Done for a proposed (but unpublished) Marvel Calendar from the late 1960s era! As this was intended for the month of December, Doom's gun has a pop-out flag that would say "Merry Xmas." Graphite on Bristol board with an image area of 9.5" x 12.5". Comes with a vintage thermofax copy of the piece that has tanned significantly.

I've been doing this for a while now and it has suuuper improved my mental health so... LPT i guess?

Get a calandar and fill it up with all of the things you DID do instead of the things you NEED to do.

(ignore my sloppy handwriting today; I'm having a bad dyspraxia moment rn)

For me, calandars have always been a failure log: all of the events/ cleaning/ etc I planned and then couldn't/ didn't keep up with. But this way I can see how much I've accomplished! For me, I tend to fill it out with hobbies and exercise stuff (knitting/writing/reading/walks/bike rides/etc) bc those are important to me, but it can be anything that feels like a success to you! Showering, getting out of bed earlier than usual, put something away, etc! Idk maybe it's obvious, but it's really helped me so I thought I'd share.

Bonus points for having a set of colorful pens to fill it out with. I'm personally more likely to do something if I can tell myself "if i do this, I get to use the next color in my marker set" lol.
