By fisheye lens thing do you mean the dolly zoom? That’s where the camera’s lens zooms in while the camera is moved back on the dolly, or vice verse. Because that has been used to great effect in cinema countless times
mmm not really, the fish eye lens thing in anime doesn’t usually involve any zoom, sometimes it’s just a top down angle
i have seen emulations of the dolly zoom on anime though! just not usually for the goofy eyes
