I have officially completed the weight loss ⛰️ mountain! I am weighing in at 311.8, which is the lowest weight I have been since 2016. It’s honestly hard to believe… I thought I’d have my own episode on #my600lblife on @tlc before I’d ever be under 300lbs… but I’m only 12lbs away! I loved myself and had confidence when I was bigger, and I love my body as it changes; but if you’ve known me, my whole life I’ve been big. ok so this is a diet plan for the girlies who can't starve or skip because their parents will notice. I use this on weekends or when I'm not at school where I can skip meals.
It's pretty low cal but keeps me full
Breakfast: Cornflakes or 1 wheetabix + milk
I use a smaller bowl so I eat less and I also use soya milk which is less calories. Usually its about 200 cals. You could also skip breakfast if you just sleep through it.
Lunch: Toast
I tend to have 1 piece with some butter on it. This is usually about 120 cal. Also a tip after its toasted you can kind of split the toast down the middle to make 2 thin pieces of bread which also makes me feel like I've eaten more.
Dinner: Pasta with sauce
I dont decide what I have for dinner because my parents cook every night so I just use a smaller plate. I have Pasta the most out of anything though so I normally just skip the cheese and put a smaller amount of sauce and just mix it well to make it feel like there's more.
Desert: Tea + Biscuits
I use those lotus ones and 2 of those is only 72 cal. I also don't put a lot of milk in my tea so the desert is about 90 cal.
An alternative is also a low cal snack bar.
Snacks: crisps
I didn't know how low cal crisps are until like last week. I like space raiders and there's only like 65 cals in a packet so they make a great snack.
Fruit is also great and a portion of fruit can be 60 cals or less.
Using this diet I probably eat about 1100-1200 calories a day and it keeps me full.

They told me that running will burn all my #muscle. Whatever, I didn’t listen😂 ⁣ ⁣ #throwback to when I was on my Matthew Mcconaughey😂⁣ ⁣ Let me share with you all how I managed to train for two half marathons back to back weekends without losing any of my lean muscle mass. It's all about finding the right balance of calorie intake and exercise.⁣ ⁣ First, I made sure to consume enough calories to maintain a calorie surplus while training. This helped me build and maintain my muscle mass. Then, after the races, I switched to a calorie deficit to lose the extra fat I had gained during training.⁣ ⁣ Same concept that I teach me clients today. ⁣ ⁣ Yeah, it was tough, but it was worth it! Not only did I complete both half marathons, but I also managed to stay in great shape. BURN THE CALORIES Last week I posted that knowing your calorie intake is more important than knowing how many calories you burn. Has it ever happened to you that you have been burning thousands of calories per day and struggling to lose any weight? It feels very frustrating when you spend hours in the gym, do your ten thousands steps, your watch shows you the insane amount of the calories which you burnt, and yet you’re not able to lose weight, right? So what’s the problem then? Research from Stanford University and the Swedish School of Sport and Health Sciences made in 2017 found that if you’re measuring calorie burn using a fitness tracker — such as the Apple Watch or Fitbit Surge — the calorie feedback may be way off. Though six of the seven devices tested produced accurate heart rate readings (within 5 percent), even the most accurate tracker was off by an average of 27 percent when it came to measuring energy expenditure. The worst was off by 93 percent! Just think about it: the percentage of inaccuracy varies from 27% to 93%! That’s insane. That’s why I suggest my clients not to pay too much attention to the amount of the calories they’re supposedly burning, because the data is quite inaccurate. On top of that it gives you false impression that you can eat the same amount of food or more because you burnt so much! If you want to lose weight you should focus only on the calories that you consume and use fitness trackers to monitor heart rate, amount of steps, quality of sleep, recovery rate, etc. Have you ever struggled with burning a lot of calories and not losing any weight?
