I heard another commenter say you asked opinion on the Kendra and Donnie au so I felt like I should ask. I do not care if you add rape into it since you are youre own person and are able to do whatever. I just wanted to know if its still considered Kendratello? I mean…it’s still Kendratello though? Even if it is one sided and horrible, they are still intangled in a relationship together. An abusive relationship is still a relationship. And a ship name isn’t only limited being used when two characters are a happy, healthy, and loving couple. It’s simply an identifier for the viewer to know who the partnership is including, good or bad.

I’m really not trying to come off as rude, but I think sometimes you guys need to understand that “ships” can be fucked up and horrible and interesting for the audience to see and enjoy, while still not being glorified as healthy. But it’s still gonna be categorized as a ship, because “ship” is merely short for a relationship that is not platonic. Not just, “I want these two to ride off into the sunset together and live happily ever after for all eternity”

It’s okay to like Kendratello when the two hate each other, and can’t decide if they wanna kill off the other or make out, and it’s okay to like Kendratello when they’re teaming up to be geniuses together. Hell I like both! ୨୧ Mister Demi when he sees you like that, he just paralised, and it suddenly became an eye contest, like a statue looking at eachother, just for you to win in 3 seconds in because Miss Demi just booked it and didnt look back, this man fears you and your smile makes him more anxious and nervous, you are gonna be the death of him.

୨୧ Miss sasha would try to adjust to your creepy nature, often trying to give you compliments on your appearance and tough abilities, even though it creeps her out and you know it.

୨୧ Miss Emilly tries to keep her distance from you, everytime she hears the clacking of your heels approaching, she just excuses herself if shes talking to someone in the moment or just casually walks away, she gets why people are creeped out by you and you personally is unsettling to her.

So I decided I was gonna write something that matches me and my not so good bfs situation. My bf is playing as ghost in this and I’ll be trying to get it as realistic as possible. Me and him are online, which seems silly over the fact all this can happen but it did. But for entertainment purposes this relationship in the story will be irl.

Notes; Eating disorders, fat shaming, homophobic slurs, threats of abuse, threats of murder, toxicity, mental abuse, attempted overdose and suicide, manipulation, isolation, cheating, threats of leaving, yelling, victim blaming, playing the victim, mocking of a dead relative, abuse, etc.

This is in no way meant to be enjoyed sexually, even if it is included with a character you might find attractive. This is a real story that I am writing to get out of my system and to share my personal story.

You were walking down an empty road in the middle of October, your mind wondering to the new friend you had made, he was certainly attractive and a sweetheart to you! He was always so kind and caring towards you and never made you feel bad, I mean how could he, he was your perfect man! Always there to pick you up when you needed it the most, your heart raced when he talked to you.

You were head over heels for devil in disguise. He had this charm, always talking to you about how lonely and single he was, you felt so bad! He was such a dreamy guy, and he’d been through so much. Ghost told you about his abusive exs, the way one threatened to rape and kill him, it was fucking awful. He seemed to wrap you right up in his fingers, whispering soft ‘I love yous’ that you thought were platonic, he found it cute how you never could tell he was giving you a sign.

Ghost made you feel like you were on cloud nine, he had moved you into his home. Deciding you’d be safer there, you were always waiting for him every day to get back from work, he seemed so excited to see you. To see his pretty pretty doll. Your legs squeezed together excitedly whenever you saw him. He liked exciting you, he loved that innocent look in your eye, one that just wanted a friend. You didn’t see ghost as anything more, that was the problem, that was what ached him each night.

He always saw you texting others, you were so friendly, he hated it. If you were his lover he’d snap your phone, you didn’t need to talk to anyone? That’s why you had him! He didn’t want to house you as you texted others, you shouldn’t even look at other men. Ghost rubbed your shoulders lovingly, he’d make everyone hate you, he’d make you regret living.

“Soo I was wondering, if you’d wanna go try something out, since we’re so close.” He placed a hand on your thigh, his rough and scarred fingers brushing over your leg and up your thigh. He knew what he wanted, he was gonna get it, like it or not. He’d have you wrapped around his ring finger. Whispering soft things to you.

Screaming echoed throughout your shared home, the sounds of anger booming from ghosts voice and fear echoing out of yours.

“SORRY IM NOT FUCKING ABUSIVE LIKE YOU ARE?” He shouted in your face, his hand gripping your wrist to the point where he could break it. His eyes were narrowed at you, teeth grit in an uncomfortable expression. “You should’ve just overdosed that night. I wish I never fucking helped you.” He let go of your wrist, watching you stumble back with tears in your eyes. You weren’t abusive, ghost just needed you to feel awful about yourself. Recently you had made some friends, they were considered on your boyfriend’s actions and often brought them up to you. You just shook it off and responded with things like ‘that’s just how he is’ or ‘it was my fault.’

You suffered because of him, all he wanted to do was use you for his anger. A personal punching bag.

He noticed you had gotten distant recently, scratches and scars littering your arms as you stare blankly down at your legs. He drained you of the person you were before, the one who talked to others and was happy. Now you were just an object in his home, something to place on his mantle and stare at as he sips a bourbon. You had become cold like porcelain, your body felt exhausted, empty.

Every day it felt like the same, he would tell and you’d just take it. You couldn’t defend yourself or that was abusive behavior. You watched as him and his buddies made fun of you. Prodding at your weight or at the way you looked, he smiled brightly when him and his friends uncovered each and every part of you. Watching when the words you dreaded rolled off his tongue. “She’s so damn fat, like a fuckin whale.” (Reminder guys I’m like 102 pounds idk why he was talking like that..), or “I wish she’d get herself re do, such a sight for sore eyes.” His words stung like poison, your bottom lip quivered as you sat on a couch nearby them, listening as his ego got bigger and bigger. You tried to make yourself as little as possible, if you stayed out of his way he couldn’t hurt you right?

“Shh baby you ain’t a bad person. Bad people don’t admit their bad honey, you know that right?” Ghost murmured into your ear. He had finally broke everything you had, just letting you lay your head on his chest and mumble how bad of a person you are, how your a monster and nobody will ever love you. How your a failed mother, how you’ll never please him. “You know I didn’t mean that stuff about your weight. Or your face, you know I don’t care right?” He rubbed your back, smiling proudly as he heard your sobs of agony, you didn’t wanna be a monster. You wanted to be a good girlfriend.

“Ah ah. I know you’re hurting so bad aren’t you dear. I just need to help you become a better person don’t I hm? You’ll learn to be good, I know you will.” A kiss was placed onto your forehead as you cried into his chest, terrified of the fact you were a failed person.

“I SHOULD FUCKING KILL YOU, YOU KNOW THAT?” He shouted, a bottle smashing against a countertop as he moved more towards you. “Get out of my fucking house. We’re done.” He grabbed your shirt and shoved you out of the nearest door, watching as you scrambled back nervously, you had nowhere else to go. You cut contact with everyone in your life because they upset him. All you knew how to do was wait by his door like a puppy. You scrambled to your feet and sat outside of it, your bruised cheek resting against the wood of the door, he was all you had.

Your hands dug into your leg as you pulled out a razor from your pocket, chewing on your lip and dragging the cold blade against your skin, watching the crimson liquid that oozed out. You always did this after he threw you out, it was a reminder to be better. That you weren’t enough nor would you ever be enough.

I just remembered that there are literally people at my school trying to convince the boys at my school to be femboys.

One way they try this is by claiming that all femboys have or get girls.

ofc ofc!! i love talking about them lmao

The story itself is called Retrograde and Sam and Val are the two main characters!

(Brace yourself it's kinda long!)

Val:

Personality wise he's pretty reserved, doesn't really say much unless needed, he's more open with people he's close to

Though he may look moody, he's actually just awkward

Currently he's working as a bounty hunter to pay his rent and keep the license but really it's just a title and he just goes around accepting odd jobs that pay him

He doesn't kill people so he instead chooses to beat them up real bad and turn them in

Val isn't his real name, it's just a nickname. Barely anyone knows his real name aside from one or two people.

Doesn't have the best past (original i know but its plot relevant) but he's working through his mistakes and trying to make amends with himself and others

He was found drifting in the river on the verge of death but was miraculously revived by a doctor who ran a small clinic nearby

He got into bounty hunting because he could make a living while not having to disclose his identity.

His eyes are actually not normal and are in fact a genetic condition he was born with! He gets a lotta stares and comments for it but he doesn't really care atp

Actually ridiculously good at dancing, he won a lot of competitions for ballroom dancing when he was in highschool and he could've gone professional if it weren't for certain other reasons

Because of his weirdly unique talent, he's really agile which makes him good at close hand combat

He's the one who drives both him and Sam around because he's the only one who has a hoverbike and can drive

The spicy shrimp noodles from his favorite thai restaurant

Cheesy romcoms (a secret)

Driving his hoverbike 30 miles above the speed limit

Sam:

He's gonna have a longer description cause he's pretty plot relevant for the beginning

He's a pretty easy going guy, in many ways the opposite Val

Easy to get along with, most of the time he's pretty chill so he doesn't find it too hard to talk to people

Not really an extrovert tho, somewhere in the middle but still social if that makes sense

Val found him in an underground cave sleeping in a pod like thing while on a bounty

Somehow he managed to open the pod and wake Sam up, only to find out he has no recollection of anything that's happened to him nor who he is or his name

They decided to call him 'Sam' for now because it was printed on the tag hanging from his left ear

The last thing Sam remembers before waking up is a giant flash and burning buildings

Based on the weird room, sleeping pod, and the weird suit he's wearing, the two figure out that Sam's been asleep for a lot longer than he thought (more than 500 years)

He's actually from the Previous Era, which was an old civilization a lot more technologically advanced than the Current Era but was destroyed by a cataclysmic explosion (wonder what caused it?)

So Sam is technically many many years old atp but is still mentally the same age as Val

As you can guess he doesn't really take this very well

Turns out there was another pod next to Sam's pod that's been opened meaning that he may not be alone

Sam decides he wants to recover his lost memories and find out what happened to him and also find the person in the other pod, or at least what happened to them

Since he has no idea what the current era is like he enlists Val's help in exchange for helping him pay his rent.

He decides to keep his true identity a secret to not draw attention

He's actually really good at fighting and can hold up with Val pretty well so the two become partners

He's got these strange metal implants inside him, the most visible one around his neck which he's a bit self conscious about.

He doesn't know why it's there but it might have something to do with the blue ring above his head

The halo only turns off when he sleeps/lies down but seems to be above his head no matter what (he doesn't like it cause it draws a lot of attention)

His eyes are really unnatural and actually glow in the dark, another thing that freaks him out

His hair is naturally coral pink and not dyed (which is also a bit strange but not as much as the other things in his opinion)

Sam can't really read well, he's not sure if it's because he never learnt to read or the language has changed so much since he went to sleep, he's also not great at math

Kinda thanks to this he's also not great at budgeting and sometimes spends a lot of money on useless things that piques his interest (which causes him and val to do more bounties, much to val's dismay)

Even though he can be kind of an idiot sometimes, he does his best to fix his mistakes and make it up to people

Weapon of choice is dual guns!

Things he likes:

Sweet drinks (he's got a bad addiction to boba, milkshakes, and smoothies)

Arcade games (sucks at the fighting games but really good at rhythm games)

Astronomy (he knows nearly every constellation and its position by memory, it's kinda scary)

Action movies

Things he doesn't like:

Needles

Narrow hallways and closed spaces

Horror movies

Bugs (they're both screwed i know)

Some other fun facts !!

They live together in Val's apartment, they alternate sleeping on the couch and bed since Val felt bad

Even though Val said he'd only help Sam if he helped pay his rent, he actually didn't mind helping him for free and only added that because Sam insisted

Val is the only one who can cook out of the two, however that doesn't mean he's good at it, so they usually just order out most of the time

The world they live in is a mix between futuristic and post apocalyptic, yeah there's still technology but it's not as great as it was before

Part of this was because after the collapse of the previous era, rebuilding took a crazy long time and there was a big power struggle until the current government took control

There was a 4 year long civil war that happened and ended around 5 years before Sam woke up

There's currently a large supply shortage so for the past few decades so some technology has regressed

Their world is technically an alternate universe of our world, the divergent point happened around the late 1940s, I could go into it more but it's not that plot relevant but it is the reason they don't have a lot of today's modern technology despite it being many years into the future
