Thar Amphala, Issylra: Thar Amphala was Vecna's base of operations in the Shadowfell. In 812 it was transported to the Material Plane and marched upon Vasselheim atop a reanimated earth titan. When the titan was killed, its corpse remained as a new mountain, with the ruins of the city atop it.
