happened.
Police claim Amanda was intoxicated, and that she made comments “which resulted in the girl being arrested on suspicion of a homophobic public order offense.”
The statement continues: “We are fully reviewing the circumstances of this incident and ask that people avoid reaching any conclusions about it solely on the basis of the social media video.”
*The name of the minor involved has been changed by Reduxx to protect her privacy.
Hope the cops have that same energy when they find the two "women " who sexually assaulted a teen boy.
'Both women are described as being around 18 to 20 years old. One had bright red, believed to be coloured, hair, was around 6ft 3ins tall and wearing glasses. She was wearing blue shorts and a black crop top, with pink Air Jordan trainers.
'The second had very long white blonde hair and was around 5ft 9ins tall, with a Merseyside accent."
They had a month to find a 6'3 "woman " with bright red hair yet still no news of arrests. But 6 cops show up to arrest an autistic teen girl.

This is the Bigg family! Literally, a big family, the biggest I’ve ever managed to have. The sims in these pictures are the second and third generation (and the red-haired Lisbeth on the right is expecting the first sim of the 4th generation). In the first picture is the entire family, and in the bottom one are the sims who still live in the Bigg family home. Since my game here at my childhood home has very minimal cc, I had to give them all proper maxis makeovers; This isn’t exactly what they looked like back when I actively played this hood.
The reason I dug into this hood and this family was because I’m building a new version of the Bigg family house - I wanted to see the original house again, for reference. It indeed is much smaller than the one I’m currently building and it was a little hard to take proper pictures of the interiors, so I’m leaving you with new pictures of the exteriors only:
This house and this family are probably the most influential ones I’ve ever had - and many sims have been inspired by this family’s sims. I used Nicholas Bigg again as Nikolai Limestone; Rayna Limestone looks remarkably much like Star Bigg; Babette Black was inspired by Byanna Bigg; Koral Rogan reminds me of Hope Bigg; And I really want to recreate a sim similar to Willow Bigg! (Here’s the top picture with all names attached)
My Whitewave hood is currently at a turning point: until now, the Biggs were the biggest family I’ve ever had, almost reaching fourth generation. However, the Limestone family line has now reached fourth generation when Rayna gave birth to baby Olivia, so now it remains to be seen whether I’ll still keep going. I’m sometimes worried that I’ll lose interest in Whitewave and the families there, so I guess recreating my old favorite sims and old builds is my way of keeping Whitewave interesting to me. ♥
