One of the favourite moves that I was ‘trying to practice’ during this episode was Au Batido transformed to Giro De Mao (Capoeira handspin). Because my Au Batido wasn’t practiced properly and my handspin wasn’t practiced AT ALL... you can see the result - it kind of works but there is neither any movement control nor any proper handspin... The truth is that sometimes my body is so tight and tense that I am completely unable to perform any movements. This usually means that I neglected stretching for a week or so. And I know most of you do neglect stretching too! Majority of people within Capoeira world doesn’t really like to stretch. We just want to play Capoeira and do the moves… which is fair enough 🤣 Nevertheless, I would really like to encourage you to stretch more(often).
