no cause why does c!phil kinda rock... old immortal figure who’s perceived to be full of wisdom and knowledge and whilst he is in many areas; he is Rather childish at dealing with his own emotions or emotions from others. That kinda goes hard as hell. It’s a trope and a Subversion of the trope all in one. Good immortal- he’s been alive this long for a reason- but he skipped the whole Human emotions and coping with them (plus how to deal with other peoples emotions for dummies) class. That rocks tbh

Not y’all calling c!Wilbur the worst father when c!phil is right there. No c!wilbur wasn’t a good father but which one of them stabbed their son called him a disappointment and his ghost a doll. Because I don’t think it was c!wilbur

btw this is not a c!phil safe zone
90% of the time i keep my mouth shut but i can and do hate c!phil with very fiber of my being
he’s written fine its the actions he’s written to do, intentional or not, that make me grit my teeth and want to shove his old ass down a flight of stairs.
im too tired to elaborate on all the reasons why i hate c!phil but the list is too long and complicated anyway
but just letting you know, i do not like c!phil and if you like him that’s fine and i wont say anything to you but god don’t bring me into convo where he’s even remotely put in anything above a bad light. neutral is too good for him.
thank you

“c!niki didn’t see c!wilbur spiral!!” Wouldnt him killing himself infront of her told her enough? No sane mentally stable person just does that yet she went on to treat him like he meant so much to her while barley even having a significant canon relationship with him and then how she treated him after revival never resurfaced and caused her any consequences so she just spat false shit that was encouraged by his own father who willingly KILLED HIM!! But it’s ok bc c!wilbur was clearly the only one who needed to apologize

hate it when people say "c!Phil HAD to kill his son" no the fuck he did not. you know he could've just. Not killed him? like that was an option. it is wayyy easier to not stab someone than to stab them. he chose to do it. he literally just showed up randomly and killed his son cause he was asking him to Like ??? thats it. My son is acting strangely and he is asking me to killhim and literally gave me the sword. Clearly the correct choice is to kill him. like that's it what. cphil can is and will be sad over that and feel guilt but that doesn't negate that he....FUCKING murdered him?!!?!?!? himself ?!?!?!?!?! with his own hands.??????

i always loved the fact that Ghostbur became their own person
He always was treated as a memory, as leftovers, ashes of another person. Something to grieve about, someone to mourn. The person he knew as many things: a great and a terrible leader, a cold, evil or a caring and kind person. The memories of whom they held, yet they never were that person, never even knew them.
And when after going to limbo once he says that he no longer wants to go back to being Wilbur, that he doesn't want to die for Wilbur even though he believed people he loved needed that leader. For the first time he makes a decision for himself, to be himself even though it potentially can dissapoint his friends. He makes a decision not to sacrifice himself. He develops his own personality his own memories
i might be just crazy on the trope of clones/people that should've been a specific person creating their own life
and then Wilbur fucking Soot kills them

We need more sassy Michael B in this fandom. Sweet boy Michael is great for obvious reasons, but I very rarely see content where Michael picks up on c!Ranboo’s smooth sass and c!Tubbo’s,,,Tubbo-ness and acts like his fathers in that particular way.
Give me Michael calling c!Phil an old man
Give me Michael drawing crayon doodles of c!Techno being blown up and giggling when he gets upset(because c!Techno is 100% the kind of person to get genuinely offended by a toddler, Let’s Not Kid Ourselves)
Give me Michael looking c!Wilbur in the face and calling him a sad cat. Have him be just mean enough to startle people who’ve hurt his family while still being perfectly precious and thus getting away with it every single time.
It’s untapped potential!

i dont even hate cphil for making bad decisions/giving bad advice. i think that can be interesting. i hate that its not made clear that hes in the wrong or worse yet that ccphil doesnt think hes in the wrong. AND the way ccs relationships w real phil affect the characters relationships. ctommy would nawt go hang out with cphil/call for cphil when hes afraid after cphil 1. killed cwilbur and later 2. BLEW UP HIS COUNTRY

Logically I know lots of niche dsmp info is lost or forgotten by plenty of fans, but I hate SEEING it. I hate seeing a take that says "UM you're fucking stupid if you think c!Phil is any sort of father figure to c!Tubbo" because, while I get where they're coming from, and I agree that c!Phil isn't very fatherly to c!Tubbo like. at all. I ALSO know that it is in fact true that c!Phil said "we picked c!Tubbo up from a box on the side of the road" and "you started calling me dad and I never corrected you" and calls Michael his grandson!
So while I don't lean into this at all I do see why someone else Would because these things Have been said. It's fine to dislike it but I think it's incredibly rude to call people stupid for enjoying something harmless >:|

I’m absolutely swinging a bat at a hornets nest here: but I’m STILL seeing people being mad at c!phil for the “attachment to items bad” and the “move on if people don’t forgive you” mentality. And I just…ugh. If you’re valuing items and nostalgia over people that’s Not A Good Thing™️.
First off nothing is more important than a human life so jot that down, especially when compared to a fucking disc.
Secondly, if you hurt someone they don’t owe you forgiveness even when you apologize. You don’t fucking harass them and beg them for their forgiveness you fucking move on. You understand that what you did was wrong and that’s great! They don’t have to forgive you or want to be you’re friend again! It’s not like Phil was saying “cut everyone off” he was saying “don’t push when it’s not needed towards people who don’t want it.”
Basically: some of you seem just like highly susceptible to nationalism, immature and like to enable and it shows lmao

I HAVE ANOTHER ONE TO BE MAD ABOUT!
first of all the victim blaming at the end?? not surprising coming from a dsmp hater. c!philza is a horrible dad lets go over the reasons why!!
-killing him
-talking down on things he was passionate about
-most likely didn't give c!wilbur the attention he needed (hence why he seeks constant approval and attention)
-Treating him like a child
-brushing him off constantly
-offering no support to him during the burger van arc by treating it like something he would get bored of
-Threatening to kick him out of his only shelter at the time if he didn't play with the neighbors kid (c!ranboo) again treating him like a child
-Probably responsible for c!wilburs black and white thinking
-Probably didn't offer any emotional support since c!wilbur felt he had to lie about everything in his letters
-Also probably never valued c!wilburs accomplishments/saw him as a dissapointment
and I could probably find more reasons as to why c!phil is a shit everything!
