I was so stressed for how many days and I was delighted because my mother told me that we're going  to attend our relative's birthday party in Damires Hills Tierra Verde. I was extremely happy because it was my first visit. To get there, we took my mother's friend's private car. When we arrived, there were a lot of customers, so I knew that the said place was worth it. I was astounded by the vastness of the location as we walked towards our cottage.

The second photo was taken before we began eating the foods at the birthday celebration.

HOW TO GET THERE?

Exact location: Brgy. Damires, Janiuay, Iloilo- Just a 30-minute ride from Iloilo City

BY BUS: Ride a bus from Iloilo City to the town of Janiuay and take another 10-minute ride to Brgy. Damires via motorcycle.

BY CAR: Navigate with Waze or Google Maps and set your destination to “Damires Hills” in Iloilo. Parking space is available.

There is a large house worthy of the old houses, with each possessing a veranda with a view. Despite their conventional appearance, all of their rooms and cottages have modern amenities such as air conditioning, hot/cold showers, and many more.

With beautifully landscaped and koi ponds, an Aquaponics greenhouse, and various seasonal orchards surrounding you, you can experience the warmth and beauty of nature in its entirety.

When I went there, one of the best parts was going on a canopy walk. We went to the bridge, but we didn't make it to other side because my relatives were afraid to cross. They stated that it was extremely high and that walking towards the other corner have been terrifying

This photo was taken ever since we returned from our canopy walk. The view was both enticing and soothing. The air was crisp and clean, and I felt as if I were in a haven at the time.

The disadvantage is that the signal there was poor. On the other hand, it is an advantage because we can focus and spend time with loved our ones and friends rather than using our devices.

Overall, being here is worthwhile. I encourage you to spend your holiday or getaways at Damires Hills Tierra Verde Resort.
