Meeru is absolutely backtracking and no I don't believe she's trying to be self critical for a second.

I quite literally explained to Meeru in my first response to her that Panda's behaviour is genuinely abusive and dangerous (for example, causing someone to relapse in their eating disorder). I even provided Meeru with a WHOLE LIST of the things Panda did which includes blatant racism, suicide baiting, victim blaming, and inappropriate behavior infront of and towards minors.

I then went on a provided Meeru with FOUR screenshots of Panda's behavior, one of the screenshots showing her saying that she wants Manchurians to be genocided. I then pointed out that Meeru's interest in Siberians and Northern Asians is purely orientalist because she has built her blog off of the back of Northern Asian and Siberian cultures, but when being told that her friend Panda is racist against Northern Asians and was even provided a screenshot as evidence for this, she STILL went on to call it "boring cancel culture".

In the first response I also said how MULTIPLE people tried to talk to Panda privately, and she did not listen. Her behaviour is not only dangerous but we have found out that Panda has been trying to control the narrative about what happened to people throughout the fandom and telling them absolute lies about what happened, concealing the extent of her abuse and bad behaviour and outright orchestrating a hate campaign against @/miyuecakes by not only spreading lies about her with 0 evidence throughout the fandom, but by sending her posse to harass her on tumblr.

How did Meeru respond upon being given a list of the things Panda did with four screenshots of ACTUAL evidence?

"Don't blame me for not reading all 80 pages!"

"My family is struggling!"

"I care about Siberians!"

"Why did this come out around Christmas!"

She's now backtracking saying that I can't blame her for not reading all 80 pages when

1) No one fucking forced her to release that post before reading the whole document and it's quite stupid of her to release that post despite apparently not reading it

2) Even if she didn't read the whole document? I provided her with screenshots of Panda's behavior and a list of the things she's done to hurt people.

Despite this, Meeru STILL called it purely cancel culture and dismissed the evidence I gave her!

I hate the dismisal of online lgbt spaces as not as important as in real life or what goes on within the spaces as not that bad, because for me at least, I don't have anyone I know in my area that I can talk to about being lgbt, and I'm relatively scared of selectiviely outing myself to find more people, because i really wouldnt want it to get back to my parents somehow.

-ordered alcoholic beverage online a couple days ago, culminating in me running out into the wet street without shoes to catch the UPS truck

-impulse bought a heart-shaped mini Bundt cake maker (not just a pan, but a MAKER - you plug it in and pour in the batter and it cooks the cake for you)

-also impulse bought Lindoor truffles whose flavor was listed as "dark strawberry" and I know that that's just dark chocolate with a strawberry filling but "dark strawberry" sounds amazing as a concept

#gonna tell the Ordering Alcohol Online saga in the tags #mostly for my own sake/posterity #so I wanted to buy a bottle of a particular alcoholic beverage as part of a Valentine's day gift #but they don't sell it around here so I had to order it #now of course you have to show an ID and sign for the package when you receive it on account of alcohol #but I live on the third floor of my apartment and the doorbells don't work #so I had a distinct feeling I was going to miss the delivery #and I TOOK EVERY PRECAUTION #before making the order I called the company and asked if they could call or text me upon arrival #and they were like ''well we work with UPS etc. so it's up to them but try sending us an email about it it might work'' #so I made the order and sent the email #yesterday I popped down to the business on the first floor and was like ''hey I'm ordering alcohol'' #''if they knock on the door would you be able to sign for it?'' #the person was like ''well I'm here from 8 to 4 so if it arrives in that time then sure'' #today I see an email: order is out for delivery #THE EMAIL IS IN MY PROMOTIONS FOLDER MIND YOU. I WOULDN'T HAVE FOUND IT IF I WASN'T LOOKING CLOSELY #so I'm compulsively checking the tracking page all day #it says it's supposed to arrive at 7 pm #4 pm comes and goes and no dice #I leave a post-it note on the door: ''dear deliveryperson the doorbells don't work please call/text the number on the back of this note'' #6 o clock rolls around. i may or may not have lost access to all of my vocal synth stuff last night. my pc has been crashing a lot lately and uhhhh she’s not doing too well right now. i ended up having to reinstall windows, but I have all of my programs and stuff on an external drive. Now Synthv won’t open at all and Vocaloid 6 doesn’t see any of my voices. Luckily I reinstalled windows on a SEPARATE ssd so i can technically go back and use my old install whenever (and I checked that everything works fine still) but it’s not sustainable at all, and the crashes are getting more frequent.

what i’m getting at is please bear with me, covers will be very slow until I get this figured out.

openutau works fine though so I’ve been playing around with Xia Yu Yao and Teto’s VBs and I FINALLY found Yamine Renri’s SV code in my inbox this morning so I’m learning her utau bank too. Too bad I can’t use synthv at the moment because blending the two would sound SO good since i believe her synthv is just a direct port of her utau?
