When it comes to time management I sound repetitive, but… Start it, do a pomodoro or just two minutes but start it. And when you get home, don’t get your snack until you have studied for half an hour!

Never take a class that you aren't interested in. If you have to, find a reason that will carry you for motivation. Even if that reason is proving to yourself you can do it.

hello hello studyblr!

I've been wanting to start my own studyblr for months (if not years now) but i never had the courage to embark on this adventure and now here i am!

about me

- my name is carli, I’m 20 years old and i live in London!

- i speak italian and french fluently (and english obvs)

- i’m starting uni this september and i’ll be studying a bachelor of science in biochemistry

- i also enjoy politics, philosophy and psychology cuz academia is my life

- i’m a nerd if you hadn't guessed that already lol

about my studyblr

- i will be focusing manly on science cause biochemistry is my bae (so if you have any science related questions i’d love to help you out if i can) but i will also definitely post about sociology/politics/philosophy since i spend most of my free time watching public lectures at the London School of Economics (have i mentioned I'm a nerd yet?)

- i was also considering talking about what life in london as a student is like and give tips and tricks to make the most out of this experience

- i will be joining the united nation association at my uni so i’d very much love to talk about my experience at conferences (hopefully i’ll work hard enough to manage to be selected for the oxford or cambridge conference committee)

I come from a MIDDLE CLASS family, where I am the ELDEST CHILD. Trust me, nobody knows better about the responsibilities than me.

I've been posting for a few weeks now and I thought it was time to make an intro! A small warning? I follow from @justanawesomeowl, And i want to actually talk with more people in this community, i’m just bad at conversations

The basics: -Owl, 16yo girl -I MADE THE ICON MYSELF AND I LOVE IT -Spanish, starting Bachillerato this year, going to follow a twisted version of the social path -Bilingual, catalan and Spanish. Been learning English u since I was 3 or so and -I speak the equivalent of four years of school french! -Ravenclaw, intj and pun-lover -I love books, beware for random book content -Terrible conversational squills but I want to meet new people! -A bit random, but I love doing school power points, posters, icons... The subjects: (Para los españoles curiosos, hago una mezcla rara pero que cuenta como social, es complejo.) -Spanish -Catalan -Filosophy -History -English -Technology Maths (Mates del científico) -Latín -Elementos y periodismo -Religion -Physical Education -And probably something more, as I still don't have my schedule! The thoughts: -The community is amazing. Honestly this is such a great idea? People blogging about learning? Hell yeah! -I like stationery but I try to measure myself -Lettering is the best thing for terrible handwriting (like mine) -Aesthetics are cool but I won't live for them The cool people who inspire/motivate me: @studyign, @studyquill, @optomstudies, @brbgottarevise, @thestudyblrguide (These guys are amazing?? I’m in love with what they’re doing!), @julstudies, @rhubarbstudies, @unseenacademical, @boldlystudy (Her spreads are #goals) and @martiestudies (The nicest person!!)
