We got the car taken care of and now we need grocery money.
Hey everyone, y'all may remember a couple weeks back when my family had to raise emergency funds to get our car fixed. Well, the car is doing great now, but all the money folks very generously sent us had to go toward bills, and there's not a lot of food left in the cabinets.

157 cal berry smoothie recipe 🫐
80g of frozen blueberries - 36 cal
80g of frozen raspberries - 32 cal
one handful of spinach - 0 cal (you don’t have to add this but you don’t taste the spinach and it will give you a lot of good nutrients and help with digestion i also don’t count the calories because i basically burned them off making this smoothie)
100ml of orange juice - 62 cal (i use the lowest calorie one i can find, i used “smooth tropicana” one here)
200ml of unsweetened almond milk - 26 cal (again i find the lowest calorie one i can find)
this recipe makes a glass and a half (not pictured the half i drank out the blender before i took this picture 😭)
