Sorry about the bad news! I decided to gather some out of context TEG notes from my document in hopes to cheer you up a little:
Chapter 1:
First impressions, they find each other strange looking. Rodimus finds SW creepy and SW finds Rod gaudy in amount of pieces and color scheme. This is fun to watch change later on.
Chapter 13:
Rodimus is the first person Soundwave opens up to willingly without being forced to answer. He doesn’t even like Rodimus but the fact Rodimus is only one giving him a chance already makes him more willing to share internal stuff.
Chapter 16:
First instance of SW feeling good things in general (in a non-malevolent way, since the incident) but also feeling good things towards Rodimus. Also first time Laserbeak flutters against his chest in response to Rodimus.
Chapter 19:
Soundwave experiences whimsy. While still anxious and easily irritated with the LL crew, he felt comfortable enough at his party to laugh. In this same chapter he is bothered by being the most hated mech on the ship too. He has nothing left to loose at this time and is settling into life there whether he consciously admits it or not.
Chapter 21:
He’s making fucking friends, let’s go!!!
Chapter 22:
(1) Nautica is naturally friendly, quite like Tailgate, they don’t really have a reason to like SW at all but they want to try regardless. She is very excited to meet SW and I get the sense that while wary of him of course, she believes Soundwave to be gentler than he is— that he just hasn’t had the chance to show it yet.
(2) SW is being a supreme dumbass this chapter.
Chapter 23:
You could cut that tension with a knife, ease up girls.
Chapter 24:
He’s feeling guilty for what he did! Huzzah! Yes you are an asshole!
Chapter 25:
(1) TENTACLE WIGGLIES.
(2) Call back to when they first met, Rodimus did indeed punch him then and it was hilarious.
(3) Rodimus definitely likes cuddling. He made the moves to lean against slenderman.
(4) SW that’s called being happy.
Chapter 26:
He’s learned earning things is more satisfying than taking them, especially when it comes to making Rodimus happy. Regardless for a while he still struggles between what’s good for the ship, what makes Rodimus happy and his own hunger to know everything and do things that only benefit him.
Chapter 27:
(1) My king that’s called enjoying a conversation.
(2) Whirl is crazy!! Slay!!
(3) Whirl is spitting bars actually.
(4) SW literally risks being lost to space to retrieve the vial, the life threatening fight looses priority against the promise Rodimus made him.
(5) TG being a fucking boss. SWs realization that such a small mech can restrain him and that he’s greatly underestimated TG is hilarious.
Chapter 28:
Dude you are so in love.
Chapter 29:
Yes, SW, that’s how making friends works.
Chapter 30:
(1) This is funny to me, some security mechs have noticed the frequency in which Soundwave and Rodimus are seen together but they have it wrong here. It is Rodimus who brings SW along whenever he can, SW doesn’t believe he has the agency to follow Rodimus around without Rodimus asking first.
(2) Less swagger, more purpose is a hilarious line.
Chapter 31:
Do not take Rodimus away from his creepy shadow. He cannot stand being separated from his creepy shadow— he is lonely.
Chapter 34:
(1) I am going to die of heartbreak.
(2) Rodimus you’re behaving like a toddler.
(3) Mirage doesn’t speak of Skywarp here because for some reason he still believes he will face repercussions for loving a decepticon. Meanwhile, Rodimus (the autobot co-captain of the LL) is glaring at his decepticon boyfriend for ignoring him.
Chapter 35:
Yes, Rodimus your boyfriend is creepy. What else is new.
Ok that’s enough!! Hope they’re entertaining<3
aww thank you!! I definitely smiled all through reading that =D

-all autotroopers are given the same face and body when they join the force. what the fuck. also, they just generally give stormtrooper vibes visually which does not bode well
-bumblebee’s frame type was created post-war, tap-out reformatted after the war to that frame type. its said to be energy efficient
-”old malignus” is just portiguese. cybertronians used to speak portuguese. also, they know what ferrets are
-perceptor programmed a new tutorbot for sari
-sari has noticeably more abilities than a normal autobot
-both sari and sentinel’s shields are called “skyboom shields”
-bumblebee makes a “single white female” reference about him and wasp
-strika does not like blackarachnia or swindle
-cyclonus implies oil slick gets merced by galvatron
-cyclonus is definitely future skywarp
-megatron thinks blackout is a dumbass
-decepticons just, really fucking love cloning. beyond the starscream and omega clones they also cloned perceptor during the war. shockwave regrets not just killing perceptor instead of cloning him
-starscream has some nicknames for megatron including “megs” “megaclod” “bucket head” “dundertron” and “meggy”
-its implied when shockwave took the magnus hammer he actually ripped ultra magnus’s arm off to do so
-prowl writes like a thesaurus is possessing him
-cybertron has a horroscope that includes yggdrasil for some reason. also characters say “great xal” a few times like a swear
-sentinel is a metaphor for the us government
-megatron really, really fucking hates sumdac
-
-soundwave made laserbeak and ratbat but he made prototypes before them that he apparently just, released into the wild to cause problems
-the steelhaven/sigma supreme was the last omega sentinel to be made

WELP!! I’m gonna talk about my Continuity Again! I’ve still gotta a lot the story elements to work on and what I want to do with it but! For right, I’m mainly gonna focus on Characters.
Some things haven’t really changed for some characters, others are up for Debate but here are a few things (I apologize if this gets sporadic):
Megatron, Galvatron, and Megazarak are siblings. Terminus is their carrier and he did his damnedest raising them (He’s a good parent in my continuity)
Megatron is the Youngest, Galvatron is the middle child, and Megazarak is the oldest
Galvatron is the most odd outta all three of them
Megazarak disappears during Megatron’s early adults (but we’ll get into that at some point)
Galvatron got sent to the Pits days after Megazarak’s disappearance
and much, much more of this family
Kiloton is also in this AU, she helped Megatron take care of Terminus in his dying moments, since she was trained in medical she did all she could.
Orion, Ariel, and Dion are all in a Relationship and are very happy, they were orphans that grew up together and they all work at the docks together:
Orion is FTM
They all have Fangs
Dion is a sweetheart, let’s hope nothing bad happens
Orion also works as an Archivist as a side job
Ariel and Orion like reading stories that Orion checks out together
StarScream, SkyWarp, and ThunderCracker. They’re not royalty in this AU, as much as I adore that, not here! StarScream and his brothers were orphaned and they had to scrape by to live. Of course when older, they managed decent lives but they all can see each like they used to but they keep in touch via calls or through their bond.
Ratchet is still Ratchet for the most part, used to be a medic for the Senate but then dipped and made his own in the Dead End where she helps others. She meets Hot Rod and Drift this way and they all become good friends
Okay, I’m at the end of my rope so other characters that may be in this whether they have significance or not to the main story:
Ultra Magnus, Springer, Arcee, Cyclonus, Tailgate, Soundwave, Bumblebee, Cassetticons, The 13, Shockwave, Junkions, Combiners, Metroplex, Trypticon, Omega Supreme, WindBlade, Dinibots, Insecticons, Blurr, Jazz, Ricochet, SkyFire, Predacons, Lockdown, Wheelie, Scourge, Rung, Primus, Unicron, Tarn|Damus, Whirl, Skids, Minibots, Chromia, Ironhide, Wheeljack, Roller, Trailbreaker, and etcetera
That’s all for now

Synopsis:
Optimus Prime unveils to his fellow Autobots the completed project that he has had Grapple working on since he has been reactivated on Earth: Omega Supreme, the best line of defense of the Autobots base the Ark. Optimus Prime explains that Omega Supreme will defend their base while he and the other Autobots lead a potentially suicidal mission to collect data on the Constructicons ability to merge into Devastator so that they can utilize the same technology for their own purposes. When asking the gathered Autobots who will join this mission, Grimlock, and the other Dinobots refuse to help, citing that Optimus Prime is too much of a weakling to lead them and part company. The Dinobots departure changes nothing and Prime orders his Autobots to Transform and roll out.
While at the Decepticon headquarters, located in a Wyoming mining pit, the Constructicons are busy fortifying the base as Megatron and Shockwave continue to squabble over leadership over the Decepticons. The subject of their argument this time is Megatron's allowance to let Donny Finkleberg live among them. Donny has had enough with the Decepticons and is trying to think of a plan to escape, a seemingly impossible task since he is watched at all time by Ravage. Megatron then calls Starscream, Thundercracker, Skywarp, Rumble, Frenzy, Laserbeak and Buzzsaw to come to him and go to greet the new Decepticons traveling over the Space Bridge from Cybertron, leaving Shockwave and the others at the base.
The Autobots are on their way to the Decepticon base when Skids has a fender bender with a vehicle owned by the hot-headed Jake Dalrymple. Furious over this hit and run accident, Jake and his girlfriend chase after the Autobots hoping to "get even" with the "driver" of Skids, unaware of the danger that he is going to be putting himself in. Arriving at the outskirts of the Decepticon base, Prime orders Jetfire to distract the military, sending most of their forces after him so that Optimus and the others can smash through the military blockade to the Decepticon base. When Jake attempts to follow them he is stopped by the military.
Arriving at the Decepticons headquarters, the Autobots transform into robot mode and attack the battlements that have been put in place. While in northern Oregon, Megatron, and the others arrive at the site of the Space Bridge and are shocked to find Autobots there instead of Decepticons. They are about to attack when Soundwave radios in to tell him that all the Autobots are assaulting the Decepticon Base. Ignoring Shockwaves suggestions to return to headquarters, Megatron instead decides to attack the Autobot base believing it to be vulnerable to attack.
As the battle in Wyoming rages on, Skids proves to be the most ineffectual warrior, necessitating Optimus Prime to rescue him, suffering an injury to his side. Meanwhile, Shockwave has ordered the Constructicons to merge into Devastator and attack. This allows Bumblebee to scan the transformation data into a recorder, getting the Autobots all the information they need. While the Autobots fight off Devastator, Donny makes a break for it while the Decepticons are distracted. With the data they need collected, the Autobots then retreat, with Ravage (noticing that Finkleberg is gone) following not far behind. While at the blockade, Jake manages to talk the soldiers stationed there to leg him go.
Megatron and the others meanwhile have arrived at the Autobot base and are shocked to find Omega Supreme waiting for them there. Omega Supreme overpowers them destroying Starscream, Thundercracker, Skywarp, Rumble, Frenzy and Buzzsaw. He is about to destroy Megatron when Laserbeak picks up his commander and flies away. Back in Wyoming, Optimus Prime gets the report as they zip past the military blockade once again. Jake attempts to stop Skids, causing him to swerve out of the way, leaving him open to an attack by Ravage. Struck by one of Ravage's missiles, Skids is knocked off a cliff. Thinking him destroyed Optimus and the others race off the scene of the battle.
Megatron is returned to the Decepticon base, where Shockwave mocks his failure to take over the Autobot base and announces that he intends to take over the Decepticons. However, Megatron gets up and points out that Shockwave has also failed in allowing the trap to spring around him as well, pointing out that the Autobots must have had an ulterior motive to spring a hit-and-run operation on their base. He also mentions that even though they lost some of their warriors, more are coming to replace them and that they have pointed out to the Autobots that they can attack at any time. Realizing Megatron's words as truth, Shockwave then concedes and names Megatron the true leader of the Decepticons.
While back at the Autobot base, the other Autobots are rejoicing their victory, however Prime points out that they did lose Skids in the battle, and that in the future they must factor in human involvement in their continued battles with the Decepticons on Earth, as they can lead to unforeseen circumstances. As the Autobots mourn for Skids, they are unaware that despite his damage he is still functional, all be it trapped at the bottom of the cliff near the Decepticon base.

Top 4 or 5 I dunno
Am bored so imma just list my faves for characters who have at least 4 different versions in the cartoons
(this was more than I expected, so it's under the cut-)
Shockwave!
1. TFP (Just a fucking pissy and spiteful babe with the sexiest design)
2. Energon (jerkiest jerk ever)
3. TFA
4. G1
5. Cyberverse
Soundwave!
1. TFP (My brother's favourite transformer, that gotta mean something)
2. G1
3. Cybertron (I'd love him more if he wasn't in like, 6 episodes total)
4. Headmasters
5. Cyberverse
TFA Soundwave just aint sexy, I am sorry- and neither is RID15 Soundwave after his upgrade u.u WFC Soundy just didn't do much
Prowl!
1. RiD01 (Middle child)
2. Energon (a little eager boyo)
3. TFA
4. G1
5. WFC
Only reason I chose WFC over Cyberverse here is that I fucking forgot he even was in Cyberverse, so he obviously couldn't leave a big impression on me
Ratchet!
1. TFP (Especially that german voice OuO)
2. WFC
3. TFA
4. G1
5. RiD15
Putting RiD15 Ratchet above Cyberverse Ratchet because he says "I needed that" :D
Also, in Prime Wars he seems to exist because Windblade mentions him once, but we never see him
Roddy!
1. G1 (Original boi)
2. Energon
3. Prime Wars
4. Cyberverse
5. TFA
Headmasters Roddy gets no place in this for just fucking off and never coming back-
Ultra Magnus!
1. G1 (love of my life)
2. WFC
3. RiD01 (the bitch version-)
4. Headmasters
5. TFP
Fun fact: In the japanese version of Armada he exists as well, but not really as a character, just as an upgrade for Prime in the last season of the show that just existed for some reason - in the english version that upgrade is called Overload :D (but sometimes gets called Ultra Magnus too because the english script writers for the show were kinda high or something)
Oh, and in TFA I aint all that hype for him
Hot Shot!
1. Cybertron (A cutie)
2. Energon (A mature cutie)
3. Armada (I don't even care about this boi, but I can't put him below the other two)
4. RiD01 (I can't remember anything he ever did)
5. TFA (I couldn't even remember him existing)
Arcee!
1. G1 (Original girl)
2. TFP
3. Cyberverse
4. WFC
5. Energon
She's also in Headmasters as a secretary - a downgrade from G1. And in TFA she didn't leave much of an impression on me :/
Wheeljack!
1. Cyberverse (Such crazy uncle energy)
2. Energon (He's only called Wheeljack in original version - and I fucking loved the way he talked man, his voice and accent were just so damn epic)
3. TFP
4. G1
5. WFC
He is in TFA, but I can't remember anything he ever said in those 3 minutes of screentime
Perceptor!
1. Prime Wars (Of course, he was so cute and funny!)
2. G1 (Cutie!)
3. Cyberverse
4. Victory (his one job of telling Ginrai he cannot be repaired was better than anything he ever did in TFA - at least he had a damn on-screen job! xD)
5. TFA
Some Minicon in Armada is called Perceptor, but bugger me if I fucking remember which one it was
Grimlock!
1. RiD15 (Fave of the whole show, such a sweetheart! <3)
2. G1
3. Prime Wars
4. Cyberverse
5. TFA
Rid01 also has a Grimlock, but he ain't even a Dino in it
Bumblebee!
1. RiD15 (A sin, I know, but I'm not hot on Bee in general and I just found this one the most appealing)
2. Cyberverse
3. TFP
4. G1
5. TFA
I know he's in RB, but I havent watched that yet so I can't talk
Sky/Jetfire!
1. Cybertron
2. Energon
3. Armada (one of the only two characters I actually liked in the whole show-)
4. G1
5. WFC
TFA version wasn't all that hot to me
Megazarak/Scorponok!
1. Energon (a goodie)
2. Headmasters
3. Beast Wars
4. WFC
5. RiD15
Bro I remember nothing about him in G1, that 4th season was so damn forgettable and weird, that even the RiD15 version stuck to me more
Fortress Maximus!
1. Headmasters (Master SWOOOORD- <3)
2. Prime Wars
3. RiD01
4. G1 (I can remember this version better than Scorponok at least)
Sideswipe!
1. RiD15
2. Armada
3. G1
4. WFC
As with Bee, can't judge his RB version
Blurr!
1. G1 (BOI)
2. TFA (handsome boi!)
3. Cyberverse (I just remember that he dies)
4. RiD15 (Just here because I liked him more than in Armada)
4. Armada (he aint even boi, but he has the name so whatever)
He's in Headmasters too and he fucks off with Roddy, so SHAME ON YOU
Cyclonus!
1. G1 (The only version I give a shit about- the others are just a contest about which I care less)
2. Energon
3. Armada
4. RiD15
5. TFA
Headmasters Cyclonus gets disqualified for the AUDACITY TO BE A WHIMP!
Galvatron! (disclaimer - versions that are really just Megatron-repaints don't count. Also for the Unicron Trilogy, I go by the japanese versions because I hate the english one when it comes to him and Megatron)
1. Energon (In japanese, its always Galvatron from the start, the character never was "Megatron" and bro do I love him!)
2. G1 (The original crazy man, you go babe!
3. Beast Wars II
4. Headmasters
5. WFC (Hope he gets to be awesome in Kingdom! ~)
Unicron!
1. Beast Wars Neo (personality babey)
2. TFP
3. Prime Wars
4. G1
5. Armada (at least he had Sideways here)
I mean he is in Energon, but is barely a character...
Red Alert!
1. Cybertron
2. G1
3. Armada
4. WFC
5. TFA
Fun fact: Energon Prowl is Red Alert in japanese and Armada Red Alert is Ratchet in japanese-
Skywarp!
1. G1 (Aesthetics ~)
2. Beast Wars II (totally different character btw, but again - Aesthetics ~)
3. Cyberverse (girl Aesthetics ~)
4. WFC
5. TFA (anti-aesthetics!)
There be a lot of seekers in Prime Wars, but they all die without ever showing a robot-mode so who gives a fuck man
Thundercracker!
1. Cyberverse (It's the moe-effect)
2. Cybertron
3. G1
4. TFA
5. WFC
Thrust!
1. Beast Machines
2. Beast Wars II
3. Armada
4. G1
5. Cyberverse (Couldn't remember him in this thing either)
The Quintessons!
1. Energon (Alpha Q Disney Princess)

4. Cyberverse
Alpha Trion!
1. G1 (This is the only version I have spent any thoughts on-)

Robots in Disguise (2012), #1-22- A Recap, For Reference Purposes
Before we begin with “Dark Cybertron”, a lightning round style recap on the 22 issues that took place in the sister series to MTMTE, Robots in Disguise; just so we know what’s up with all the folks who didn’t hitch a ride on the Lost Light.
Here’s the Story So Far, since it’s been a minute.
Now for the nitty gritty.
Cybertron is a literal hellscape, as established in The Death of Optimus Prime, the very flora of the planet trying to murder anything that comes within a few miles of the surface. This has caused a massive economic slump in the tourist trap towns, who surely will not survive without the summertime revenue. Truly, life is cruel and not worth living.
Bumblebee narrates, as we show off all the weirdoes who live on Cybertron now. Bumblebee tries to greet a new batch of arrivals, as Metalhawk actively attempts to make him look like Satan incarnate, because all the NAILs have gone full ACAB at this point.
A robot who looks like he’s wearing a beanie commits vandalism and is then subjected to violence via Decepti-cop.
This is more or less the flavor for RID as a whole. You have been warned.
Prowl breaks someone’s hand just because he can. Blurr is made to arrest someone for disturbing the peace, even though he’s, like, basically the only guy on the Autobots who isn’t a cop. Bumblebee doesn’t believe in democracy.
Ratbat is the leader of the Decepticons, even though Soundwave is right friggin’ there. We establish that the military state is in full swing. Prowl commits a microaggression against a Senator. Ratbat gets pissy about his guys going out to beat people up, not because it violates his moral sensibilities, but because it benefits the Autobots.
Probably that you’re killing people by remote control, in as horrified a tone as he could manage, because that’s FUCKING EVIL. Seems pretty straightforward to me.
Prowl says to cancel the memorial for the Lost Light, because he thinks the Decepticons are up to something. Which they are.
Everyone hates the Autobots. Like, everyone.
Ironhide runs away from a murderous hedge and smashes into a wall. Prowl has a talk with a mysterious individual about his feelings during a romantic sunset.
Metalhawk releases hat guy from prison. He and Bumblebee have a little chat, during which he tries to gaslight the little guy. Bumblebee explodes Horri-Bull’s head in front of at least 30 people.
Except he actually didn’t, because the chips don’t actually work. T’was a ruse! Starscream enters the narrative. Ratbat used to be an actual person and not just a bat. Sideswipe wants to shoot someone. Bumblebee tasers a man unprovoked; guess he’s picked up a little paranoia from that time he got shot.
Starscream calls Prowl ugly, then spills the beans on Ratbat’s plan to kill Bumblebee at the memorial, solely because he thinks Ratbat is an idiot. Needlenose and Skywarp beat up a NAIL to work through their emotions.
Bumblebee shows a snuff film to hundreds of people at the memorial.
Skywarp tries to frame a NAIL for murder, but Prowl says nuts to that idea, through the power of dramatic irony.
Long Haul tells a fib. Bumblebee and Metalhawk agree to work together.
Ratbat gets turned into chunky salsa by Arcee, who will use the excuse of self-defense if questioned. Starscream pulls some fucking bullshit and third-wheels the agreement between Bumblebee and Metalhawk.
Ratbat’s death is played off as a suicide. Blurr is still a cop. Starscream is helpful. There’s a guy who looks like a frog, and I don’t care for what his eyes are doing.
Frog guy explodes, because nature is a cruel mistress.
Wheeljack has a hell of a time trying to answer the phone in the middle of an economic debate. Prowl is paranoid. Starscream handles the housing crisis. Wheeljack visits the hospital and causes a scene. Another explosion happens, killing dozens, including this guy:
You will be missed, Tiddytron.
Wheeljack realizes that the moon is trying to kill everyone, so he shoots missiles at the problem. The Aerialbots fuck off into the wilderness.
The Decepticons get some perks now that Starscream’s a government employee. Starscream destroys the military state through the power of talking over people. Prowl and his cronies investigate a murder at the trash factory.
Bombshell is arrested for thought crime, and spills the beans on the I/D chips not working. Prowl has Dirge on a chain for some reason, and it ends up causing nothing but trouble. Blurr runs every red light in the city to make a citizen’s arrest, and gets his ass kicked by a bunch of construction workers. Prowl has a complex about Spike Witwicky.
Prowl fixes the I/D chip issue and things go poorly for the construction workers. Blurr gets upset about having his ass kicked by construction workers. Prowl is very paranoid, even as he has a borderline pinup panel devoted to his weird robot bellybutton and positively ridiculous cinched waist. I begin to worry about how much I’m learning about Andrew Griffith’s tastes.
The poetry shark shows up.
Arcee reveals a little bit about herself, and I shed a tear as I shake my fist in the general direction of England, cursing Simon Furman’s name.
Metalhawk brings Sky-Byte to a literal trashcan fire to meet his buddies, and they all rag on the Autobots for a while.
Ironhide goes joyriding and finds Sky-Byte Oh Yorick-ing a Sweep’s head. Turns out they have a history. Blurr reveals his dream to own a bar. Metalhawk brings up the fact that setting up a group of folks to have their heads explode if they step out of line is some dystopian bullshit.
Sky-Byte meets up with his old buddy Swindle, and gets the skinny on the bullshit that’s being pulled on this brand-new Cybertron. Everything goes to shit very quickly. Streetwise gets set on fire. Prowl needs to stop. Ironhide commits violence against the general populace, then advocates for the removal of the I/D chips.
Blurr opens a bar, and it’s dinosaur-friendly. Prowl commits property damage on a table, because he’s tablephobic. Ironhide reveals the future.
Shockwave sends an entire race of Big Birds to their frozen demise. Orion Friggin’ Pax comes back into the narrative, in the middle of his giant fuck-off-from-responsibility space adventure. Wheelie and Garnak are here, which is cool, I guess. Jhiaxus yells a bunch, and Orion decides to go to Big Bird planet.
It’s farkin’ cold in here.
Orion and Hardhead talk about Rodimus’ tumultuous relationship with death. Shockwave is the only person in the universe who understands quantum mechanics. Monstructor wakes up from his cryo-sleep. Wheelie and Garnak are grievously wounded, and the patch job seems less than medically sound, since we’ve just put a screw into Garnak’s orbital socket to hold his eye-patch in place. Orion walks into a trap, knowingly and willingly.
Wheeljack does some espionage, even though Mirage is right friggin’ there. Turmoil swings by Cybertron to say hello- the Decepticon, not the emotional state. Drift is outed as a war criminal- well, more so than originally thought. Turmoil has a time machine.
Sky-Byte and Jazz team up for slam poetry night. Blurr tells Metalhawk a story. Wheeljack’s espionage adventure goes poorly. Turmoil gets trapped in a hamster ball. Wheeljack and Metalhawk get trapped in a hamster ball.
The Dinobots and Ironhide go on a camping trip. Starscream craves democracy. Skylynx is a glorified taxi. Slag hasn’t changed his name yet, despite half of the people working for IDW being from the UK. Swoop breaks down IDW Phase Two to its bare essentials.
Prowl sits on someone’s desk, because he doesn’t respect tables. Slag’s face is on fire all the time, and it’s sort of distracting. Swindle bothers Shockwave. Ironhide is attacked by the Dinobots.
Bumblebee sits outside and has some Night Thoughts. Cybertron wants everyone to stick together, and God help you if you don’t. Bumblebee is beginning to develop a complex. Blurr is upset with himself. Ravage and the Reflectors go on an adventure. The time machine isn’t actually a time machine. The time machine disappears.
Ironhide finds the Aerialbots, who have been combinered by the horrors of new Cybertron. Everyone yells at Bumblebee.
We get a taste of Old World Cybertronian propaganda, where everyone talks in the third person, as is tradition. Starscream gets curvier every issue. Again, I begin to worry about how much I’m learning about Andrew Griffith’s tastes.
Blurr causes an explosion in the wilderness looking for Ironhide, much to Starscream’s delight. There is a Titan under the ground, and its very existence is making reality shit the bed. Tailgate’s lies in MTMTE are so extensive, red herrings have leaked into the sister series.
Nova Prime commissioned Monstructor, and Omega Supreme hated it so much he punched it in the face.
Starscream invites a bunch of friends over to see the Titan. Brainstorm is used as a scale for end-of-the-world scenarios. Starscream is revealed to be chosen by the gods.
The Reflectors visit a planet and shit gets weird very quickly. Wheelie is about to have a goddamned stress-induced aneurysm, not that Orion particularly cares. Time nonsense is established. Wheelie-speak becomes plot-relevant. Livio Ramondelli subjects me to his nightmares’ nightmares.
Starscream gets interviewed on national television. Starscream owns a hat that makes him look like a Gundam. Omega Supreme explodes. Metalhawk flip-flops between who he’s defending like a fish on the dock. Starscream yells at Shockwave for being an instigator. Prowl and Starscream make a deal.
Arcee stabs a cat in the throat. IDW settles the debate- at least for their own continuity- and says RIRFIB. Prowl takes a fireball to the face to convince people he’s on the up-and-up. Arcee is smarter than Starscream. This asshole shows back up.
Bumblebee really, really wants to kill Megatron, but politics demand he be taken in as a POW. The fellas construct a conspiracy theory. Starscream tries to lead his peers, but it goes poorly. Not a single medical professional of Cybertronian descent actually keeps track of their patients. Maccadam’s gets several light fixtures ruined by Arcee. Wheeljack gets called a tool. Prowl shows up in his hot new body, decked out with enough weaponry to annihilate a small country and a gun that’s as big as he is.
Starscream gives Megatron a piece of his mind. The Decepticons are rioting in the streets. Prowl shows Wheeljack his toys. Arcee plays her trump card. Bumblebee tries his hand at negotiation.
Bumblebee learns a valuable lesson about leadership. Politics are hell. Megatron is released from prison. Democracy finally gets its day. Megatron enters the Black Room with his whole ass hanging out. Pretty much every Decepticon you thought was dead isn’t actually dead.
Metalhawk gets a taste of how 24/7 news has ruined everything. Prowl is revealed to be the mastermind behind all the bullshit that’s been going on the last few months, and he’s been working with Megatron. Swindle gets run over by a train. Wheeljack’s head is turned into a memory by Prowl. The crazy-making signal out in the wilderness was made by Megatron. Megatron walks in in his hot new bod, carrying his old one like his new bride. And what a pretty bride it is.
We get a literal talking heads sequence explaining just how exactly Megatron survived the events of “Chaos” and why Combiners are the bees’ knees. Prowl isn’t Prowl, but actually being controlled by Bombshell.
Dang, wonder who could have caused that, CHROMEDOME.
Prowl is released from his mind-control, and immediately plays the blame game with Bumblebee. The Constructicons and Prowl have a thing going, and show it off, much to Bumblebee’s horror.
Circuit gets given Fixit’s dialogue for some reason, and I can’t tell if this was an issue on the art side or the script side. Devastator wrecks shop. Megatron laughs at Starscream for being a loser, then crushes Bumblebee’s head like a grape. Ironhide finally shows up to the party, and he brought a veggie platter.
Jazz tries to warn the medical staff about the Combiner coming their way, but no one ever listens to Jazz. Prowl has a crisis of self. Jazz breaks up the two-man act. Megatron let Bumblebee keep his cane, proving that even heartless monsters can respect the Disabilities Act.
Ironhide and the Dinobots save the day. Superion and Devestator get into a fistfight. Prowl reaffirms his complex over Spike Witwicky. Bumblebee says some halfway transphobic shit, and I shed a tear as I shake my fist in the general direction of England, cursing Simon Furman’s name. Arcee switches sides again and stabs Bombshell in the face. Prowl takes a nap. The tides turn.
Ironhide resists Frenzy’s sonic attack through the sheer power of gumption. Skywarp says fuck this and gets out of dodge. Devastator becomes a real boy.
Bumblebee WILL kill Megatron. Arcee makes it weird. Ironhide helps Prowl figure out his life. Bumblebee never learns. Metalhawk saves his BFF, and gets his arm shot off for his troubles. Starscream uses Metalhawk’s fuck-you-level long arm to kill a man.
Swindle carries a dude twice his size to safety with one of his arms off. Needlenose gets his just desserts. Devastator rips off his head to escape his crippling self-doubt. The Constructicons are having a hell of a day.
You said it, Hook.
Wheeljack saves the day from beyond the grave, that clever man. Metalhawk is killed by politics. Hat Guy tries to fight Bumblebee, and gets mad that he doesn’t remember his name. They’ve spoken to each other maybe once.
Metalhawk is made into a playing chip by Starscream, and also a speech writer from beyond the pale. Starscream tells everyone to get naked or fuck off, then takes off his top. All the Autobots and Decepticons who don’t want to get naked fuck off into the wilderness.
The Dark Cybertron “Prelude" issues kick in.
Shockwave and Dreadwing fly through the photorealistic sky to get to where the Titan is.
Listen here you little shit-
Shockwave shoots Dreadwing to test a theory, because ethics are for nerds.
Back when Shockwave was a hot guy with feelings, Jhiaxus was dealing with the Monstructor thing, then fucked off into space. Shockwave took the opportunity to be better than his teacher in every way, as is tradition. Proteus threw a whole-ass person across the room, because classism. Shockwave revealed himself to be a budding ecoterrorist. Shockwave joined a terrorist organization to further his own goals. Orion Pax tried to appeal to Shockwave’s softer side. Megatron killed the Senate. Shockwave replaced his shitty claws with a gun. Shockwave shot Dai Atlas in the legs and can’t explain why.
Dreadwing comes back to life, thanks to the power of Shockwave’s 14th ore.
Bumblebee has the Big Sad about Starscream being King of Iacon. Arcee doesn’t know what emotional turmoil feels like. Metalhawk’s lifeless body lays in the sun for several hours. Prowl is propositioned by the Constructicons. Arcee tells Prowl’s darkest secret, and it kills Bumblebee. Swoop is having a great time.
Arcee knows about Bumblebee being Hasbro’s golden boy. Prowl uses his manners, but only when no one can hear him. Arcee and the Constructicons get into a fight, with more flaming swords getting involved than you might expect. Slag offers to buy Arcee a drink.
Bumblebee gets a hot new body. Arcee gives herself a stick-and-poke tattoo. In a few hours, the sun will rise.
Pal, you are way ahead of schedule.
Shockwave makes a dramatic entrance.
Waspinator tells a story about the time he killed a servant of God and met death. Orion and pals visit Gorlam Prime. The Dead Universe comes into the narrative again. Wheelie has his arm blown off to keep from getting disintegrated, but he shrugs it off, because life is always awful for Wheelie.
Waspinator gets chased through the desert by Monstructor. Orion Pax acts like a dumbass. A Titan is revealed. Monstructor rides on the time-travel ship like it’s a horsey. Waspinator controls a Titan and makes it teleport. Orion plays fourth-dimensional chess, and reveals that his personal ship is named after his best friend.
Starscream talks to a corpse. Blurr tells Starscream to fuck off. A very good boy enters the narrative. The paparazzi ruin Starscream’s attempt to get underlings to do what he wants. A literal rat enters the narrative.
Starscream talks to Megatron, and I genuinely don’t have the words to explain what exactly is going on with that guy. Starscream takes a gander into the very good boy’s toolbox. The very good boy lays it on thick. Starscream destroys a man’s reputation.
Starscream breaks into Rattrap’s apartment. Rattrap becomes a government employee. Starscream talks to Wheeljack, who isn’t dead.
Soundwave has a flashback to when the Decepticons surrendered after the Chaos event, confirming that Ratbat was universally hated. Soundwave has robo-synesthesia. Shockwave is the perfect Cybertronian- Soudwave hates him for it.
Shockwave calls his teacher. Ravage judges Soundwave. The Decepticons reminisce on the time they resorted to cannibalism. Soundwave thinks mourning is for dumb babies and tells everyone to shut up because he’s big man on campus now.
Nobody deserves it more than you, babe.
The infighting begins, because no Decepticon has the ability to be halfway decent to each other, and they won’t learn that skill for a good while. Needlenose throws Blitzwing across a field and admits to having feelings. Soundwave is abandoned by the Decepticon forces.
Soundwave talks to himself in the Crystal City, then gets his ass kicked by Dreadwing.
In the past, Shockwave calls Bombshell a loser and outdoes him.
Soundwave kills Dreadwing. Shockwave hides in the shadows like a weirdo. Soundwave is done trusting Shockwave. Soundwave grabs Shockwave by the boob and yells at him. Soundwave is a hopeful guy.
In the past, Soundwave stole Ratbat’s brain and put it in a cassette, proving that space-Communism only works on paper.
Soundwave punches Shockwave in the head. Shockwave assumes Soundwave is alone, despite knowing he can contain many small men inside him.
Shockwave explodes a cat. Soundwave fires missiles at Shockwave and hits him in the tit. Shockwave would fuck Microsoft Excel if he could. Frenzy is just happy to be here- no, I didn’t mix them up, the colorist did.
Ravage is a grown-ass man. Soundwave’s synesthesia used to be a lot worse.
Shockwave sends Soundwave and pals home. The Titan and Waspinator show up.
Soundwave has a face. Ravage and all the other cassettes are emotional support animals, who are also fully sapient.
Shockwave’s gonna fuck everything up.
And THAT, dear children, is the entirety of Robots in Disguise, up to issue #22. We’re all caught up and ready.

My thoughts on Transformers War for Cybertron: Siege
Some of the voices took a little bit getting used to, especially Optimus, Shockwave, and Megatron.
I was surprised how ballsy they were to kill off Ultra Magnus, Moonracer, and Skywarp.
The story felt kinda rushed. It could’ve used at least eight episodes.
Apparently Alpha Trion was the Prime before Optimus, so Sentinel Prime apparently doesn’t exist.
Would’ve liked to have seen other Autobots like Jazz, Sunstreaker, Blaster, Trailblazer, Springer, Kup, the Aerialbots, and maybe a mention of the Dinobots as well as other Decepticons like the Insecticons, Blitzwing, and the Constructicons.
Astrotrain has a blink-and-you’ll-miss-it cameo.
The voice actors for Starscream and Wheeljack are spot-on from G1.
Jetfire straight up gave me BW Dinobot vibes and his character arc from Seeker leader having to deal with Starscream being Starscream to a reluctant helper for the Autobots was handled well.
Speaking of character arcs, subplot involving Ratchet and Impactor was handled well.
Apparently Dark Energon is on Cybertron and it gives rise to undead Cybertronians called Sparkless.
Ravage and Laserbeak are criminally underused.
Soundblaster is a failed clone project of Soundwave just like in the Dreamwave comics.
There are a LOT of palette swaps in this show, I cannot even BEGIN to describe how many times I saw repainted Cog models as well as Reflectors.
Apparently Omega Supreme was the only Guardian to actually take Optimus’ words to Spark.
When an Autobot or Decepticon dies in this show… they die in the most brutal fashion imaginable.
The backgrounds felt very TFP while the character designs were straight-up G1.
The voices for Prowl, Ironhide, and Hound DID NOT FIT AT ALL.
Arcee, Moonracer, and Chromia barely got any screentime compared to Elita-1.

alright I need this show to clarify nice and simple, are autobots and decepticons two separate cybertronian races or one race that just has two factions of the war bc the guardians called them factions but Starscream and Megatron keep talking about the decepticon race and it really really matters a lot what they mean by that
Mirage: make the space bridge work

I love how exactly one guy cheers after Starscream’s speech
I do like how expressive Optimus is even with the mask, like his eyes are really well animated
the fuck is this Tron-ass brainscape
wait so does that mean Magnus knew where to find the allspark too? he knew it was real?
Jetfire redemption aaarrrrrrrcccccccc

TFMR Worldbuild - General Height Scale
((This might not fit into the character height chart I drew earlier, but the point is that there is a height scale))
Big 'formers are big. Small 'formers are small. Things would have been easier if everyone shared similar height regardless of what they transform into, but mass displacement can only get so far. This result in TFMR Cybertronians having many different sizes, its difference being rather extreme compared to humans.
Due to obvious difference in vehicle size, Grounders and Fliers use different scale. Flightframe scale 1 roughly equals to groundframe scale 2~3.
Satelites and triple changers are measured using Flightframe scale.
Groundframe Height Scale
Scale 1: Minis. More specifically, all groundframe who is on scale 1 is called Minis. This scale exclusively exists for Minikind. More about them will be posted later.
Characters: Bumblebee, Cliffjumper, Brawn
Scale 2: Speedsters, usually F1 or two-seated sports cars. Sometimes there are non-speedster cars who aren't as tall as their peers.
Characters: Knock Out, Mirage, Blurr, Drag Stip
Scale 3: Average 4-wheelers. They could be a Sedan, or a Sports car, or (on rare occasion) a micro truck.
Characters: Jazz, Prowl, Bluestreak, Sunstreaker, Sideswipe, Wheeljack, Toaster etc etc
Scale 4: Vans, Jeeps, and Ambulances, and pickup trucks. There could also be armored vehicles mixed in there. Probably the smallest a warframe can get.
Characters: Ratchet, Ironhide, Swindle, Breakdown, Blaster
Scale 5: Trucks, and construction vehicles. Sometimes mini tanks (about the size of Earth tanks), and heavy armored vehicles.
Characters: Optimus Prime, Sentinel Prime, Constructicon
Scale 6: Consists mostly of warframes, such as heavy armored assault vehicles (or "Tanks", but is generally much bigger and way more menacing than Earth ones). However, there also could be giant civilian rigs.
Characters: Arcee(atypical for her vehicle mode, borderlines on scale 5), Tarn, Impactor
Scale 6+: Literally anyone who is taller than 6. Almost always warframes or 5-bot combiners, unless you are a semi who is a recently appointed Matrix carrier.
Characters: Optimus Prime (post-revival), Megatron (if he was a groundframe) Overlord, Fortress Maximus, Metroplex
Flightframe Height Scale
Scale 1: This is the smallest a Flightframe can get. Not exactly a mini, since even the smallest of them are slightly bigger than average scale 2 grounders. Small ones are usually unmanned drones, often mistaken as remote controlled toy by humans. Sometimes there are itty bitty helicopterkins.
Characters: Soundwave, Fireflight, Jetfire, Jetstorm, Overseer(oc)
Scale 2: Usually Seekers, more specifically Scout Seekers. There are also biplanes who are specialized in aerial stunts, called Aerobats.
Characters: Starscream, Skywarp, Thundercracker, Dirge, Ramjet, Thrust, Sunstorm, Acid storm, Slipstream etc etc whatever u get the idea
Scale 3: Battle Seekers, or small cargo planes. Also, most Triple changers fall into this category.
Characters: Dreadwing, Skyquake, Silverbolt, Pharma, Springer, Misfire, Blades(atypical), Safeguard
Scale 4: Helicopters, or cargo planes who forgot to drink their milk during childhood.
Characters: Whirl, Alpha Bravo, Spinister
Scale 5: Cargo planes who operates within atmosphere. If they were on Earth, most of them would take the form of passenger airplanes. Most of scale 5 'formers are civilian class, but sometimes there are Apache helicopters.
Characters: Blitzwing (borderlines on scale 6), Lugnut, Sixshot
Scale 6: Spacefaring vehicles. Usually shuttles or cargo planes.
Characters: Skyfire, Astrotrain, Megatron(if he was a flightframe)
Scale 6+: Literally anyone who is taller than scale 6. At this point, this bot is likely to be treated as a weapon or transport rather than a bot.
Characters: Omega Supreme, Trypticon

Transformers: War For Cybertron: Siege
Titan class
Omega Supreme
Omega Supreme was the last of my massive spending spree in September of 2019. Between the Siege Skywarp, Legends Jetfire, and the Rain Makers I got Omega Supreme around that very same week. This was an expensive two weeks for me.
Omega arrived in the mail about a good week before my dad died. Working on the past few reviews have kind brought some of it back for me; putting my head back in that timeline and all that, so that’s one reason why it’s taken me so long to get this one out.
I should also mention that this review will be very picture intensive; I probably will have more pictures than I will have things to say about the toy.
The Box:
For those of you who frequently check out this blog you’d know that I don’t normally gush about the box; I have a tendency to just focus on the toy itself.
That being said; OMG I love the box art!!!!
This box art demonstrates the power, grand, and sheer enormous size of this Guardian Robot.
Ever since I was a kid I loved the tech spec character art which was on the transformers toys, and the Siege line has done an excellent job with the the box art. It’s a shame these guys don’t come with any tech specs, or collector’s card much like Combiner Wars, Titans Return, and Power of the Primes did.
Hasbro, make a collector’s card! You were doing great for three toy lines, you should have kept that up!
Much like my Titan class Devastator and Fortress Maximus I’m keeping the box for Omega Supreme (I have titan classes Trypticon and Predakng, but I’ve never even opened them up yet…I will…one day).
Countdown-
Countdown is a Micromaster going all the way to G1. I never had the original toy, but I think he had a rocket base of his own and it turned into a gun platform, or something. I like this guy being partnered with Omega Supreme now is pretty appropriate in my opinion.
Vehicle Mode:
Countdown’s vehicle mode is a moon rover. This is a mostly unpainted toy, and his primary colors are red and light tan plastic.
It’s got some good sculpted details, and has a cool radar dish. If you look hard enough you can see two, teeny, tiny seats; however considering Countdown’s a Micomaster they would be smaller than any human could sit in, but it’s all a nice touch.
It rolls well on four black wheels.
There is a 5mm peg underneith the rover which folds down, and can peg onto any 5mm port, similar to an old Transformers Armada Minicon, but in reverse; the Minicon wold have the 5mm and the larger robot would have the 5mm peg.
Transformation:
Transformation is…well it’s a MicroMaster this isn’t rocket science…or in this case…rover science…but it’s easy.
Robot Mode:
For what he is the robot mode is pretty cool.
He stands well, like any decent toy should, and I love how the radar dish tucks nicely into his back.
For such a tiny guy we see much of the same sculpted detail, however we also see more of the light tan which is his body, and that face sculpt is amazing!
This is a small toy, but that face has some good detail, a nice silver paint, and bright blue eyes, and i swear his mouth has a cocky smirk.
I don’t know the character enough to know if this is appropriate of him, but i do like it.
Well done, Hasbro. Now keep it up.
Articulation is…limited; it is a Micromaster after all.
Ball-jointed shoulders and hips, and a bend at the knee.
Let’s move on to why you’re all here.
Omega Supreme-
Since Omega Supreme splits into three separate things I’ll be talking about each one separately, starting with the rocket mode.
Rocket Mode:
Starting with the rocket we see here…a rocket. Well, it’s gray, long and cylindrical, and an excellent symbol for robo-male virility, maybe…
I’m joking, but this rocket is pretty big, bigger than I think maybe it should be.
The rocket is most made out of unpainted gray plastic, with some red plastic for parts of the bulkhead, silver paint at the very top. The only paint aps that I can see are some burn marks near some of the 5mm ports. You don’t even get an Autobot badge on the rocket, that’s a little disappointing…
Down by the primary thruster are clear orange plastic bits for the…rocket…claw…
Well, Omega Supreme’s a rocket, but he’s not an Earth rocket; the claw parts could be anything….Landing struts! They’re landing struts!!!!
The rocket stands well on the orange struts, and each strut has 3 points of articulation for height differences, or balance, or whatever, really.
What the rocket lacks in paint deco it makes up for in sculpted detail. I’m going to be saying this a lot through the review, but you see so much panel detailing, pipes, gribbly…(I don’t know what a gribbly is, but it’s fun to say), on this toy you will rarely see a smooth surface.
The rocket has nine 11mm ports for guns or blast effects.
I’m not going to lie, this rocket was a real pain to display on a flight stand. Due to the fact that it’s a narrow plastic tube I really didn’t have anything which could properly support it for very long, so I did my best, and I do not recommend using this set up for the rocket mode.
Aside from the 5mm ports are on the rocket I didn’t see anything that would even come close to a display port, unless someone makes stand with 5mm ports in mind, I don’t know of any.
Speaking of 5 mm ports, four out of the eleven by the landing struts and the main thruster, the nose cone of the rocket, and six around the rocket itself. And as any 5mm port they can be used for either the blast effects or weapons if you’re so inclined.
Tank Mode:
The tank is a really beefy, chonky boi! (Am I memeing correctly?)
The tank alone is as large as a modern day leader class figure. Big…but light weight…It’s a mostly hollow vehicle mode.
The paint deco is minimal, a lot of the devil is in the sculpting, and what a sculpt this bruiser is!
This tank is covered in great sculpting detail; you see all sorts of gribblys and other things. The tank is mostly unpainted gray plastic. The red at the hatch is painted while the tank barrel is red plastic. The tank treads are painted, and the secondary and tertiary guns are painted in a gun metal gray. There’s some yellow paint up at the main gun turret, and lastly there’s a lovely tampograph Autobot symbol on the clear orange window near the front.
The only 5mm ports on the tank are the three forward facing guns, but they look fantastic with the blast effects!
Unfortunately the tank turret doesn’t swivel at all, because of the robot head directly behind it that main gun is pretty much just going to…FACE forward….that was a lousy pun, I apologize…
The tank treads don’t actually work, however turning the tank over we see these barbell-like uni-wheels (I’m not exactly sure what to call them obviously), but these are bit shorter than the base track, and they roll well enough for what they are.
If you open up the front of the tank (which can be a bit annoying) reveals a space for Countdown to park in a specific groove. Now there is also a ramp which Countdown can roll down.
My one issue with the opening hatch is that the plastic is a bit thinner, and it tabs into place; un-tabbing the hatch frightens me sometimes because I’m worried that I’m going to break it. So, just be careful when opening it up.
Base Mode:
I’ll be very honest here, the base itself is probably the least interesting thing about Omega Supreme, however essential with the overall figure.
Without the rocket or the tank nearby the base is quite the empty structure. It’s basically a large track held up on some (possibly flimsy) scaffolding with a hollow tower in the center.
Yes, you still see all the nice gribblys and the details all about the base mode, but it’s still quite an uninteresting environment.
Both tracks are tabbed into the main base/command tower by these new Siege clips, and are supported by these thin, gray plastic scaffolding. I am concerned about breakage. They do feel solid enough, however I can’t shake the feeling that they’re going to break one day at the hinges.
Maybe I’m just reminded of breaking my toys as a child when I was too rough with them, but I cannot get the concern out of my mind.
There is a tiny ramp located behind the inner walls for the base mode meant for the MicroMasters to drive up. It’s a pretty steep ramp, and it has these new connectors which is meant to attach the Earthrise MicroMaster bases…I mean the upcoming ones, of course…
The tank (at least the original G1 toy) is supposed to ride along on the bases track on an endless loop, but for Siege Omega the tank is much wider than the track, so the treads are just hanging over them. I mean, you still could do it but personally I don’t think it looks very good, so maybe the track should be reserved for the Autobots to drive around on, or defend the perimeter while the larger tank has free range to go wherever.
Once we get the rocket and tank in place and place some Legends class figures around it, Omega Supreme’s base mode is a more impressive sight.
Mind you, he’s not a fortress like…well, Fortress Maximus, he’s a rocket base.
At the top part of the rocket are two opening hatches which allow a Micromaster (or even a Legends Class figure) inside to pilot. It’s all unpainted, sculpted detail, but you see a little computer screen, and dials and stuff. Some paint applications would have been nice through.
Transformation:
Where the original G1 Omega Supreme is a parts-former, which requires a great deal of assembly to build the complete figure, Siege Omega has a simpler conversion process, and once you transform the rocket into both of the arms, the tank into the chest and head, the base to the legs and torso, and the finally the tracks fold up to the wings.
Once that’s all done its quick to assemble.
Blast Effects:
Omega Supreme comes with 7 blast effects. Maybe you’ve noticed this, and maybe you haven’t but for the past several toy reviews I’ve been using Omega’s blast effects for my Seekers and Rain Makers, Galaxy Optimus prime, I’ve been heavily using this.
That’s because I really love these blast effects and I couldn’t wait for me to eventually get around to my Omega review to put them to to good use.
One thing I would like to see Hasbro or Takara to sell blast effects separately to for more figures to use.
Robot Mode:
This Guardian Robot is stomping onto the scene! This is quite a bulky and solid toy.
Much like the rocket, or the tank, or the base mode the completed robot mode doesn’t have a lot of painted detail; it’s all in the sculpting and the unpainted, colored plastics. Which I’m not complaining; Omega Supreme is not a character you really need to over think.
He’s covered in details and gribblys he has a total of 19 5mm ports! That is a lot, but then again Omega is so big, and many of the weapons are so small, it probably wouldn’t look all that impressive anyway.
Sort of opposite of 2003′s Transformers Armada line Countdown has a 5mm peg of his own, and can be inserted into any 5mm port. I like to keep him on Omega’s shoulder.
For such a large figure Omega is really easy to pose, and has a good range of motion. He balances well, and strangely enough he doesn’t feel too heavy either.
Even with his size you can get Omega in some pretty decent poses.
His range of motion includes:
Up/down hinge at the head, left/right swivel at the neck
Swivel at the shoulder, up/down at the armpit
Bend at the elbow, and swivel at the elbow (no further articulation at the gun arm).
For the right arm we get a swivel at the base of the claw hand, each claw has three ratcheted hinges.
Waist swivel, and universal joints at the hips.
Thigh swivel, and a bend at the knee.
Finally Omega Supreme has an ankle pivot.
Over all for a toy of this size the articulation isn’t more or less than your average Siege figure, it’s just done to a larger scale,
Omega’s claw hand is great! As mentioned above it has some great articulation, however I am a little concerned about translucent plastic of the claws. My understanding is that translucent plastic tends to be more brittle than opaque plastic, and is more prone to crack over time. We shall see.
I’m really digging Omega’s head sculpt. This is very accurate to the G1 cartoon series. Omega Supreme is basically wearing a space helmet with a clear yellow canopy, and a gun turret pony tail.
And the sculpted chest detail behind the clear yellow plating is so cool!
The yellow shoulder pecks can open up to reveal a series of missile pods. None of these are spring loaded missiles, they’re just part of the sculpt with red paint.
Another interesting thing about Omega is that his shin guards open up to reveal….well nothing too interesting, but it’s a little closet to carry a Micromaster around. But the sculpting on the inside of the door is pretty nice.
Final Thoughts:
When all is said and done I love Omega Supreme. He’s always been one of my favorite Transformers.
I would like a see just a little more paint detail, not a lot mind you, just a little more. I would have liked to see the computer consoles in the rocket painted, or maybe some pipes and wires, this figure was over $169.99 after all.
The hatch on the tank feels like a thinner plastic than the rest of the toy, and I’d be careful with the track scaffolding.
If you can keep all of that in mind, this titan class toy is titanic fun!
Recommended.
As much as I like the Combiner Wars Devastator figure there is a noticeable difference in quality between them.
Devastator is functional, but when compared to Omega he’s lacking.
I attempted to recreate the fanart battle by Transformers fan artist Dan Khanna. Don’t think I captured the moment too well, but I tried.

Which Work Am I A Bigger Fan Of? I Cannot Choose!
I have two works that I really like, and they are Transformers and Sonic The Hedgehog. Both enhanced my creativity, and I grew up with Transformers (the live-action films, anyway; but I got into G1 when I got into the 1980′s); they have extraterrestrials that are allies or enemies with humans (and they have anti-heroes as well (I’m looking at you, Armada Starscream and Shadow The Hedgehog)); and they have English and Japanese versions of their own media (the original Unicron Trilogy and Sonic X are all anime series in which the Japanese versions with English subtitles are better than the English dubs). I have been fans of both works for a couple years (I saw Transformers first, and then Sonic The Hedgehog).
However, I am debating whether I like one more than the other; I believe I am, but I am going to differentiate between these two works to see for myself. Here it goes; I am going to start with Transformers, first.
The first Transformers work I saw was the first live-action film directed by Michael Bay. It looked very realistic, and the graphics were nice. I saw two more live-action films, and they were okay, but the third film went downhill, especially since they killed off some of my favorite characters from there (especially Ironhide; I really liked that black truck, and Sentinel killed him). I don’t remember when I saw the 1986 film, but it is one of these factors that got me into the 1980′s (among The Transformers, in which that animated film was based on). I started to prefer G1 over Bayformers since their styles looked fantastic, and it is also how I got a little into Mecha anime (Golion/Dairugger/Voltron got me even more into Japanese anime).
I then looked to see if there are any other Mecha shows I would watch, and I remembered fans talking about Transformers Armada, and I searched via Anime News Network; when I saw that Ironhide was in there, as well as Starscream, I got the urge to watch it. I saw all 52 episodes of the show (called Micron Legend) with English subtitles, and I was hooked into it. Micron Legend became even more of my favorite Transformers work than even G1 because of many G1 callbacks, certain soundtracks that sounded 1980′s, and many complex characters from both sides. I then saw another show, in which it is called Energon (actually, it was Superlink), and I got as much hooked as I did with the other show, despite some flaws such as not giving certain characters enough screen time. I was upset when the characters from Micron Legend got killed off (especially Ironhide/Demolishor), but was amazed at some new characters, especially those that were based off of their G1 counterparts, such as Inferno, Lazerwave (homage to G1 Shockwave), Wheeljack, Springer, and Omega Supreme. I saw Galaxy Force (original version of Cybertron) once, and lost interest, despite some interesting characters such as Soundwave and Chromia (Thunderblast). Similarly, Headmasters made me lose interest, since some of the characters were really bland, and they were lacking some character development in some of the Transformers (and even humans).
Since the first Bayformers film was the one I liked a lot, I didn’t want to watch anymore live-action films until 2018, in which the Bumblebee film debuted. I was skeptical at first, until I got the chance to saw it; it was fantastic; the film was set in 1987, and it had many themes and styles of the 1980′s, and it stayed true to the G1 continuity (besides Micron Legend, Superlink, and Galaxy Force). And the villains were phenomenal, especially Shatter (ROTF Alice didn’t give me enough excitement for a believably evil Decepticon who is female (or at least feminine), she was too bland, in my opinion). And don’t forget the music, especially when Stan Bush’s song appeared in one scene where Bumblebee was encouraging his human friend, Charlie Watson, to dive off a cliff (which is safe, and has water).
Now let’s go with Sonic The Hedgehog. I have noticed some people playing the games, and I never got the hold of it until I noticed that there was an anime show based on the games (especially the Adventure series), and I decided to give it a watch. The anime was Sonic X, and it was in Japanese with English subtitles. I was blown away because of Sonic’s tendency to break the fourth wall and throw in English here and there, the graphics which looked similar to Micron Legend in many angles, one original character with his many racing supercars (Sam Speed), contains Mecha (usually by Dr. Eggman), the soundtrack, and, of course, Shadow The Hedgehog (the first time I understood that character was in this show). Also, the anime had many callbacks from the previous games (1991-2003; 2003 was when Sonic X was first broadcasted); and the Metarex saga gave me a feel from the part where Unicron debuted in Micron Legend.
One of my cousins have many different Sonic games, since he is a huge fan of them. He had spin-off games as well; one of them was Shadow’s own game. The first time I took interest was when I heard some fans talk about him using guns; at first, I thought it was a joke, until I saw for myself. Many die-hard Sonic fans don’t like the 2005 game, but I certainly liked it, especially after I saw Sonic X; it was dark and edgy, yes, but it also gave the main character more depth and characterization, he can use firearms if he chooses to, and drives vehicles such as motorcycles and cars; I even have the option to play it in English or Japanese (of course with English subtitles for both).
I also did some reviews for three Sonic TV shows during the 1990′s. Adventures Of Sonic The Hedgehog came to mind, especially this one episode, Zoobotnik, in which it featured a villainess, Katella The Huntress, who is the most underrated Sonic character of all time. I found her costume appealing (including the circlet she wears on her forehead), and I found it amusing to see her with Dr. Robotnik/Eggman (I believe this is the only time I will ship Eggman with anyone else; besides Sera/Sara from the OVA, of course). The English shows were not as appealing, but at least I got some insight after watching a few episodes.
I think I like both works because they are related in many ways, even though the Transformers originated in the 1980′s, and Sonic The Hedgehog originated in the 1990′s, among many other differences. I really like extraterrestrial characters, but I also like Mecha robots (especially sentient robots). Maybe I like Transformers even more than Sonic The Hedgehog.
Another thing these two have in common is their voice actors, who appeared in both works; seiyuu are more prominent. Here is a list of English voice actors first, and then I will go with the Japanese voices:

Like I said, Sonic and Transformers have a lot in common, but they are unique in their own ways. Maybe I like Transformers the most because it was from the 1980′s (which, by the way, is my favorite decade). I wasn’t too much of a 1990′s fan, but I did like Sonic, which originated in the 1990′s. So, I suppose Transformers is the winner, and Sonic The Hedgehog is in second place.
Well, that is all I will be saying for now. I will be posting more soon, but I have other things to do, as well. Stay tuned for more posts.

My idea for a Transformers Series
So I’ve been running this idea in my head off and on for a number of years, changing it up here and there based upon whatever toys I had at the time. It’s gone by a number of different names, but these days, I like to call it Transformers: ‘Till All Are One, because the title fits, and stealing from the comics’ titles seems to be a thing these days.
Though there’d be a lot of guest stars, it would primary focus on two groups. The Autobots (Orion Pax, Kup, Perceptor, Springer, Blaster, Arcee, Blurr, and Hot Rod) and the Destrons (Megatron, Cyclonus, Soundwave, Blitzwing, Scourge, Crasher, Skywarp, and Slipstream).
Millions of years ago, the planet Cybertron was a war-torn world, until one brave Autobot discovered the lost Matrix of Prima, the first Prime, and formed the Council of 13. This ushered in an era of peace. Cybertronians colonized many worlds throughout the universe, and their peacekeeping and exploration arm, the Autobots, were renowned throughout for their heroism. This is a universe where, if you’re being invaded, plagued by natural disasters, or even need a diplomat, you call in the Cybertronians. You’re happy when they show up.
The greatest of these were brothers-in-arms, Orion Pax and Megatron.
On a mission to protect an alien world from deadly invaders, Orion and Megatron lead their teams into battle, alongside other Autobots. During this conflict, Megatron is blasted into a chasm, seemingly lost. Orion and the others press on, but are stymied against the invaders. Fortunately, Megatron did not die, and makes his reappearance saving the others. The day is saved. But something about Megatron seems different… he’s colder, harder, more brutal. Orion writes it off as a temporary side effect of his near death experience.
Later, Pax and Megatron’s teams are acting as security for a peace conference for another pair of alien species. But just because the peace agreement can be signed, Megatron kills both rulers, declaring that both were weak and unfit. His team stands with him and battles Pax’s’s team, until they make their escape.
This would cover the first half of the series, with Pax’s pursuing Megatron’s, and both sides gaining new allies from other Autobot teams. One major conflict would see Pax alone, fighting Megatron’s specialized troops, the Combatrons and their combined form, before eventually being rescued by the Technobots. Other highlights would include Science Station Alpha (home to numerous scienecy Autobots like Jetfire and Wheeljack), the Wreckers (led by Ultra Magnus), and the Mayhems (led by Bludgeon).
Another mission would see Pax’s team, having lost Megatron’s trail, responding to another distress call from an Autobot team, the Dynobots. On that planet, they would discover monstrous robotic creatures hunting them, and the remains of the Dynobots’ ship. They would eventually discover those creatures ARE the Dynobots, now the Dinobots, reformatted to survive this hostile world and its hostile creatures.
Eventually, Pax and his side would capture Megatron and his followers, and bring Megatron to trial before the Council of Thirteen. Led by Sentinel Prime, with the rest made up of Star Saber, Victory Leo, Metalhawk, Fortress, the Minicon Sparkplug, Dail Atlas, Shockwave, Scorponok, Ratbat, Thunderwing, and the paired generals, Obsidian and Strika. Megatron would make an impassioned speech about the rightful peace of tyranny over the lesser species… and the Council would break over it, with Shockwave, Scorponok, Ratbat, Thunderwing, Obsidian, and Strika siding with him. Full conflict would escalate, and Sentinel Prime would be killed. Soon, it would seem as though the whole Cybertronian race has erupted in Civil War.
Alpha Trion, however, would reveal what has happened to Megatron, by first telling the origin of their race. In the beginning, the Light Gods warred with the Dark God Unicron, until only one remained. The Light God Primus destroyed Unicron, scattering his essence to the cosmic winds. His energy mostly depleted, Primus transformed himself into a world, Cybertron. From that, he breathed life into 13 beings…
Prima, keeper of the Matrix, and the first Prime.
Liege Maximo, the Warrior
Megatronus, the Gladiator
Artemis, the Hunter
Vector, Master of Time
Micronus, the Explorer and first minicon
Onyx, the first beast
Nexus, the first combiner
Amalgus, the first multi-changer
Solus, the Maker
Loci, father of the Titans
Inquirius, the Seer
…and Apha Trion himself.
It was these 13 who began Cybertronian civilization. Primus had charged them with creating a new race to guard the universe in his place, and to that end, Solus crafted Vector Sigma, to which they each contributed a portion of their sparks, so that Cybertronians descended from each of them would be born.
But even in destroying Unicron, some small part of his dark energies remained with Primus, and he passed these dark energies to Liege Maximo and Megatronus. It corrupted them, turned them against the others. They killed Solus and set the civilization of Cybertron to war. One by one, the Thirteen died or left Cybertron, until only Alpha Trion remained. Worse, the dark energies of Unicron had spread throughout the universe when he was destroyed, leaving little hidden pockets of corruption throughout it. To most beings, they were harmless. But to the 2/13th’s of the Cybertronian population descended from Liege Maximo and Megatronus… they were instantly corrupting, bringing out the very worst in them. And worse, acting like a virus, spreading one from host to any other receptive beings. Beings like Megatron and his followers. On that alien world, Megatron had plunged into a wellspring of this energy, and come out with his worst impulses and desires brought to the surface.
And now, Alpha Trion declares, the Cybertronian race will need a new leader. He bestows the Matrix upon Orion Pax… transforming him into Optimus Prime.
From here, the conflict only escalates, taking teams of Autobots and Destrons to the far corners of the galaxy, awakening the lost Titans Omega Supreme and Trypticon, encountering the sinister Quintessons and rescuing the wildboy Cybertronian Wheelie, finding the lost Autobot Colony of Junkion, the hidden school of Cyberninjas and the warriors Drift and Nightbird…
Until the conflict finally reaches the planet that was directly below when Primus destroyed Unicron, the place that holds the bulk of his essence. A massive battle wages, with Optimus Prime taking on Megatron personally. Losing, he desperately reaches out to his brother in arms, his friend.
For a moment, Megatron is himself again. But it matters little. Bringing so many Cybertronians who hold a part of him to this world has awakened Unicron. He drains the dark energy from the Destrons, freeing them, and transforming the world to his familiar form. The Cybertronians flee into space…
But Megatron and Prime are trapped within. They battle to the core of Unicron, brothers in arms once more. There, they realize that they could destroy Unicron, but it would cost them their lives. Prime could open the Matrix, while Megatron holds off Unicron’s defenses…
Instead, Megatron rips the Matrix from Prime, and hurls him from Unicron. Megatron knows that, however corrupted he was by Unicron, the impulses were still his, the plans for tyranny still his, his weapons that slaughtered many. There can be no forgiveness for him. He begs the universe, begs Primus, to let him have enough good left in him for this. He opens the Matrix… And sacrifices himself to destroy the Dark God…
The universe is saved, but the reputation of the Cybertronians may have been irreparably damaged, the Matrix is seemingly gone, and Orion Pax has lost his brother…
