Yikes! Look at the new design of this home in the Netherlands. It's been on the market for 3mos., so I wonder why no one bought it, yet. Listed as a condo, the 3bd, 7 floor home, remodeled between 2001-2010, is listed for €980K - $1.070M. Let's look around inside.

There seems to be a foyer ahead, leading to the ground floor, and immediately to the right, stairs to the upper levels.

This is great for entertaining right on the first level- there's a kitchenette and table in the living room. It's convenient b/c the kitchen is on the top level.

Here we can see the entrance foyer from the sunken living room.

This is unusual- it looks like remnants of the old building were worked into the new design.

Original walls were painted white, but it still retains a cave-like appearance.

A home office. I'm impressed that it still has the original architectural features.

Small bedroom with wood paneling and built-in shelving.

The spiral stairs are a bit small.

They've done a small sink and stainless steel shower in this bath.

This bedroom has a skylight over the bed.

Nice enclosed terrace.

Very compact kitchen, but it's got a table that can fit 4. Wish there was a small elevator or dumbwaiter for bringing groceries all the way up here.

Plus there's a roof-top deck with a table and chairs.

The layout is narrow with 1 or 2 rooms on each of the 7 levels.

I'm going to guess it's a hard sell b/c the rooms are so small, there are so many stairs, and the kitchen is tiny and all the way on the top floor.

11.) How would your character court the person of their dreams?

Yuu Shi- wouldn't. period.

oH nonnono she would convince THEM to court HER.

She wants to be fawned over. She wants to be spoiled. Adored, clung to.

As for how she would convince them... Well- ironically the person of her dreams would be equally trusting with her as she is with them. Encouraging and supportive, meaning they wouldn't mind all of her shenanigans, maybe even work WITH her on them. So, to convince them, she'd prove her worth to make them fall for her. She'd prove she has their best interest in mind. AKA she'd just be a highly caring, soft, nurturing individual, but she refuses to call it so.

She'd showcase her talent, affection, intelligence, mostly affection- clingy, blushy koala affection

maybe have a bit of nerves regarding how she can truly make them happy-

BUT as soon as she works through that- She hopes just one "Oh, you want to kiss me sooooo bad-" would do the trick.

Jocia is the type of person, on the other hand, to have less structured plans involved in 'courting,' if you could call it that- She has always been a very blunt, forward individual, and that is no different in regard to flirting.

She'd not so subtly invite potential partners out for several different activities, be it travel or chilling at home. While I would love to say she'd just come out and be like 'do u wanna make out,' she does also get nervous.

She is well away of how abrasive she can come off as, and that she can be unintentionally intimidating even towards people she's close with. After she confirms that her potential dream partner is completely comfortable, at ease, and happy with her, though, she will most definitely start an ambush of affection.

After that, it all simply comes down to clearly stating, "Can I kiss you?"

8.) What is their favorite fairy tale?

aAAAH welp- I'm going off of Twisted Wonderland's version of fairy tales- s o maybe lets just call them stories in case i fuck up and choose something that's actually just canon history like pinnochio or smth.

Shi is partial to a Korean (Or ig whatever the twst equivalent would be-) folktale "Gyeonmyo jaengju" It is a story about a fisherman who has a pearl stolen from him. His dog and cat, in an attempt to show their gratitude towards their owner, retrieve the pearl. However, the cat accidentally drops it, and the two end up fighting. The cat later retrieves the pearl and returns it to the fisherman. The dog receives none of the credit.

It stuck with her ever since she found it in her studies when she was young. She grew attached to it due to the inclusion of animals, but why does she still like it so much? She couldn't be... pro je c t ing? could s h e? PSHHH NAHHH.

Jocia can't read /j or rather- she has little desire to. She never paid much attention to stories such as that or- stories in general when it came to study or schooling, and let's just say their parents weren't the type to read their children books.

If she HAD to pick a favorite, it'd be something very basic, most likely on the count that it was the one she remembered the best and therefore found most entertaining.

That particular tale is a somewhat incorrect recount of "The Monkey's Paw" given she only ever heard a summary of the tale- The tale of a man using the paw to grant three wishes, each coming with a terrible price in order to grant. She tried to tell the story to Yuu to teasingly scare her one time, only to found that she already knew it, and also shared a story known as "The Fox Girl."

While "The Fox Girl," another Korean story about a man who desired so much to have a daughter that he wouldn't mind if she were a fox, wasn't either of their 'favorites' per se, but it stuck with them both as- well probably one of the last conversations they had together where they truly, really got along well.

27.) What is their idea of perfect happiness?

Safety. No one can hurt her when she's on her thrown on top of the world. She can't visualize it in a scene, but she can FEEL it. It burns in her heart, a desire so strong she'd do anything just to touch it. No matter how out of reach.

Security. She is at peace. Everyone she loves is at peace. The people she loves can finally rest easy. They can care for themselves. They don't all have to cling to each other like they're in danger. It is time to sleep soundly. She can finally let go.

I actually think a "movie star" is what the people make you based on your STAR QUALITY. But maybe that's just me? 🤷🏾‍♀️

I think they were saying something similar to that. Some movie stars have a certain "quality" that can go beyomd their acting and draw ppl in, and i def see that with Z or older celebs lik Tom Hanks or Margot. I def hear some movie stars who are questionable (n vice versa with actors who are kind), bt ppl in the entertainment industry sometimes say thay these C/D- list stars are more "rude" than actual movie stars, and i can see that sometimes beimg the case

Yea, I definitely think that there's a difference btwn an actor who's just an actor, vs one who has that "IT" factor, that star quality. 🌟 One who just shines or commands attention when they walk into a room. And it's not even about it being an arrogant or loud way... It's just the person has a certain Je ne sais quoi quality about them that really just draws you in.

It could just even be how they have really good screen presence and your eyes can't take themselves off of them when they're on camera. I def think there are various factors that give someone that "movie star" presence and quality. ☺️👍🏾

"Hyunsuk, ça fait même pas un an que Treasure a débuté," tu hoquetas, les sanglots accompagnant ta voix alors que tes jambes te lâchèrent. "J-je suis tellement désolée."

"Dis pas ça," te répondit-il, les larmes lui montant également, même s'il n'osait toujours pas bougeN, "ne dit plus jamais ça. C-C'est des-des jumeaux ?"

Tu acquiesças lentement, "J- je suis allé - j'ai fais une échographie la semaine dernière."

"Déjà ?" s'étonna-t-il, ses pieds fonçant dans ta direction, "T/P, ma chérie, s'il te plaît, ne dis plus jamais que tu veux t'en débarrasser. Tant que tu veux ses enfants, je serai à tes côtés."

"Bien sûr que je les veux," tu reniflas, "nos enfants."

Il hocha la tête, un large sourire illuminant son visage.

"C-c'est déjà un peu gonflé," tu souris timidement.

Les larmes de Hyunsuk quittèrent finalement ses yeux.

"Sérieusement ?"

Tu acquiesças avec un léger rire, relevant ton t-shirt afin qu'il puisse voir, "c'est pour ça que je leur parle si souvent. Ils sont vraiment juste là."

La bosse était vraiment très petite et pouvait s'apparenter à un peu de graisse, mais c'était légèrement plus dur au toucher et tu savais que tes bébés étaient à l'intérieur, prêts à grandir.

"Regardes-les," Hyunsuk prit une grande inspiration, quelques sanglots lui échappant alors qu'il se mit à genoux pour embrasser ton ventre, "Je vous aime tellement, tous les trois."

Tu souris, jouant avec ses cheveux, "c'est tellement bizarre à entendre."

"Crois-moi, c'est encore plus bizarre à dire." Il se releva te serrant dans ses bras.

Avec un soupir, tu relâchas toute la pression que tu avais accumulé dans son étreinte.

"Tu sais, je pense qu'ils sont arrivés pile au moment où l'on avait le plus besoin d'eux," Hyunsuk sourit, "et je suis prêt à les rencontrer."

You are saying that Korean fans are fickle while ifans stay loyal, and that it is why Doyoung should build a global fanbase. I agree with that, and I see him doing efforts for it (he learns two foreign languages, shows interest in foreign songs). I also agree that je isn't perfect, but he gets too carried away with following fans' demands, and so overlooks some things.

But do you think that oversensitive, capricious fans, who make a fuss over time zones, can turn into loyal fans? That they possess the needed character traits? Loyal fans are not those who are entertained daily (there is entertainment everywhere), but those who were touched or helped in a unique way (got smth non-Doyoung won't be able to offer). Doyoung chats with kfans but he sings for everyone. He even writes letters in Chinese sometimes to thank his C-bar.

Ryu Junyeol and Han Sohee not to appear in 'Deception/Delusion/현혹'... Production company, "Casting discussions halted"

Actors Ryu Junyeol and Han Sohee decided not to appear in director Han Jaerim's new film.

Showbox, the co-production company of 'Deception/Delusion/현혹', said in a phone call with Dispatch on the 2nd, "It is true that casting was under discussion, but it was not confirmed."

The two recently broke up just two weeks after their relationship became known. The production company explained that their casting discussions also naturally stopped.

Thanks to Ingek73 for finding this unusual apt. in Amsterdam that spans across 3 buildings. They broke thru the walls of the 3 buildings, highlighted in the photo, that together traverse 5 centuries. 2bds, 2ba - €2.650M / $2.810M

The entrance is in the newest building that was built in the 20th century.

There are stairs and an elevator to the spacious apt.

There's a large walk-in cloak room next to the kitchen.

The kitchen description says that when the cabinets are opened with electric controls, it suddenly becomes a warm space with the special table and bench specifically designed for it. Wish they showed it.

Thru the kitchen doors is the living room space.

I suppose that the steps are here b/c the two buildings' floors didn't line up.

The description also states that this Zen apt.'s design and furnishings are aimed at maintaining a very spacious and minimalist appearance.

The emphasis is on avoiding unnecessary objects and creating an oasis of peace. Most furniture is handmade by craftsmen in Amsterdam and Japan. Each piece is specifically designed for the space and contributes to the overall harmony and aesthetics of the interior.

Natural materials, such as limestone, washi paper, cedar, French oak, American walnut and jute, have been used to create a connection with nature.

French doors create a conservatory-like ambiance. The dining room can be closed off with double doors or kept open in connection with the sitting room when entertaining.

From the dining room there's access to one of the two bedrooms and the hall with adjacent study room.

Both bedrooms have identical bathrooms.

The second bedroom at the rear has a special element that they don't show- a glass window in the dividing wall between the bathrooms can be changed from opaque to transparent at the touch of a button

The front entrance to the apt. is in the building on the right.

The view of the canal from the eight windows makes this apartment rare.
