Just a Thought

Does anyone remember that movie “Cadey Kelly”? 

Well, this kind of came from a dream I had last night and I actually really like the idea. But like a Modern AU where Spider and the older Sully kids are students at a military school.

I mean, when I watched this a kid, I got really interested in the drill team stuff. And even now, as an adult, drill teams still interest me. And for whatever reason, I could really see the Sully kids and Spider in this type of setting and scenario. Like I have a super loose idea of plotline, if I was to ever write it out. But yeah, thought I’d put the thought out there so it’s not sitting in my brain for all of eternity.

Boot Camp Baby - Jennifer Stone/Kelly Collins

A/N: Part 3/5 for @soheavyaburden 's A Year of Whump for the week.

Boot Camp had been a new challenge for Kelly Collins. She had known life was changing, but as she looks around and works to settle in, she does see a familiar face. Jennifer Stone. Her old nemesis turned friend. Jennifer looks smaller, slimmer, more hardened and Kelly’s breathing catches as she watches the girl’s nimble footsteps as she seems to almost dance her way through an obstacle course. Then it happens, Jennifer falls, head hitting the ground hard enough that Kelly breaks away from the people around her, moving to cushion Jennifer’s head in her lap, stroking hair from her eyes. Help comes quickly, Kelly not leaving her side. Jennifer tries to protest and Kelly quietens her quickly. She had missed her, she was not going to leave her side, she would stay with her until she was better. People had expected Kelly to get into trouble, but her loyalty shows and is, in the end, rewarded.
