I binged today.
538 calories over my limit.
My boyfriend was over so I didn’t want to worry him so I ate.
I promised my brother I’d try our new pop tarts.
None of this is an excuse. It just makes me feel gross and disgusting.
I also binged on cookies and others snacks.
Does anyone have any tips to help prevent a binge like this? I’m desperate
Day #2! I won’t be able to complete weighted circuits every single day, but I am going to continue to work my way through these again! Using my treadmill for the cardio portion in between intervals works pretty well, so I’ll stick to that too.
Full body workout today. I’m hoping the snow stops before this afternoon so I can get some outdoor miles in. Mother Nature isn’t really my friend this week, as far as that goes.

How do I make my parents buy me a treadmill?
So..week 20 of my lockdown fitness drive and week 5 of doing the 5:2 fast (600 calories) diet. I’ve definitely got better tone and I’ve definitely lost weight. I’m actually 11.3.0 today but I was 11.8.2 at the start of the week. Weight a day after a fast is a bit misleading as I was 11.8.2 at the start of the week. But I was hovering around 12stone at the start of December so if I can maintain 11.5-11.9 I think I should be quite pleased, it’s that half a stone that seems to make a difference to how I look.
I still do 2 x something a day: hit, abs or weights work. I’m only running twice a week and only e miles as I have an achilles problem and seeing a physio. So whilst I hope to get back to 10mile runs eventually I know I cant just yet. I’ve started cycling and try have fitted in a couple of 10 mile morning rides last few weeks so I’ll aim to increase this.
The fasting thing: I dont like it but its effective. I’ve done 5:2 (600 cal) for 5 weeks. My plan is to switch to 5:2 (800 cal) as it may be more sustainable. The plan is to just do that for a further 5 weeks (it’s a Lent thing) and then review what to do next. Hopefully by that time I can increase my running a bit so I can alter my diet and be less restrictive.
Next things: I’m conscious I’ve been concentrating on slimming and toning. My next thing might be to focus on building. I’d have to increase protein intake I guess. Maybe that’s a summer thing.
Finally…the abs are a challenge. I have no idea how to accentuate these. Age is against me and I’m def not giving up booze (though I’ve cut down significantly over recent years). But I think the best thing you can do is just to keep on doing what you’re doing. Fat around your tummy is super stubborn…but with a mix of diet and exercise you can def reduce your waist size. Sculpted abs may just be too hard but Hey, I’ll keep on going and report progress. How will I look summer 2021?

I really needed this run. I stopped by my old apartment and it made me really sad, but I did get a call from my new place saying my application had been approved. So I’m slowly moving forward.
Tips on running whilst fasting or have really low energy?
Another great workout day 🙌 I realize on about Wednesday how vital it is to spend time setting up my week properly on Sundays. This past Sunday I followed through with prep and my week has been so much smoother. Duh, Cate 🤦 … . Anyways, good circuit today! I went through this entire 30 day program about 6 years ago for the first time and I still love it every time I bring it in as a refresher.
I used my treadmill for the cardio interval part instead of skipping and it still kept my heart rate up, so I’m good with that. I’ve been doing 60-90 second intervals for the past few months, so this 30 second interval workout went SO fast.
