She struggles,

She prays,

She pushes on through her days.

I admire her, most would give up.

She does not, she endures.

Her eyes well up with tears,

Legs that felt, now feel not.

Bed-ridden body crippled, swollen and tired.

She never wept much before,

Now I see it a lot.

Her face contorts with agony,

I wish I could take away her pain.

Wondering how life would look,

Without her having to strain.

Sole caretaker, overwhelmed I try to help.

But it's hard to play with the hand that we've been dealt.

In and out of hospitals,

So many diagnosis falling upon her like rain.

God, why her?

I ask again and again.

Whirring of sounds,

Machines beeping getting loud.

I cry out to the Lord above,

His voice drowned out by storm clouds.

I pray and hope,

This isn't the end.

God oh God,

She's my only earthly friend.

Awoken from many comas,

God brings her back to life.

We praise Him every chance we get, although we still have strife.

I'm thankful for every day,

I have my Mother back.

We pin the miracles on our hearts like corkboards, thumb it in with a tack.

Thank You Lord for saving her,

I know you always will.

You've already paid all of our debts,

We can trash the bill.

I wrote this about my Mom, she's in the hospital again, I can't bear to watch this time and time again yet still I wake up every day and endure and travel to the hospital, up the elevator and down the many halls to get to her room. I just want her home again. I hope it'll be soon, I can't even hug her properly.

I’m sorry but, to me, this

does not look like an angel with no plan and no ulterior motive.

And, I think Crowley knows that. And Aziraphale knows he knows. Because they’ve known each other for aeons. Because Crowley knows his different tones of voice. Because they trust each other.

This is the face of a determined angel. And this is the face of a demon who’s still there with him.

He’s not happy about it, but he’s still there.

If he’d given up on them (on Us), he would’ve left. It’s what he’s always done before: Crowley’s been the one to turn & leave. He wouldn’t have watched Aziraphale leave if he didn’t still believe in him, in their history & their trust. He stayed.

I really wish that "asexuals don't have to want sex but lot of them will still have it with their partner!" wasn't centered in like every asexuality acceptance post. I think it's genuinely damaging to asexuals and their relationships. A lot of us don't want sex. A lot of us are sex repulsed. A lot of us don't even wanna talk or hear about sex. A lot of us don't enjoy porn or wanna "hand out drinks at the orgy". Some of us have sexual-related trauma. Some of us are sex repulsed, not 💖✨sex repulsed but actually really cool about it✨💖

Allos are out here getting into relationships with aces and then pull a pikachu-surprise-face when their partner doesn't wanna have sex with them bc everyone constantly emphasises says how we totally will do it for them. Some of us won't. That's okay. That doesn't constantly need to be followed up with "but a lot of aces will so don't worry!!!!!" We don't have to make every post about us in a way that makes allos comfortable. It's not necessary to reassure allos at every turn that we're not all that asexual and they don't have to worry about us being different in a way they might notice. Allos need to accept and internalise that some people aren't gonna want to have sex. No terms and conditions. No "unless" "but" or "except". Just none.

When a new black-haired blue-eyed person appeared in the manor, one could easily be forgiven for thinking that Bruce’s adoption problem had struck again. So color many a batkid surprised that no, this kid isn’t a new sibling, no he didn’t get grabbed from the street, and actually he’s here for Alfred. Apparently Alfred never found it important to mentioned that he has a husband- that the kid kind of implies isn’t human what with the casual way he says he himself is half human- and that this kid is apparently their child. For once it’s Bruce’s turn to come home to a surprise sibling.

Danny on the other hand just learned that his Clockpa has a semi-mortal partner who has offered to take him in, (in another dimension even! And there’s aliens!!) while the ancient takes care of some stuff at home. And yeah it’s in a rich-manor but Sam has proved that not all rich people are evil, and based off of Mr Pennyworth’s stories the Waynes weren’t bad either. Though based off of the others’ reactions perhaps he should wait to mention that there wasn’t one new family member but three…
