I cannot get over how c!Ranboo saw Mexican Dream coming towards him in a boat and saw the green skin, thought it was c!Dream and immediately said “have you come to take me back? is it time?”
Like I knew they were working together, but it was always subtle implications. This was solid evidence. c!Ranboo is waiting on c!Dream to bring him back for something specific. Perhaps a particular step in The Plan that will be the season 1 finale?

Wow... it's been forever since I have made a theory, especially one for the Dreamsmp ...
Well, nothing like the present!
WARNING LONG POST!!! If you just want a summary without all the evidence, will put one in the notes!
-------------------------------------------------------
So... Strange way to start this off... But I think I figured out Ranboo's other half-
A bloody big thing for me to say, I know! But I really do believe I figured it out.
I don't think Ranboo has actually revealed what it is, and with Dreamsmp season 1 over, I don't think we will ever truely know til he out right tells us.
So I figured I would give it a shot.
---
What if... Ranboo's other half was a player?
---
Hear me out-
The idea came to me when thinking about the differences between Ranboo and other players on the server.
Most of Ranboo's differences are his Endermen abilities. Other than that, there have been no hints about his other half.
So how do we figure out what the other half is, if it's only his ender side having abilities?
Then it struck me ... Ranboo is really different to the other hybrids on the server... He actually has abilities because of his ender half. No other hybrid on the server has that. Other than one outlier...
Let's look at the examples first.
-------------------------------------------------------
Example one: Fundy
Fundy is a fox. He should have the ability to jump high and run faster than other players but he can't. He should have the ability to hold stuff in his mouth but can't!
-
Example two: Sam
Sam is meant to be a creeper, but he too does not have any real abilities. He does have clones, but that was biologically made with science. Not with his powers. He can't explode, and he is not afraid of cats.
-
Example three: BBH
BBH is a tall demon. I don't really count hight as a ability, but I will say he has that hight because of his demon ancestory. Though, other than that, BBH has no real powers other than what the Egg gives him.
-------------------------------------------------------
None of these players have abilities. They have physical changes but other than that... Nothing. No super jump, or being able to explode, or even having demonic powers.
The only one who does is...
-------------------------------------------------------
Outlier: Foolish
Foolish has a lot of physical changes. He is a 23'3 tall Totem shark. He has the ability to bring the dead back to life, strike lightning, and not being able to die. One of those abilities were given by DreamXD but other than that... The other two abilities are his.
The problem with it though... Foolish is a Demigod. Not a player. Not a Hybrid.
We know Gods and Demigods are different to players because we have seen gods, and they are in creative. They are close to players, but they can't die and can do some crazy stuff with their powers.
So to me, Foolish does not count as an outlier but more of a red herring.
-------------------------------------------------------
So then, if that's the case. What defines a player?
Well from what we can tell. Players are not a definite species. They can be human like, but I don't think they are actually human. Same can be said with the hybrids, they can look like other species, but that does not mean they are hybrids of that species. They just look fox like, or sheep like, or even creeper like. But at the end of the day, they are Players.
Maybe the definition of being a Hybrid Player is that they are a mix between a Player human type and a Player Sheep type. Kinda like how dogs have different types but at the end of the day, they are still a species of dog.
So then, Ranboo is probably a mix between a Player something, (maybe a Ghast.) And a actual Endermen instead of a player Endermen.
----
In that sense we could also turn to the reason why Ranboo has a Ender-walking state.
This part of the theory comes from the idea of AI vs player, and the fact players can actually log out.
This evidence can be seen by the fact that:
---
The Pizza hut incident is canon to the lore and that is in the real world
Wilbur's leaving the SMP showed him logging out. Coming to the real world as a human.
---
The real world is canon to the SMP. The players, have another world they can escape to. When they do, their bodies log out with them and they disappear til they come back. We know this is also canon because of the planning for if someone logs out while in battle by other players, since the fully vanish if that happens.
Mobs can't do that. They can despawn, but they can't actually leave the world.
So what about Ranboo?
Ranboo can log out, we know this since all players can log out.
But, What if when he does log out, his body remains?
---
Let's take to account for the reasons why a player might log out.
Main reason is to rest in the real world. This could make sense why some players are saying he is "sleep walking." They might think he doesn't log out to rest, and that maybe in the real world, he is messing with his account while relaxing.
Another reason could be out of fear. Might explain the reasons of blacks out that happen when he starts to panic. The player part logs out of fear, leaving the mob in control.
Last reason could be from the fact of having issues with their game. These are usually quick log outs then log back ins, but even so, there is a lot that could happen there. Maybe a lost of internet, maybe their game was being glitchy. All I know, is that it could be seen as short parts of time to forget what you were doing.
---
With that in mind, it makes sense why Ranboo might enderwalk. He logs out, his body remains, and that's when the code for an Endermen takes over.
-------------------------------------------------------
I feel like I can go on forever about the reasons why I think Ranboo's other half is a player, but I won't because this Theory is already too long.
So Imma end it here!
Thank you for reading all this if you did. Sorry for a long post!
I hope you all have a wonderful day or night, and I will see you on the flip side!
Bye!!!

Presenting: You Didn’t Connect Shit — My Theory on How It’s All Coming Together
Featuring: three time travelers, a heartbroken god, and barely there but extremely plot-relevant GeorgeHD.
Brought to you by Tree Michael Multicolor. Sponsored by my shower and the void of my brain. Inspired by the Minecraft end poem.
DreamXD and GeorgeHD are the green and blue voices in the Minecraft end poem. They rule over a small pocket of the Universe together.
Something happens to GeorgeHD that kills him, or whatever the god-equivalent of dying is.
XD scrambles to find a way to bring him back. He invents resurrection, and in doing so tangles the connection between life and death, thus creating Limbo.
This cuts off a soul’s ability to move on to a merciful afterlife, as well as the ability of people like Phil and Kristin to easily move and make contact between realms.
So resurrection was completely unsuccessful for everyone involved. XD moves on to a new tactic. Surely leaving behind traces of his old project (*cough cough* the revive book) won’t have any consequences.
XD creates time travel in the hopes that he can save HD before he’s even killed. However, because of [continuity reason], he can’t travel himself, so he has to send someone else to do his bidding.
His first traveler is everyone’s favorite forgetful king, you know him, you love him, that’s right you guessed it, it’s…
Eret!
Eret travels only for a short time before [something else goes horribly wrong], causing Eret to seemingly disappear off the face of the earth and lose all of their memories. Thankfully, due to their ties to Herobrine, the amnesia stops there without the chronic memory loss seen in the other travelers.
Nevertheless, Eret finds herself compelled to preserve history, even if she can’t remember why.
XD isn’t giving up so quickly this time around, and decides to learn from his mistakes. He takes on a new mentee: the young prince of the End, Ranboo.
He uses a new method this time around, creating pocket dimensions to assist Ranboo in his travels. They’re… a bit uncanny, and produce an effect a bit opposite from intended, but it’s fine.
It is not fine. This time around is even more catastrophic than the last, and XD leaves Ranboo disfigured, stranded far from home, and with chronic memory loss.
Third time’s a charm. XD enlists Karl Jacobs as his third traveler. He takes a new new approach by starting Karl off small, giving him meaningless little missions here and there to get him used to traveling, before introducing himself or his greater objective.
He also indirectly tours Karl through the In Between, unaware that Ranboo had left warnings for successor in his panicked final days.
Around the same time, XD finds himself absorbed in something else entirely, a project that has him uncharacteristically unproductive: George. He just looks so similar, and he’s got the same damned name, XD just… he can’t help himself.
In some divinely fucked up way, XD feels as though this is a way of making it up to HD for not being able to save him.
Now it’s just a matter of seeing where Karl goes from here. Whether he succumbs to mental deterioration like the last two travelers, he finally completes DreamXD’s mission, or he does something entirely different… who knows!

We know now what happened with Ranboo and his limited lives, thanks to their recent tweets, but I'd like to suggest an AU. What if Ranboo did originally have 3 lives? What if their 2 canon deaths in 2 alternate timelines were actually the same timeline, with their death to Sam during the prison break being his third life and their death to Wilbur in Ho16 being their second?
That then leaves the question, what happened to his first life? In my mind, Ranboo's first death probably comes from his involvement with the explosions at the prison. We know something went wrong that day, and we can guess at what was supposed to happen, what Ranboo and Dream were planning, but we don't know. Could he have miscalculated the prison's security? Did someone find him, stop him, fight him? I'll leave it up for speculation.

C!Ranboo Was Meant To Free c!Dream Ages Ago
Thinking about the fact that c!Ranboo visited c!Dream frequently when he was first imprisoned.
Thinking about the fact that cc!Dream said that he intentionally looked at c!Ranboo when leaving the vault.
Thinking about the fact that c!Dream said multiple times that the prison was intended for himself and that he wasn't supposed to stay in too long.
Thinking about the fact that its confirmed that c!Ranboo set off the TnT that had c!Tommy locked up for over a week...
We don't know if Enderwalk!Ranboo was manipulated by c!Dream, since we're aware he can think for himself and likely has c!Ranboo's memories. But undoubtably c!Dream and Enderwalk!Ranboo had a sort of buisness relationship. Wouldn't it make sense that this prison spiel was Just Another Way To Toy With c!Tommy? That after c!Tommy was locked up, Enderwalk!Ranboo would just teleport c!Dream out of there? (Because Enderwalk!Ranboo knew. He watched c!Tommy as he talked about visiting c!Dream for the last time.)
C!Dream was writing a book in there, while he and c!Tommy were stuck together. And while doing so he seemed Very Frustrated.
Currently, Ghostboo has a book he uses to communicate with his other half in limbo. What if c!Dream was trying to communicate with Enderwalk!Ranboo with this book, but he never came?
Why else was c!Dream so annoyed with c!Ranboo during the prison break? Perhaps it was because Enderwalk!Ranboo never returned the favor to whatever deal they had.
They had a business realtionship, and so far we've only seen it be in favor for c!Dream. But what was behind the scenes? What if in favor for doing all these things for c!Dream, Enderwalk!Ranboo got something out of it? (Maybe the book that allowed him to communicate with his dead half?) That perhaps when he did that last favor for c!Dream, he had asked for what he wanted before he let c!Dream out of prison.
Yet Instead He Left c!Dream In There To Rot.
Nothing else makes sense. C!Techno had no knowledge of this when c!Dream was locked up. So Who Else Would Have Been Capable Of Setting Him Free?

Having DSMP S2 Brainrot right now, so why not
Imagine if Callahan just tells everyone about what happened and they don't even believe him, but the story progresses and they start to realize it makes sense and start talking with Callahan in secret to try and understand what happened
Imagine it's just a repeat of S1 and we get Dream's POV this season
Imagine Wilbur comes back from Utah and is just like 😶😶 WHAT IN THE ABSOLUTE FU-
What if the Nuke wiped Phil's only canon life
What if Charlie wasn't affected and is rebuilding himself, and doesn't know why everyone is acting so weird but tries to make them remember what happened
Imagine Dream gets another horse and names it Spirit, only for it to die
Imagine Dream and Tommy become the Tommy and Tubbo of S2
What if Jack comes back into S2 as part robot
What if XD isn't the God of the server anymore
Did TOTSMP have insight to the events of S2, or prior timelines and how the other servers fell
The egg is most likely going to be in S2, but who is it going to infect first, if anybody.
Who's SMP is it really now that the server reset, because Dream seemed to have no recollection of where he was or what was happening during the sneak peek of S2.
Also, think about the fact that XD probably remembers what just happened and is like "This is fine, ANYWAYS-"
Jack never really got to be listened to by anybody even before the server fell, he was just getting yelled at because of a /huge/ mistake, but still, Jack never got the acknowledgement he wanted.

Ya know the c!ranboo debate would be better if we all just agreed that there is both no evidence that enderboo doesn’t support c!Dream and there’s equally no evidence that enderboo does support c!dream.

Another rant about c!Dream
It’s also how much c!Dream is willing to sacrifice for his goal that makes me insanely curious about what his plan is.
Now a lot of people would say that he wants power, but if that were true, he’s going about it the total wrong way and would have a fundamental misunderstanding about how people work. But I don’t think that could be it because of how many of his plans worked because he knew how people would react to certain things and how people perceive him (such as the disc finale). The right way to go about getting power would be to follow in c!Wilbur’s footsteps, rally people around a common enemy and build up the persona of a great leader. But he’s not doing that.
Some would still say that he doesn’t care about being popular and just wants control, but c!Dream is smart enough to have successfully pulled off staging the disc finale, surely he knows that taking power by force NEVER works for long.
So what does he want? One of the theories as to why c!Dream might have staged the finale was to bring the server together by giving them a common enemy, himself. So if everyone teamed up together to put him in prison, they’d unite. If he got out, they’d unite to take him down. Is his plan really to be perpetually be on the run in the hopes that everyone would unite to try to take him down? Somehow I don’t think that’s it. It just doesn’t make sense that c!Dream would be smart enough to pull off the disc finale, but unable to see that the server doesn’t ever stay united for long, even if they have a common enemy.
So what is his plan? What is it that makes sacrificing everything worth it? Losing all his friends with c!Punz and (probably) ew!Ranboo being the only exception. Willingly giving up 2 of his canon lives and his freedom. Committing heinous crimes of which he fully understands their severity. But if it’s to further his plan, it’s all worth it. It makes me insanely curious to know what the plan is. It makes me wonder, is there something bigger at play?

Spoilers DSMP season 1 finale
Rant in coming
So...that happened. I'm still shocked by that ending, lots of things I want to talk about it and it's implications but to start I geuss I just want to thank them for the series so far. It's been 2 years since it started already holy cow, these creators are amazing and they all put effort into making an interesting multifaceted story, where you always had a story to follow even if you weren't invested in the main tommy and dream dynamic. Watching them all grow has been really amazing and Im happy to have stumbled across it when I did.
Alright, sappy stuff out of the way, holy cow that ending left so many questions un answered!!! So first of all, the server blew up, that's how it ends, but everyone seems to have been reborn but with no memories of previous events? If that's the case how do cc!sam's streams fit into the storyline? At the end of his most recent story stream he is found one hundred years in the future by c!boomer in his secret bunker under his old mansion where his original body was kept. They're both still alive and according to c!boomer the egg is still alive and it's vines have been spreading across the server ever since the encounter between the egg and c!BBH, c!Hannah, c!ant, c!eryn, c!ponk and c!puffy. But if c!tubbos nuke really destroyed the server how is the egg still alive? And how is c!boomer still alive? Or c!Sam?
In addition to that, what about the other storylines that were in play before? What about c!dream taking his armor back from c!sapnap and finding kinoko kingdom? What about reviving c!ranboo? And las Nevada's?
In actuality, the actual answer might be that these storylines had to be changed once technoblade left, maybe, and they couldn't continue those with such a key player out of the story...I don't know if that's true, or maybe they decided to just restart the server because they didn't like the original storyline ideas they had before. I don't know, I'm excited for season two but I just really wanted to let some of these questions out in a rant.

Does anyone remember back when Dream killed Tommy, in a stream between Sam and Ranboo, Ranboo said
"If I had talked him out of it...maybe things would have been different"
Now, most people probably assumed "Him" was Tommy. But, as we know a popular theory (or cannon I can't remember) is that Ranboo was the one to set off the TNT. So what if, Ranboo is referring to Dream as "him"? as in
"If I stopped Dream from forcing me to set the TNT off, maybe Tommy wouldn't of died"

The funny thing about RMD to me is that if it's true then if I had c!Ranboo intentionally played along with some dude's theatrics and does what they ask with the explicit intention of letting it blow up in their face so they'd think about it just to prove a point, I'd have three nickels.
Which isn't a lot but explaining where the first nickel came from would involve an hour of me brainrotting about his time as New L'Manberg's minuteman and why it matters that Ranboo was the one gave Dream the TNT that was used for Doomsday and I kinda don't want to right now
