*Spoiler Free* Carole & Tuesday, Space Dandy, and Cowboy Bebop are all set in the same general universe with Woolong as currency. Alba is a location in both Bebop and C&T but the worlds are built very differently to align with each story even when happening at the same time.
This post looks at world-building in each series. Also my sundry conspiracy theories like is Bebop the economically hit future of Carole & Tuesday? Why is the Bebop fridge in Space Dandy?
Just something I did for fun while watching Carole & Tuesday.
Inktober 2020 - Day 27: Music. A day late, was debating what to draw, but settled on Carole and Tuesday. 'Can you feel my teardrops of the loneliest girl?'
Oh my... I just noticed that Rebecca sugar follows "Carole and Tuesday" on instagram , one of my favorite producers and artist likes one of my favorites animes at the moment? Oh and if you haven't seen this anime I totally recomend it, you won't regret it ^^
You can still enjoy a show for what it is and condemn blatant transphobia. It's not a perfect show, but it's got a lot of really good elements and messages, and it's very progressive in a lot of ways. Basically, I'm saying you're not a bad person for liking C&T. I love C&T! It's just a good example of enjoying media critically, because unfortunately they definitely didn't get everything right.
